SKI -IN/ SKI OUT We are currently looking for a 6 month renters for the ski season at $2450/month
We are located right near the Silver Queen ski run. This 2 bedroom/1 bath fully equipped condo features a ski-in/ski-out location . Steps from tube town and Brewer's outdoor skating pond where you can roast hotdogs and marshmellows at their outdoor fire-pit. Silverstar mountain resort offers a number of activities. Skiing downhill, cross country, tubing, snow mobile, skating, snow shoeing, and much more! enjoy a spa experience and fine dinning to a great family adventure and hot tubbing.
- You are a 5-10 minutes stroll, passed the skating pond to Silverstar's beautifull Victorian village. Bring your camera along and enjoy some shopping or a meal at one of the great restaurants or pubs in the village.
- The Nordic and downhill trails and runs start at your door step.
- Ski pass can be purchased right at tube town, just up the hill from the condo, with usually no line up.

Non prime season rates: $195 per night; Monthly rentals available or the 6 month ski season. House cleaning comes at the begining and the end of every stay unless requested!

The condo consists of an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with an eating bar; 1 bathroom, one master bedroom, a second bedroom with bunks and a private deck. Large windows take advantage of the spectacular views of the Nordic trails and the forest. The Silver Queen run is right in front of our complex which provides ski in and out enjoyment!

This kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable. Dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, pots & pans, baking pans and matching dishware .
Open concept - living room area includes a queen size sofa-bed, fireplace. A Door to the private deck with large windows. Unit faces south with lots of light and warmth coming in during the daylight hours.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Will be chrged to credit card.|
|Excessive Noise||Excessive noise which disturbs others is prohibited.|
|Garbage Removal||Long terms guests are required to drop off garbage at the Silver Star Garbage depot.|
|Housekeeping||Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Guests are expected to clean the kitchen including dishes before departure, but not to launder any linens|
|Liability||We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.|
|Locking Door||Please insure you lock your condo after your stay.|

Welcome to our family ski condo. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments. You can get a ski pass from the skate rental shop by Brewers Pond close by. Check out the daily village schedule for any events happening during your stay. There is an outdoor fire pit at the skating pond bring your roasting sticks and marshmellows. If you laugh to hard going down the tubing run you might freeze your teeth! Have Fun

Very nice accommodations - we travel with our 2 sons and found the rental unit spacious, well kept and nicely appointed. The ski in ski out was a must and we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub after a hard days skiing. Tube town was a blast. The Village was nice and close as well. Great family vacation unit and fantastic hill. We have been back to this unit a number of times over the years and would recommend it.
