Exit parking lot and continue straight.
Proceed over Arthur Laing Bridge.
Take Marine Drive East to Boundary Road.
Turn left into Boundary Road and continue for about 10 kilometres.
Take a left at 1st Avenue.
Immediately take exit to Route 1 West.
Follow Route 1 to Horseshoe Bay.
Horseshoe Bay to Whistler Creekside.
From Seattle:
Whistler is located about 4-5 hour drive from Seattle, depending on the weather.
Travelling north take the Interstate 5 (the I-5) to the very last exit before the Canadian border crossing (avoid the Peace Arch border crossing).
Cross into Canada and head North on the highway for about 15 miles until you intersect with Route 1 - the Trans Canada Highway.
DO NOT TAKE 1A. Take route 1 West.
At Horseshoe Bay Route 1 becomes Highway 99.
Whistler Creekside is about 1.5 hours away.

At Horseshoe Bay continue travelling north on Highway 99 all the way through to Whistler Creekside.
You will pass through Squamish (approximately the halfway point).

Proceed to Lake Placid Road (4-way stoplight with a Boston Pizza on the corner ... right-side side of Highway 99).
Turn Right at the corner.
Proceed to Gondola Way (second right-hand turn).
Take the second right-hand turn onto Marmot Place.

| Complaints Concerning Property | Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure. |
| Excessive Cleaning Costs | Reasonable cleaning ... no worries. However, if the townhouse is clearly in need of heavier than expected cleaning, the excess cost will be deducted from the deposit prior to deposit return. Excessive cleaning charges will accrue at $30 - 50/hours depending upon season. |
| Excessive Noise | Strict noise policies are in place. Quiet times within the complex are 10p.m. to 8a.m. Noise complaints by neighbours, if made, must be honoured and resolved immediately. |

| Housekeeping | Daily housekeeping is not provided. Each unit is equipped with adequate linens, towels, and toiletries for each stay. Each stay includes one full clean at check-out. Additional housekeeping is available if requested and agreed in advance. |

One Parking Pass will be inside entrance of condo for immediate use upon arrival. An additional parking pass is available upon request.Replacement fee is $250 if not returned. |
