Property Description
Ground floor entry level features large foyer/boot area with heated slate floors, full bathroom with shower, and access to private 8 person hot tub on private deck adjacent to the ski run. The queen bedroom and bunk room are also located on this level. Laundry and access to attached single car garage are on this level too.
Main living area offers comfortable seating, a wet bar in the built in entertainment center, and a 360 degrees wrap around fireplace centrally located in the living room. Open plan of the living, kitchen and dining room. Work station/desk is adjacent to the living room. Dining room table seats 8 comfortably. Hardwood floors and large windows offering views of the ski run. Master bedroom with ensuite is located on this level.

Our spacious home has a large entrance way with heated slate flooring and plenty of closet space. The queen bedroom and bunk bedroom, full bathroom, laundry facility and access to the private hot tub are located on the entry level. The main level has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Large windows let in plenty of light and a view of skiers from the living room window. Master bedroom with ensuite is located on the main floor.

South Point is situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, restaurants and Kids Centre. Ski back from the Village over the Skiers Bridge or down Gondola Way. Free on hill shuttle bus runs throughout the mountain everyday.

We cherish our home a Big White and trust that you will treat it with respect and care. PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES CAREFULLY, particularly our cancellation policy. These policies are strictly enforced. Failure to meet them prior to your arrival or during your stay will result in either cancellation or eviction. Minimum age for guests is 25, unless accompanying parents/guardians. We do not require a deposit in advance for damages. By booking with us you agree to pay charges up to $1000.00 for damage, missing items or excessive cleaning. You will be consulted before any such action is taken.
