Welcome to our beautiful Ski in/ Ski out townhouse on Blackcomb Mountain, located in the desirable Blackcomb Benchlands of the Upper Whistler Village area. Our mountain retreat is luxurious and comfortable, newly renovated with all new paint, new beds and furnishings, stainless steel appliances and in-suite laundry facilities - making your stay a perfect mountain retreat and vacation. Enjoy the Hot Tub after a full day of skiing, or curl up next to our gas fireplace for a cozy evening. We are conveniently located near the bottom of the Wizard Express and Cruiser runs, for a true ski in/ski out location. Take advantage of the free, year-round shuttle buses located near the complex entrance, scheduled every 10 minutes for maximum convenience, to the Main Whistler Village, Upper Village or the many cross country skiing locations. World Class Skiing, World Class Shopping and Art galleries to enjoy, your visit will make this a memorable vacation for years to come. Location & Map


Located just above the village next to the lower cruiser ski run. Free village shuttle bus stops at the top of the driveway to the building. For skiing simply walk across the street strap on your ski or board and a short push and you are on the hill. In summer time when the snow is not covering all the trails to the ski hills it is just a short 10 minute walk to the village.

Travel Reseller Bookings - no Referral Fee offered We gratefully accept & invite travel re-seller, tour operator and 3rd party bookings. We do not pay a commission on the posted rate. Please invoice the Guest directly and independently to include your fee.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 4% transaction fee's if cancelled 30 days or greater from scheduled arrival date. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given for late arrivals.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided when fully paid.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation of booking and loss of first deposit. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage No bikes allowed in condo's or on decks. Common bike room in building. Not recommended for valuable mountain bikes. Please ask us about alternative on mountain secure storage.
Check-In Time 4pm.
Check-Out Time 10am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Any cleaning costs not considered normal or due to smoking in the unit will be assessed a minimum of $250 cleaning charge.
Excessive Noise Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure; every 5th day if staying 8 days or more. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense
Internet Availability & Usage Free high speed wireless internet. The internet is provided by the phone company, if they have an interuption is service we are not responsible
Liability Guest Responsibility. Owner will not be held responsible for any accident or injury while in said premises
Maintenance Emergencies In resort contact.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 persons. Strictly enforced
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time in building is 10pm-8am. strictly enforced by security
Parking & Ticketing Pay parking in effect in this building. Rates are set at the discretion of the Marquise Strata Corp. Payable upon arrival at building
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to a $500 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints,common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior whilein the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Phase 1 night rentals allowed.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Private ski locker provided for each unit. Please do not store gear in the condo

This is a great place. Every bit as nice as the pictures. Updated and pristinely clean. Furniture is comfortable. Kitchen had all the basics; even provided tea, coffee, sugar and salt. The location for skiing is excellent. Just walk across the street to the path where you can ski down to the lift. Building ameneties are also great. Nice enclosed hot tub, sauna (loved that), decent fitness room, and heated pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was spacious and the kitchen was really clean and modern. The only issue in there was the fridge handle was broken making it really hard to open the fridge at times but otherwise great. Lots of sitting room in the family and dining area. The building is quiet with lots of parking (including free parking on the street). There was wifi which is always a plus! The only downside was there was no AC in the bedrooms and sitting areas. There was a fan which was fine for the night as it wasn't too hot when we went up.

We loved our stay again we have stayed there 4 times we have loved the unit every time. we have stayed at other units in whistler blackcomb and have always returned to this unit . We have stayed at other properties in Whistler and have been offered discounts on repeat stays, but we look forward to returning to this unit very soon, as we love staying here.

It would have been really nice if the main sliding door that led out to the deck had a screen. We were unable to leave the sliders open at night because without a screen we got bugs at night. The unit itself was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for 5 of us. Having a washer and drier was also a bonus. The unit was within easy walking distance to the upper village. The kids loved using the pool.
