Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy	Description
Arrival Days	Guests can arrive on any day of the week available for booking. There are no arrival day restrictions.
Cancellations Made by Guests	Cancellation by Guest: All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money at the re-booked rate minus a 4% cancellation fee.
Courtesy Hold Reservations	For maximum fairness we operate on a first come first serve basis and do not. The first party to book the property by clicking RESERVE NOW gets the dates in question.
Delayed Arrivals	No refunds if due to travel delays, weather or other issues.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information	Please contact Property Manager upon arrival and for on-site met and greet on arrival at Robilliard's Rush Suite. Access codes and instructions provided in Welcome Letter (placed located inside house ahead of check-in timel).
Guest Account Termination	The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal	The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Reservation Changes	Will be accepted provided the new dates are available. Money already paid will then be transferred to the new dates. If the new dates involve a chnage in booking season (rates), additional payments required and/or refunds due will apply.

Check-In Time	4.00 PM (1600 hrs). Early arrivals please enjoy the resort village until check-in.

Complaints Concerning Property	Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs	Check out cleaning costs are included in booking costs. Additional cleaning expenses will be charged in addition and billed to guest credit card as per Guest Registration Form, completed on check-in.
Excessive Noise	This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel.
Garbage Removal	Provided twice weekly. Contact Housekeeping for additional garbage removal.
Housekeeping	Provided twice weekly, included in booking costs. Additional housekeeping service(s) are available (including daily service) and charges apply.
Internet Availability & Usage	Complimentary wireless broadband provided. Access code listed in Guest Directory. As this is complimentary, service failure is not grounds for discount/refund.
Liability	The Guest making the booking is responsible and liable for all damages and for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property,or on resort lands.
Locking Door	Keyless code locks on exterior doors. Code provided in Welcome Letter (placed located inside house ahead of check-in time).
Maintenance Emergencies	Contact on-site property agent. Contact numbers provided in Guest Directory.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity	A maximum of 4 guests are welcome. Strictly no more than 4 guests.
Missing Items	Are billed at replacement value. Our property manager inventories the property on each departure day.
Noise Restrictions	Volumes must be turned down at 11pm. Please use neighborly consideration.
Parking & Ticketing	4 off-street spaces available in dedicated parking area. Parking Not secruitized.
Property Damage	Credit Card details must be provided upon Check-in via Guest Registration Form. Repair/Replacement costs will be charged to the credit card. Property damage includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft.
Rental Accommodation Zoning	4 night minimum. Shorter stays charged at 4 night rate.

Policy	Description
My Web Site Guarantee	The Owners will honour the information posted on our Robilliards Rush property website.
Reservation Guarantee	If our property is damaged & we cannot fulfill your reservation, the reservation will be cancelled and a 100% refund provided. Owners will assume an accommodation-related relocation cost of up to $1000 CAD and will endevour to located alternate comparable accomodation.
Snow Guarantee	No guarantees are given for snow and/or weather. These are beyond our control.

FROM THE OWNER

 

A skiing enthusiast since 1983, I love the alpine environment. Silver Star Mountain offers a truly wonderful intimate resort experience, with terrain that will satisfy every level of skier and rider.

 

John and I designed the complete renovation to create a wonderful vacation suite.  With over 20 years experience in ski resorts we know what works and blended the best design features into Robilliard's Rush Suite.

 

Our Property Manager is on-site and makes sure that the property is always fully prepared for your arrival and throughout your stay.

 

We have other vacation properties at Silver Star Resort, including;

 

Robilliard's Rush Chalet - a premium slopeside 2 bedroom + TV room, ski-in/ski-out suite. This property is the upper 2 floors above the Suite and is also available for rent, a wonderful option for friends or other family to stay close by, while still having your own space.  This premium property is also listed on Direct Vacations.
