Welcome to our Vacation Rental!

Welcome to our ideal Whistler family home away from home. Our 2nd floor 1 Bedroom Condo and Den is situated in the Blackcomb Benchlands behind Chateau Whistler. It is an easy walk/ski to Blackcomb lifts and amenities.

The living room has great views, a gas fireplace, TV, CD/DVD, stereo, Free wireless or Internet hookup, and balcony access. Dining area can seat 4. Full kitchen has stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and is well stocked with kitchenware. Bathroom has deep soaking tub with shower and can be accessed from bedroom or den. Bedroom has queen sized bed, mountain views, TV and balcony access. Small separate den has bunk beds with a single on top and double on the bottom.  There is a selection of games, toys, DVD's and CD's .
There is a seasonal outdoor pool, year round hot tub, common laundry room, free secure underground parking, secure ski and bike storage.

The condo is well situated for walking or biking, tennis courts and childrens playground you won't need your car till it's time to go home!

Location & Map


The Wildwood Lodge is located on the Blackcomb Mountain Benchlands just above Whistler Village. The free village shuttle stops right at the building and runs about every 8 minutes. Very convenient. The Lost Lake park trail system is just minutes down the road, ideal for hiking ,biking or cross country skiing. The access trail for the ski hill is located directly across the road. In the afternoon you may have a short 5 minute walk back to the condo.During early season and late spring ski in and out may not be possible due to lack of snow in the valley. In this case you will need to take the free shuttle to the base gondola or walk 5 minutes to the Blackcomb base.There is a small grocery and liquor store closeby  near the clocktower by Chateau Whistler.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if canceled 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given for late arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided upon final payment of booking.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation of booking and loss of first deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Bike Storage Secured bike storage...will need to provide own locks.
Check-In Time 4pm.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a $75 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Garbage Removal Please assist our housekeeping staff by removing your garbage to the garbage room located in the parking garage.
Housekeeping Mid-stay cleans available for stays of 7 nights or more.
Internet Availability & Usage Complimentary high speed internet
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Locking Door Entry door does not lock on its own. Instructions on how to work the door lock will be provided with check in instructions.

Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions 10pm-8am. Please respect the privacy and enjoyment of other quests in the building. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
Parking & Ticketing Parking is free of charge. Parking is on a first come first serve basis.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned for Nightly Rentals.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Please store ski's and snowboards in Secure room provided. Locks will be provided for your use while you stay with us. Please do not store equipment in condo under any circumstances. Damage from equipment storage in condo will be at guest expense to repair.
Terms of Eviction Excessive Noise or damage. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace No refunds will be given

Guarantees Policies

Reservation Guarantee Property sale/damage-We will relocate you to a comparable property. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation related products

Best rainy day kids activities Meadow Park Sports Centre is a full facility recreation centre with an ice arena, squash courts, fitness centre and spa, six-lane swimming pool, children's fun pool and an outdoor water park.
Cool playgrounds Tennis courts and children’s playground, a ride down spearhead drive across Blackcomb Way and down the path to the left, past the bike rental hut towards residential houses and it’s just on your left and is free. Lost lake, a 10 min. bike ride from the condo down spearhead drive across Blackcomb Way and along the trail to the right by the golf course. Great on hot days. Swim to the many docks, look for tadpoles and frogs. Walk around the lake on the many small trails that hug the shore. Mountain bike the cross-country trails or look for “Molly Hogan”and “Tin Pan “trails which offer.
Great kids activities Whistler Adventure Zone, at the bottom of Blackcomb Mountain near the magic chair. It is open from 10 AM - 6 PM, In the summer. Combination packages are available for families. There's more than enough to do to occupy your entire afternoon for families and people of all ages! Even just watching can be hilarious. It can get expensive.

Whistler Activities

Great walks to take An easy walk In the village along a meandering path (with a nice latte), from the glacier river bridge with the moveable art close to the bobsled at the Olympic info centre, follow the river as it goes under the bridge, it turns into a wetland boardwalk, a yellow brick road which wanders through this narrow park in the middle of the village. The park contains a river feature and several art pieces, cross the next street to water fountains, a story telling circle and chair and a grassy slope.

The condo was a perfect size for adults with 2 kids. Location made it easy to take the free shuttle to and from the lifts, with a bus stop right outside the building. Attentive and responsive manager .

The kitchen had everything we needed. Generous supply of towels. Was very nice to have access to the hot tub for apres ski. Underground parking was easy. The building provides luggage carts for ease in unloading, however, because of a few stairs en route to the unit, you can only bring the luggage cart 1/2 way from the elevators.

Decent condo in Blackcomb area

It was a decent place to stay, especially for the money. Calling it ski out is quite a stretch. It would really need to have A LOT of snow on the ground to ski over to the lift. The walk down the trail wan't bad though. Easy walk to Blackomb base for a couple of bars and restaurants.

This is the first time I stayed near the upper village. This condo is a short walk (5-10 minutes) to the upper village ski lifts. The surrounding area is fairly quiet unlike the village area hotels. The condo itself is clean and well-stocked with kitchenware and towels. The den is small but usable. The free shuttle from the village stops right outside the condo, although it may be faster to walk from the upper village lifts than to ride the shuttle (the shuttle makes a large circle before circling around to Wildwood Lodge). Very comfortable stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
