Greysone Lodge is on a quiet cul-de-sac directly  adjacent to the ski runs of Blackcomb Mountain and is a true Ski in/Ski out Location offering direct skiing access to all the ski runs of Whistler/Blackcomb. There is about a five minute walk to the upper village and there is also a free shuttle that stops at the end of the lodges driveway.

Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4.00 pm. Check in advance for possible early arrival
Check-Out Time 11.00 AM. Check in advance for possible late departure.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise Quiet time 10.00pm +8.00 am.
Housekeeping cleaning after departureincluded, guest stayinf seven nights and longer may request complimentary linen change and trash and tidy. Additional housekeeping avaliable for a fee.
Liability The guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all and any damages that incur while they are renting. The guest releases the property owner/owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the proprty or in the resort lands.
Locking Door the guest must lock the door of the unit as they exit as it does not lock by itseff.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact names and numbers are posted in the unit.

Good unit in a good location for a skiing break. I had a few difficulties communicating with a new owner when they came in but hopefully these are just teething issues as things settle down. I enjoyed my stay - the unit provided everything that we needed for a good price. It isn't 5 star but I didn't pay a 5 star price and didn't expect that.

Great location, very handy ski in and out especially in a great season. A few issues with ski locker...owner didn't provide the right lock combination which caused issues needing to get property management involved. M L King long weekend meant lots of young people with cartons of beer in pool & spa...not family friendly, but the rest of the week improved once this crowd departed. I did not like that there were no toilet lids! It felt like a public toilet facility and awkward when using shower as worried that clothes or towel would fall in....I've never stayed in a hotel or property without toilet seats....quite weird. There were no trays in the kitchen for the oven so we found it very hard to cook pizza in the oven. The television in the bedroom didn't work so that was difficult as we used the pull out bed for our son which meant we couldn't watch TV after he went to bed. Apart from that good value for money & good location.

Clean and modern spot in the Greystone Lodge. Ski-in/Ski-out to Blackcomb mountain. Bus stop to get to Whistler Village maybe a 5-7 min walk from the building. Indoor hot tub in the building. The ski lockers were a little confusing (we didn't bring a padlock). Otherwise a pleasant and convenient stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Greystone Lodge. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the vacation rental itself was beautiful. It had lots of room, it was clean, and it had everything we needed. And it is within walking distance to Whistler Village, which is a bonus. The pools were great, and it is conveniently located right near the ski area.

Many thanks to the owner for supplying all the information necessary in a timely and courteous manner. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and to anyone looking to have a relaxing time in Whistler.

Beautiful layout, comfortably furnished, sweet kitchen, good location, enjoyed using the pool and hot tub, would love to visit again.

It is a good suite but needed to have a really good clean. The suite was not cleaned well before we checked in, so my sister and I with 4 young children did a big clean, especially the kitchen. I advised the owner of this matter and they appreciated the feedback. I would stay here again - good location, great swimming pool, like ground floor.
