Comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom condo on quiet side of building .
Dining (seats 8) and living area are open plan with gas fired stone fireplace and an A/C unit in the summer.
Kitchen is fully equipped and has large granite countertop with counter seating for three.
Both bathrooms are newly renovated and have heated floors.
Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds and the living room has a pull out queen sofa bed.
