The spacious home is located in Tremblant Les Eaux, facing the mountain and across from Le Géant, one of the regions top rated golf courses. Tremblant Les Eaux is an unique mountainside community offering spa type amenities year round on the property grounds. Guests have access to Clubhouse, sauna, steam room, hot tub, lockers and showers. 

In Summer enjoy the International Blues Festival, Les Rythmes Tremblant, Le Géant, one of the regions top rated golf courses, just across from your doorstep, Lac Tremblant and its Beach and Tennis Club with red clay tennis courts all located within a 10 minutes walk from our property. There are also more than 10 golf courses within a 15 minutes drive. 

In Fall enjoy La Fete de la Musique, the magnificent leaves changing colors, the numerous hiking & biking trails.

In Winter enjoy skiing, snowboarding, dog sledding, tubing or simply relax by the fire, watching the beauty of the snow flakes fall right outside your window.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Guest Stay Policies

Policies:
Check-In Time 04:00 PM. Two keys will be issued at check-in. Generally, one key will be placed in a key box on the door of the unit. A 4 digit access code will be provided to open the key box. In some instances, access to your unit may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance. THERE WILL BE NO DISCOUNTS OFFERED DUE TO A LATE CHECK-IN. Arrangements should be made by telephone and/or email prior to arrival for check-in information. We will place a key box on the unit door that will contain one key to the unit
Check-Out Time 11:00 AM. At departure leave 1 key on the kitchen counter. Lock the front door with the remaining key and after that place it in the lockbox and please relock the lockbox. Prior approval must be secured for late check-out. Otherwise, an extra day’s rent will be charged assuming the unit is available. Before departure please load the dishwasher, empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash and garbage. At departure leave 1 key on the kitchen counter. Lock the front door with the remaining key and after that place it in the lockbox and please relock the lockbox
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Not permitted. Subject to eviction without refund
Housekeeping Unit will be cleaned before guest arrival and after departure. No daily housekeeping
Liability Owners are not liable for any injuries that might occur during your stay at our condo. We assume no responsibility for any loss or theft of guest’s personal property or items left behind in units. Owners assume no liability for theft or damage to guest vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, ski and/or snowboarding equipment or any other items
Locking Door There will be a $50.00 charge for any lost key, unreturned key or for any lock out.
Maintenance Emergencies Information is provided at check in.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, you may be required to check-out immediately or pay an extra person charge. In either case, forfeiture of the full deposit will occur. The condo unit is to be used for residential purposes only. No weddings, banquets or commercial activities are permitted without the prior written approval of owners. Any unauthorized use, illegal activity or disturbance of the peace will result in eviction and forfeiture of all rents and deposits
Policy Updates SUB LEASING IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The unit is equipped with a Alarm System and Smoke Detectors. The unit has heating/air conditioning, refrigerator, washers and dryer, stove and microwave, dishwasher. Owners cannot guarantee the performance of these or other appliances. We will take commercially reasonably measures to have any malfunctioning appliances or heating and air conditioning units repaired as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds or adjustments on rent should a problem arise
Property Damage Damage Deposit in amount of $300.00 CAD is charged separately BEFORE arrival. If no damages found, the deposit will be reimbursed within 2 months from departure date
Rental Accommodation Zoning Both short and long term rentals.
Terms of Eviction Excessive noise, Smoking inside the unit, property damage. If you are evicted from the unit which you are renting for failure to abide by the rules or for any other reason, you will not be entitled to a refund of the rents paid in advance and the deposit. You will also be responsible for damages to the unit or condominium property caused by you or your guests. In the event the cost to repair any damage to the condo unit, its amenities and its contents exceeds the amount of your deposit, you hereby authorize the owners to charge you for any such excess and you agree to pay such charges in full

How do we get from Montreal to Tremblant Les Eaux? Take Autoroute 15 North (des Laurentides) to Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. Right after Sainte-Agathe, Autoroute 15 North merges into Route 117 North. Continue on Route 117 North to Exit 119 - Montée Ryan (29.3 KM). Keep right on exit ramp and follow Montée Ryan. Stay on Montée Ryan through the 1st roundabout (4.9 KM). Follow directions for Lac Supérieur & Parc Mont Tremblant. At second roundabout (3.7 KM later), keep right on Chemin Duplessis following directions for Lac Supérieur & Parc Mont Tremblant. At the first stop (0.7 KM) turn right on Chemin des Quatre Sommets. Then take first right (0.1 KM) to entrance of Tremblant-les-Eaux.

We discovered Mont Tremblant while we were visiting with friends from Montreal in the winter of 2002. We loved the area and decided to buy a place of our own at Tremblant Les Eaux in 2005.
