This 3 level townhome is located in a quiet central courtyard. You are able to drive right up to the door to unload and the hot tub is steps away
It is a 5 minute walk to lifts or catch the shuttle from the foot of the drive every 5 minutes all day long. Steps to the marketplace and Village Stroll where you will find many stores and fine restaurants. We are on bike trails which take you past lakes and golf courses and kids water park. Walk distance to everywhere. Secured underground parkade to safely leave car for duration of your stay.
Across the street is an open air mall with IGA grocery, Starbucks, liqour store, restaurants and drug store.

|Property Sale||All bookings will be preserved in the event of a property sale. If the booking is not preserved by the new Owners, the new Owners will be contractually bound to move your booking at their expense.|
|Reservation Changes||If availability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.|

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning done after check out. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||High Speed Internet Included. Log on codes given with access info.|
|Liability||We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home,while in transit to, or while on resort property. Please make sure you have your own travel insurance.|
|Locking Door||Coded door for convenient access. Must lock at all times when not present in the unit.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||We will send you contact numbers with reservation info.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||6 Total. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction. Owner also reserves the right to reverse the reservation within 24 hours of booking.|
|Missing Items||Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the Guest departure. Everything has been inventoried|
|Noise Restrictions||Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guests may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied agains the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.|
|Parking & Ticketing||1 assigned spot in gated underground. Extra underground parking spots in Visitors|
|Property Damage||We reserve the right, at our discretion, to collect a $500.00 property damage deposit prior to arrival. If not collected damage will still be the responsiblity of client. Damage will be charged for includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Townhome contents have been inventoried. Any damage or missing items will be your responsibility.|

|Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage||All Ski's, Boots & Snowboard gear to be stored in entrace area to unit. No gear permitted in upper floors of unit. Must be stored down stairs|
|Terms of Eviction||Without further notice we reserve the right to evict guests who receive more than 1 complaint for excessive noise and/or if the maximum number of guests is exceeded. The owners discretion|
|Reservation Guarantee||If our property is damaged & we cannot fulfill your reservation, you will be given the option to either cancel your reservation with a 100% refund, or be moved to a comparable property. If a comparable property is not available, the booking will be cancelled with a full refund.|
We are 3 couples who are mostly Realtors that live in the Vancouver & Tricitys area. We all love Whistler for many reasons. Some of us ski and some just love in the spring and summer. The unit was small but sufficient. Hard when you have a person sleeping on pull out as that room is always messy and it is the room you hang out in.(we were 5 adults) The condo is nice and clean so I would stay there again just leave one grown kid at home.
The best part was you could walk to town and all amenities very easily. The hot tub was hot but shallow. Still ok after a day on the slopes. All in all I would recommend it. People who owned it are very nice especially Jill!!View Full Review

Wonderful, clean condo. Nice central location close to the bus stop and easy access to shopping. the only complaint is the wifi connection, which would only last for a minute or two at a time. Great place to stay in Whistler

My husband and I and our 2 children (10 and 20) spent a wonderful week in this Valhalla home. Very conveniently located, very spacious and clean. Also enjoyed cooking our meals on the BBQ on the balcony. The shuttle to get to the mountain is just a few steps away. We also used it to come back home for lunch on our ski days. The Marketplace is right across the street...very practical to purchase food, pharmacy items and liquor.
The mattresses in the bedrooms were comfortable and we all slept very well. We did however open up the sofa bed to give it a try but it was not great. I would not suggest anyone sleeping on it for a long stay. The only downside would be the size of the spa...it's tiny and groups of younger people tend to hang out there for many hours at a time, not leaving the other guests a possibility to use it at all.
All in all, we had a terrific stay, We saved lots of money by buying food across the street at the IGA and eating at home. We would totally stay there again!View Full Review
Great Condo For the Family

Stayed for 3 nights with my two kids and wife. The unit is large, quiet, clean and in good condition. The kitchen is well stocked and updated. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and it was nice for us to have a private bathroom and TV in our bedroom. The wi-fi and movie channel selection was appreciated for relaxing after a hard day of skiing. There's a small hot tub directly across from the front door that we did not use. My main worry was the kids who are 9 and 11 would find the walk to the mountain shuttle to far. It was about 150 meters and even after a day of skiing and carrying their equipment it wasn't a problem. The shuttle to the mountain worked well we only had to wait a minute or two to be picked up. There are many stairs in the condo so I wouldn't recommend it for toddlers or the very elderly.
Overall I would highly recommend this unit and will consider booking it again for out next Whistler trip.View Full Review

The place was cozy and clean with everything you need with plenty of room for the three of us. It is close to shopping and dining, the village shuttle bus and it was lovey and quiet. Booking and payments were easy and the instructions on how to get to the property and gain entry were clear and concise. Everything was perfect for our reservation at Valhalla, from the instructions on how to get to the property and gain entry to what to do to close up the condo when leaving. Jill was great to work with, it was easy to make the booking, make payments and the instructions were very thorough. The place was cozy and clean with everything you would need for a stay away from home. Toiletries, towels (nice and soft but still absorbent) and hair dryers in the bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen even some condiments were supplied. Plenty of room for the four of us to eat, lounge and generally hang out and relax. Close to shopping and dining, we parked our car for the entire trip in the heated garage below the condo and walked everywhere. We loved coming back to the comfort of the condo in the evenings and flopping into the oh so comfortable beds to sleep soundly every night. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone going to Whistler. I think the reason there are not more reviews is because most people have disposed of their paperwork with the log in info to get back on the site. I had to dig mine out of the recycling bin. :) But I really wanted to leave a review so it was worth going that extra mile. The condo was very nice & clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location is great. It is a nice walk into Whistler Village & convenient to grocery stores & other things you may need during your stay. We had a great time & would stay here again. The only problem we did have was with the front door code box. Valhalla is a very quiet complex located close to the Whistler Village. Unit #57 is well appointed and comfortable. The living and dining areas easily accommodated seating for 6 people. Very comfortable beds , and nicely decorated bedrooms. The separate entrance and parking at the front door for unloading and loading was a huge bonus compared to other condos we have stayed at in the past. Secure underground parking with plenty of visitor spaces. We would recommend this condo .

This place is a perfect location to take in the Whistler Village. Across the street from groceries, liquor store and Starbucks. The Whistler walk starts right there also. The suite was great for 4 of us, we even had a barbeque 1 night. Owners were very easy to deal with and quick to respond. We couldn't beat it for the price, would stay again no problem.

We had a great time in Whistler. This townhouse is absolutely beautiful - so clean, so welcoming and an awesome location. It is a quiet cul-de-sac tucked away among the trees. It is right across from the IGa complex, and just a block from the village. We have rented a lot of different places in Whistler, and yours was by far our favourite. The beds were so comfortable, and the furnishings and decor are great! One morning when I looked out the livingroom window, I saw 2 bear cubs walking by! We will definitely be staying here again!

My 3 friends and I rented the property for our annual ski trip to Whistler. It's a 2 beds. With 1 King in the master, a queen and a double in the secondary, and a sofa. 2.5 baths. Fully functional kitchen. 2 TVs, DVD player, Cable TV, truly fast Internet connection, and even Surround sound system in the living room. The place is about 8 blocks from the lifts, but there's a free shuttle just outside the complex you can ride to the lifts and back. There's a supermarket and a Starbucks right across from the complex too. In short, it's a fantastic property and you won't be disappointed if you rent it. If available, we will be going back every year. Thanks!
