608 SF ski in / ski out 3rd floor, 1 bedroom condo unit. Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, queen size sofa bed in the living room and a single portable foam bed available on request. The bathroom has a large tub/shower and towels for 4. Well equipped kitchen and a large deck with views of Mt. Morrisey and the golf course. This unit is located on the sunny side of the building...it's nice a bright! With the largest 1 bedroom in the building, it provides more space in the living and bedroom areas as well as providing much more storage.

|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Will be passed on to you.|
|Excessive Noise||Immediate eviction will result without refund. If a fine results for the non-compliance of the Bylaw, the guest will be responsible to pay the fine|
|Garbage Removal||Garbage must be removed and taken to the garbage facility located in the underground parking area next to the entrance door. Garbage is not to be left in the hallways|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary prior to arrival and after departure. Cleaning and/or Laundry during your stay must be arranged prior to arrival. The guest is responsible for these additional charges. Mid week cleaning is not always possible depending on the availability of the cleaning company|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property, Fireside Lodge common property, or any other location in Sun Peaks.|
|Locking Door||Doors must be locked when not present in the unit.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||On Call. Numbers will be provided on final payment and available in the room. After hours emergency calls will be charged at $50.00/hour if it is considered an emergency that could wait until office hours.|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||5 people. Eviction will result if there are more than 5 overnight occupants|
|Missing Items||Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per the stated damage deposit policies. All items are accounted for by the cleaning/maintenance company|
|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Eviction will result if the noise bylaw is not followed|
|Parking & Ticketing||Vehicle and vehicle contents are the responsibility of the guest not the property owner.|
|Policy Updates||Policies are subject to change without notice.|
|Property Damage||Guest agrees to pay for any damage upon departure. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken, or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company and/or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.|

We have been taking Ski holidays for years, but once introduced to Sun peaks we were hooked. Sun Peaks provides a wide variety of runs for all skill levels and lots to enjoy even if you don't ski. Our family was born and raised in BC and are still in awe by its beauty. We are grateful to have such a wonderful place to call our second home and hope our guests enjoy it just as much as we do.
