Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guest Stay Policies

Policies:
Bike Storage Large double garage and mud room. All bikes, skis, etc... are to remain in the garage area to prevent damage in the home.
Check-In Time 4 PM.
Check-Out Time 10 AM.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise is not permitted and can result in fines or eviction. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise at Fitzsimmons Walk and any other disturbance such as vibration, smell etc.... Each incident will result in a $200 fine to the guest.
Garbage Removal Guests are instructed upon arrival were to drop off the garbage.
Housekeeping Complimentary: upon arrival, departure and a full mid week clean for stays greater then 7 nights. Additional housekeeping can be arranged
Internet Availability & Usage FREE high speed wireless internet and hard wire high speed access.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.
Locking Door Guests are responsible for locking the doors while the property is vacant.

Missing Items Guests will be responsible for all items that are missing from this property on departure.
Noise Restrictions Excessive noise is not permitted and can result in fines or eviction. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise at Fitzsimmons Walk and any other disturbance such as vibration, smell etc.... Each incident will result in a $350 fine to the guest. Quite time is between 10 pm and 8 am.
Parking & Ticketing Private parking - 2 vehicle garage. 7' 4" max height
Property Damage Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1500 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1500 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.

Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Large garage available - private and secure. Please store all equipment in the garage.

Having very picky and high end taste in accommodations, this was a great place and worth the price. We would stay there again. Easy check-in. Close to Whistler Village (food, drink, skiing). Parking pass provided.

My only concern was in my initial booking; I never received a confirmation email, so I tried to reach the property managers with no success (left a couple voicemails then his voicemail was full; also wasn't responding to emails). After some pretty drastic measures, I was finally able to get in touch with him thru others and get him to give me a call back. Once I spoke to him, he got me the confirmation info promptly and all my questions were answered. Great vacation!

Our family of five stayed over the holidays and had a wonderful time. We have built two homes of our own so appreciated the quality of the interiors and the condition they are in. The response time from the owners and management was quick when we had some questions. The parking pass was useful for skiing and compensated for the short distance the home was from the village since we have have three children.

We would highly recommend one or two families staying here. There is plenty of room in the media room and living room to relax in the evenings. The kitchen is wonderful! We would look forward to staying here again when we are back in Whistler.

Well maintained property a short walk (on a well used bike/walking path) from Whistler Village. We had a wonderful week checking out the shops - who were all having great sales clearing out last seasons stock as the new season is about to begin - and many eateries/bars. We were in town for my nieces wedding at the Cultural Center, and had a fabulous time hiking, biking and walking in this beautiful area.

If looking for lodging, this property offers lots of room to spread out on multiple levels, with fantastic views of the mountains from the deck off the main living area. The hot tub was great, the tvs were all large flat screen, the kitchen had all the essentials, beds were comfortable, showers were great - although there were three, not four bathrooms as the listing suggests - but still plenty for us.

This property seems very well built, and is furnished with high end appliances and furniture. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay at in Whistler

The only issue was the television in the master room was not functioning properly. The cable box wasn't receiving the signal. Someone did come in to look at and put in a service call to Shaw but nothing was rectified. I also made a call in regarding the bottom floor bathroom pocket door which was jammed and wouldn't open. Unfortunately nobody got around to come fix it. Luckily, there was another door to access the bathroom so it wasn't a big problem. But overall it is a beautiful unit:) We would definitely come back and stay here.

The television and the radio/clock did not work in the downstairs. This was annoying since we wanted to watch a special program. The overall cleanness was good, except the cushions on the two living room chairs smelt, the covers should be cleaned. The kitchen was good, except there should have been more of the basic essentials such as dish towels, etc. The unit was quiet and we enjoyed the stay, and would definitely rent the unit again. Thanks

Fabulous property for the 7 of us! It had all the comforts one could ask for, especially the fact that everyone had their own bed! The private hot tub was the great way to end the ski day! The secondary parking in the Village was perfect as it was a rainy weekend while we were there.

This property is a delightful beautiful townhouse for one or two families. We were 2 families with 7 people, all adults, and were very comfortable in the unit. We had a few minor things that needed repair -- all done very quickly on the same day. Service from the owners and management company was excellent and prompt.

I would have given the property all 5 stars except for the following: A property at this high end should have better towels (they were all quite thin), bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner. It would also have been nice to have some dried herbs and spices in the kitchen. Lastly, the instructions for the espresso machine were missing. However, the kitchen otherwise was well equipped. We enjoyed cooking there.

We will definitely consider returning to this property. One specific bonus was the parking pass for the village. We like to walk into the village, but for skiing the pass was great.

This is our second stay at this unit over the last few years. That should tell you all you need to know. Great location. Walk to village in 10 minutes or bike in 5. Modern kitchen. Well furnished, large unit. FYI, 4 flights of stairs from garage to 3 of the bedrooms. However, 1 bedroom is on ground level. We only needed 1 BR but rented it anyway based on our prior experience.

Beautiful unit inside and out. Very quiet.

This is a beautiful unit with all the high end finishes that one would expect at this price point. The owner is very friendly and quick to return messages. One of the main bike trails run along side of the property. This allows for a very quick bike ride to most destinations. The village is 2 minutes away via bike, Lost Lake is a 5 to 10 minute ride, and the Scandinave Spa is also just 10 minutes away. We had views of Blackcomb mountain from the master bedroom balcony. The kitchen is has everything one needs to prepare any meal of their liking. The private hot tub was much appreciated after a long day of riding and the media room is a nice place to watch a movie with the family in the evening.

Checking in was very simple and easy to find. The employees at check in were professional and informed.

I would recommend this unit to friends and family. We hope to come back and visit soon.
