This beautiful & spacious mountain home has ski-in/out access right at your back door! The village centre with fine dining, pubs, and shopping, is only a few minutes away.
 

Tastefully decorated and furnished, our home features heated flooring, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large living and dining areas, river rock fireplaces, quiet location, high speed internet, TV's in every bedroom, a boot warmer in the garage, private hot tub, BBQ, and most importantly 4 bathrooms!

 Property Description

A beautiful 1900 sq. ft. town home with main, upper, and lower floors. Enter on the main the floor, with powder room to your left, and interior door to the garage on your right. Enjoy heated tile flooring in the entry and kitchen areas. On the main floor is the well equipped kitchen, dining area, and a very comfortable living area. The private garage has ski storage and a boot dryer for your convenience. On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with private ensuite, two other bedrooms, and the main bathroom. On the lower floor is the roomy den with sofa bed, foosball table, large bathroom, washer & dryer, and the access to your private hot tub.

Living Area

Spacious living room with large flat screen TV located above rock fireplace.  Comfortable leather sofa, loveseat, and fabric armchair.  Personal touches in decorating are evident.

Dining Area

Cathedral ceiling allows for plenty of sun light.  Sliding glass door off dining area allows for easy access to deck with barbeque.  Large craftsman dining table seats six, extra bench seats two more.  Three additional bar stools are located at the granite bar to make room for plenty of seating.

Location

Trails Edge townhomes are located slopeside on Sunburst Mt. and are ski-in ski-out units.  We are a five minute walk or two minute ride to the village.  The village has several excellent restaurants, retail shops, grocery store,  nightclub, and sports centre.  There are several activies throughout the resort, rental facilities, sleigh rides, ice skating, cross country skiing, and snowmobile rides.  Summer activities include mountain biking, and a beautiful 18 hole golf course.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless booking can be replaced. Refunds or portions thereof will be refunded based on the number of nights rebooked and rebooked rate refunds will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your travel plans

Delayed Arrivals no refunds. we are not responsible for delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information will be emailed to you prior to your arrival
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests are responsible for all cleaning costs over and above those of normal use. Guests will be responsible for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, etc.
Excessive Noise this is a family complex, please do not disturb our neighbours
Garbage Removal Please take Garbage to the Transfer Station located on Industrial Way (western entrance to the resort)
Housekeeping provided by us after your departure
Liability We and/or our Contact are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort.

 About Us

Trails Edge #36 is owned by two families from Lynden, WA.  We discovered Sun Peaks in 2003, and fell in love with the quaintness of the resort.  We purchased Trails Edge #36 prior to construction, and love the selection of our quiet end unit.  Both families enjoy down hill skiing, snow mobiles, and snow shoeing.  Our summertime activities include hiking, fishing, and four wheeling throughout the endless trails.  God has blessed our two families, we'd like to share Sun Peaks with you.  We hope you enjoy your stay at the resort as much as us!
