The bathroom includes towels set for 4 and a Jaccuzi tub and shower.

The bedroom includes a luxury queen size bed set with high quality mattress. Fresh linens are provided.

Follow the road until you arrive at the light in Saint-Jovite, there is a Ford dealer on your right.

Turn left immediately after the underpass get on the 117 and take the next exit #119 Montée Ryan (about 1 km)

Turn right at the light on Montée Ryan, (1.5 kms) turn right at entrance of golf course La Bête on your right

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Payments are 80% refundable with 2 months notice. All other payments are non-refundable, except if booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked & rebooked rate; refunds will be subject to a 10% processng fee
Delayed Arrivals No Refund and no extension of stay. No Refund and no extension of stay.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information All pertinent check-in and check-out information plus map and driving instructions will be sent upon final payment via Email.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4:00 p.m. Earlier check-in must be pre-arranged with owner.
Check-Out Time 12:00 Noon. In order to ready the property for our next visitors usually arriving that same afternoon we ask that you kindly check-out at the designated time.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs $200. When applicable, if housekeeping is over and above the norm. Guests must leave the property neat and tidy with garbage taken to the curb and dishes in the dishwasher.
Excessive Noise Totally inacceptable. Please keep noise levels to a minimum. Subject to eviction without refund after second warning.
Housekeeping Provided before and after your stay. No daily housekeeping
Internet Availability & Usage Free wireless high speed internet. Not responsible if any loss of data. Not reponsible if the service provider is down. Not reponsible if speed is under the norms.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Mont Tremblant Ski Resort. Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Parking & Ticketing Free parking for one car in front of the condo. other cars must park in the Visitors Parking area (free) located few steps from the condo
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to immediately notify all visitors of any policy change.
Property Damage Guests are fully responsible for any property damage. Credit card will be charged for damages
Rental Accommodation Zoning L'Aiglon is zoned for both long and short term rentals.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace; excess of 4 overnight occupants without prior agreement with owner.
