When is the best time to visit? Whenever it snows!! We stayed for the last week in March this year (2008) and it snowed half a foot of fresh powder every other day. Woo HOO!!

The condo is as shown in the photos. True ski in/out location. Our only complaints are the lack of response from the owner to our early check-in request made 2 days prior to arrival and really awful, smelly bed spreads and no duvet, just thin blanket in the master bedroom. Kitchen could be better equipped (we couldn't find spatula or strainer)

- blankets - quality sheets/pillows - provide soap/shampoo (as previously mentioned in Trip Advisor Review) - 12 inch fry pan (same as above) - better knives - more mixing bowls - another cutting board - stainless pots (tefon flaking off existing pots)

This is a great condo for a couple or family stay. It is roomy, modern, homely and perfectly located for a true ski-in ski-out experience. The locker for your ski/snowboard and boots, underground parking, and elevator make it easy and convenient from arrival to departure. Great hot-tub with strong jets and views down to the valley below.

It was our first visit to Big White and if we were to return to this mountain to ski, we would definitely want to stay at this condo again.

Enjoyed the accommodation. Location is a short shuttle to and from the village. Ski in/out OK. No mountain view. Living area looks into next condo. Bob the maintenance guy was great. Came right up to get fireplace going and adjust hot tub chemicals. Laura from housekeeping brought us some soap and shampoo, great lady. Some suggestions for improvement; 1. Shocked that soap and shampoo were not included. 2. From a 2012 review, they still need a 12" fry pan and garlic press. 3. Blankets for the master bedroom would be nice as we like fresh air at night

The location is very good. The unit itself needs improvement such as the seating in the living room needs to be changed. The single chair and couch is very uncomfortable. The hot tub was broken for the entire stay which was a deep disappointment. The fireplace was not working properly as well. Also, in this day and age a larger TV is a must.

Condo was great. Very new and spacious. Access to Ski hill for ski in and ski out was very convenient...just walk out the door from the 4th floor and you are on the ski hill. Hot tub was a hit for the whole family. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Suite 309 at the aspens is a great location, very quiet, and a good ski in/out location. The free shuttle service to take you to and from the village is a nice added bonus. I would like to suggest a few things to make a great stay even better. A few kitchen items are missing; a larger frying pan ( 1 - 6 inch isn't enough), cheese slicer, garlic press. A docking station or stereo would be nice to have some music for apres ski. We were unable to connect the computer to the modem because there wasn't an ether net cable provided. It would be nice to provide body soap or a body wash. Overall a great visit to Big White and the aspens.

309 aspens is the nicest ski resort condo that we have ever rented. It is tucked away in a quiet location, high up on the mountain, away from the village hubub. It is elegant, cozy, and with truly convenient ski in/ski out. We felt blessed to call it our home for the week

We rented this condo for our March break ski trip for ourselves, our two children and one of their friends. Lovely, comfortable, clean condo. All the amenities with the bonus of being in The Aspens with its excellent ski-in-an-out location. Very quiet building, no loud parties keeping us up at night (unlike the condo we rented last year from someone else further down in the village). The owners are great to deal with, and the free shuttle bus to the village center is very handy. We'll be back again next year!

What an awesome place to stay, right at the top of the mountain and choice of 5 lifts from the door its great. Very luxurious, enjoyed the hot-tub and steam shower.
