 Welcome to this beautifully landscaped home in the desert. This two bedroom single family home is the ideal location from which to explore the fascinating desert oasis which is Palm Springs in and around the Coachella Valley. Your comfy home base for visiting this area is a modern but comfortable home on a quiet cul de sac in the Indian Palms Country Club in Indio. The home has a large master bedroom with ensuite, a smaller bedroom with double bunk beds, a well designed and beautifully upgraded kitchen. The dining area and living room open onto a private patio overlooking the golf course. The Indian Palms Country Club has a swimming pool, hot tub and fitness complex in addition to tennis courts and 27 hole championship golf course. What I like about the country club here is it is very friendly and has good food at reasonable prices. The house is located close to all amenities and also to local polo grounds for those of the horsey set and also close to the character town of La quinta.

 All rates are in Canadian $s. We do not charge an upfront damage deposit at this time as we have found all our guests to have been extremely careful in their treatment of our property. We do however ask our guests if they inadvertently break something to please replace it. We do however charge a damage deposit of up to $750.00 at the end of the visit if our home requires excessive cleaning or if there is damage in excess of normal wear and tear. Also if you finish one of the supplied staples, please consider replacing that for the next person.

To find 82731 Hamilton Court in Indian Palms Country Club from Palm Springs airport.

From the airport take Ramon Road east toward Hiway 10. Turn right onto Hiway 10 going southeast. Continue on hiway 10 until the Munroe Street exit, go south (turn right) on Munroe past hiway 111 and 48 Ave. After crossing 48 Ave look for Indian Palms Country Club on your left and turn in that entrance. Turn right at the first intersection in the country club onto Eisenhower Dr., then left onto Odlum Dr., then left onto Heifitz (spelling?), Hamilton Court is the first right. 82731 is near then end on the right hand side. Your home in the desert!!

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Reservation Changes If availability permits & in accordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Bike Storage Use of the bikes is permitted within the Indian Palms Country Club only. The property owner will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the bike. Bike use is at the users own risk.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm . Strictly enforced
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. Strictly enforced
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any excessive cleaning costs will be taken from damage deposit following departure.
Excessive Noise This is a Quiet area. There is zero tolerance for any excessive noise. Complaints will result in eviction!.
Garbage Removal Please put garbage out curbside on appropriate garbage day. Our on-site contact person, Jill can inform you of the garbage day.
Housekeeping Complimentary before arrival and after departure and additional housekeeping can be arranged for stays of longer than 1 week.. Light housekeeping can be arranged for stays longer than 1 week. This includes a towel change, light wipe of kitchen and bathroom, carpets vacuumed if needed, garbage removed, linens changed, and toilet paper stocked.
Internet Availability & Usage Internet services are available for the guest's convenience. Internet abuse including, but not limited to, downloading copyrighted material is completely forbidden. Should the owner receive notification that such activity has occured, the guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property.
Locking Door Please make sure the property is kept secured.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour cell phone number.Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment. Complete emergency contacts provided upon final payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 5 people. Strictly enforced. Eviction without a refund for parties of 6 people or more
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Parking & Ticketing Is available in the driveway and in the garage. Use of the garage door opener is permitted. However guests will be charged for the door opener if it is inadvertently removed from the house upon departure.
