  Welcome to the brand new ski in/ski out 'Jay Chalet' at the exciting Sun Peaks Mountain Resort!  Within our luxurious 777 sq ft condo, there is absolutely nothing that hasn't been thought of.  From the clean look of the condominium on the outside, to the comfort and convenience of the amenities in the inside, we are committed to deliver a truly unforgettable experience.

  We offer comfortable accomodation for up to 6 guests.  With a complete gourmet kitchen, full-sized dining table, Italian leather sofas, and the warmth from the gas fireplace, the atmosphere is that of an upscale downtown Vancouver apartment intertwined with the coziness of mountain living at its best.  Whether it's the Sony 40" flatscreen LCD TV and upconverting DVD player, or the heated slate tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom, you will find that every aspect will add to the extravagance. 

   In the evening, rejuvenate yourselves with our hot tub on the private patio deck, reminisce the day you just had on the slopes, and prepare to spoil yourselves again with fresh powder the following day!

  We at Settler's Crossing #64 want you to enjoy your stay at Sun Peaks Mountain Resort.  We have worked hard to develop and maintain the unit for rentals, and want to stress the importance of a few simple rules that we'd like you to adhere to during your visit.  These policies are strictly enforced.  Violations of any policy will result in a breach of the rental contract, and ultimately eviction with the possibility of fines and charges to the registered guest.

Suitability & Eligibility Policies

Suitable For:
Adults - Min Age to Stay: 25 Registered guest must be 25 years or older. We welcome kids as guests, however, the member of the party who is making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age.
Long Term Renters (Monthly) We will accept long term renters. Please contact the owner for more details.
Non-Smokers Only No smoking allowed in unit. Strictly enforced. Eviction without a refund for violation. Registered guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any smoking in the condo.
Not Suitable For:
Graduation & Stag/Stagette Parties No graduation & stag/ette parties allowed in the unit. Strictly enforced. Eviction without a refund for violation.
Pets No pets allowed. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
Wheelchairs Property cannot accommodate wheelchair use and wheelchair access.
Young Adult Only Groups 17-24 Young adult only groups age 17-24 are NOT permitted.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests A reservation cancellation within 14 days of booking - a $25.00 CDN fee will be charged. A cancellation after 14 days of booking and before 45 days of arrival - one night's fee will be charged. Travel insurance is recommended to protect the registered guest against any unexpected events involving lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delayed Arrivals We are not responsible for late arrivals. Refunds for late arrivals will not be issued. Travel insurance is recommended to protect the registered guest against any unexpected events involving lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed in advance. Please review instructions and contact owner if there are any questions prior to going to Sun Peaks Mountain Resort.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Assessed at checkout. Rental includes normal unit cleaning. Excessive cleaning costs will be evaluated and passed on to the registered guest.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 10 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. Strictly enforced by the strata council. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 10 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation out of respect for our neighboring families.
Garbage Removal Garbage pick-up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Instructions re: garbage removal posted in the unit. Please dispose of all garbage at check-out.
Housekeeping Unit will be cleaned before arrival and after departure. Includes a towel change, light wipe of kitchen and bathroom, carpets vacuumed if needed, linens changed, and toilet paper stocked. Please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher.
Internet Availability & Usage Wireless High Speed Internet provided. See check-in and arrival instructions to access wireless internet.
Liability Responsibility of registered guest. We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location at Sun Peaks Mountain Resort
Locking Door Responsibility of registered guest. Please ensure door is locked at all times.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency number provided at check-in. 24 hr emergency number provided upon final payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6. Strictly enforced. Eviction without a refund for parties of 6 or more guests for nightly stays.
Missing Items Assessed at checkout. Cost of replacing missing items will be passed on to the registered guest.
Parking & Ticketing 1 secure underground parking stall available for registered guest. Access code will be provided after final payment has been received. Limited number of additional on-site guest parking available.
Policy Updates Owner reserves the right to change policies in a continuing effort to improve services for our guests. Please review policies prior to coming to Sun Peaks Mountain Resort.
Property Damage Damage costs will be charged to the registered guest's credit card after departure. Damage includes, but is not limited to: damage to common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost/broken/missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants' behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned for nightly rentals. Please contact owner to arrange long-term stays.
Terms of Eviction Guests will be evicted for excessive noise, smoking within property, pets within property, presence of 6+ overnight guests, parties, and/or property damage to private or common property areas. Forfeit of all deposits/payments will occur in the event of eviction.
