 Our luxury ski townhouse is located in the Perfection Ridge development, with 5 star ski in/out access to the Perfection ski run. Our home has been decorated to a high specification, including stainless appliances, granite worktops with slate heated floors in the kitchen, bathrooms and entrance areas. The hot tub offers great views from the deck and we are only a 10 minute walk to the village centre.

 Our 'Gormet' kitchen is fitted to a high specification, with stainless appliances, granite countertops and heated slate floors. You will find everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a large family meal. The kitchen area is seperated from the living and dining areas by a breakfast bar with seating, which is a great place to sit and eat an informal meal or to chat with those in the kitchen.

 The living room is focused around the stone fireplace and has plenty of seating for all, with an 'L' shaped sofa and recliner chair. We have an LED televison and DVD player for your entertainment.

 The dining area is on the main floor and has a table with seating for 8 and looks out over the deck with hot tub.


 Our home is located in a great position on Big White mountain and contains a high level of private amenities. You will find everything you need for a great holiday.

 We are located in the Perfection Ridge development which is the perfect location for a ski vacation. With direct ski in/out access, which gives access to 3 lifts to go up to the Village Centre or up onto the mountain and yet less than a 10 minute walk to the Village Centre. It doesn't get any better than this!!

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable unless a booking is replaced. If a refund is made a 10% cancellation fee is charged.

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information and access code instructions will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract When you book with us you agree to our online terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Will result in cancelled reservation without refund on deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available, the deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00PM is the earliest check-in time.
Check-Out Time 10:00AM is the latest check-out time.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise is not tolerated and can result in eviction from the property. Quiet time for the neighborhood is 11:00PM to 7:00AM.
Garbage Removal Please place all garbage in the bags provided. All bags are to be left in the locked garage. Do not leave outside.
Housekeeping Complimentary upon arrival and after departure cleans. Mid stay cleans are provided for stays of 10 nights or longer.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm, or any property damage, suffered or caused by any guests or guests of guests while they are staying at our property or while visiting Big White Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies 24 hour. Emergency contact information will be provided with your access information.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people. You will be evicted if more than 6 guests stay overnight without our written consent.
Property Damage Guests authorize a credit card payment for up to $500CDN upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but not restricted to; noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning The property is zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace, pets in property, more than 6 overnight guests without written permission.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse is very comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for a ski vacation. It was spotlessly clean, and looked exactly as pictured on the website. The location is excellent (true ski-in, ski-out and an easy 10 minute walk to the village). In addition, the free shuttle to the village stops just outside the complex. If we had to make a suggestion, it would be that it might have been nice to have some extra hot tub towels and a hair drier in the master bathroom. But these are minor points and, as indicated above, I would definitely recommend this property to others.

We have stayed at this property twice now in the last three years and absolutely love the amenities and location! The owner is a pleasure to deal with and answers all inquires almost instantly whether it be before, during or after your stay. The kitchen is stocked and the condo makes you feel comfy and welcome as soon as you set foot inside. I would recommend this property to anyone travelling with or without kids. I've stayed at Big White several times over the past few years and there is a reason why this is the only residence we've chosen twice! As soon as we have our plan and dates organized for next year Andrew will be sure to hear from us.

2016 Big White stay

We love the location of this condo. The ease of the ski in ski out location makes it one of the best locations on the mountain. The owner, Andrew, was very responsive to a small issue with the cleaning crew, who had a busy pre-Christmas schedule, were behind on our check in day. They arrived after we did (with chocolates) and quickly cleaned and provided new towels, bedding and such. The rest of the stay was wonderful. The hot tub after skiing is the best. The kitchen is adequately supplied for those who like to cook and the condo layout is very comfortable. We have stayed in this location in the past and will plan to do so in the future. Big White is such a great winter vacation destination!

Had a short stay at perfection ridge during January and was not disappointed. Ski in ski out could not get much better than this! Condo was very tidy and comfortable with everything required to make your stay enjoyable. Just a short walk to the village centre for dinner in the evenings.

Made great use of the hot tub with beautiful views for recovery after some long days snowboarding. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Perfection Ridge and we loved it....again! The location is perfect! The unit was clean, warm and inviting when we arrived. It was fully stocked with many extras, such as garbage bags, dish soap and toilet paper; which made the every day-to-day living convenient and comfortable. Andrew was very clear with arrival instructions and made himself available for any questions.

We will be back for more ski vacations and we have already recommended "our" vacation home to friends and family.

Best spot for ski-in ski-out

From the first contact with Andrew this rental went like a charm. We requested that there be no feathers in the one room bedding and that was quickly arranged prior to arriving. Our stay was fantastic, has certainly spoilt us for any others. The place was VERY CLEAN and had lots of room for the 4 of us to relax after skiing. It truly is a perfect ski-in, ski-out location, right next to the run. It is a bonus to be able to come in at lunch and relax before heading back out again. The bedrooms were large, lots of extra pillows and blankets. Having a hot tub was wonderful at the end of a ski day, and the BBQ on the deck made it easy to plan meals.

Thanks Andrew, I would highly recommend this unit and we are hoping to return again next season.

Beautiful Unit

This condo was perfect for our stay, the 3 of us (myself, my wife and her sister) found it very comfortable and extremely well appointed. The kitchen is spectacular and has everything you could ever need, the heated floor works really well and we found it easy to use. The bedrooms are a generous size and the linen provided was of the highest quality. We found the lower wet area to be a real godsend, it was nice to be able to come in, get out of the wet clothes and pad up to the living area. I liked the heated floors in the bathrooms too, set the timer on these so when you get up it's all ready to go. The only downside was the walk back up to the village, there's no steps to allow you to shortcut this unfortunately but there's a free shuttle. We used the shuttle a few times but generally found that it was just as easy to walk. The access to the blue run next to the condo made life easy in the mornings, we had season passes (buy them early, it's worth it) so it was simply a case of walk a few yards, strap on the ski's or board and head down to the lift. If we decide to do another ski holiday then we would have no hesitation in trying to book this unit again
