Welcome to our townhome! The townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath Ski-In Ski-Out property in the Creekside development of Silver Star. We have a private hot tub on the patio for your enjoyment! The townhome is professionally decorated and maintained and we are sure you'll find everything you need for a wonderful stay here. On the main floor is a spacious living room with gas fireplace and a TV/DVD/VCR/Stereo system. The dining room has a large table plus a sit up bar, perfect for entertaining and large families. The kitchen is a fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a powder room on this floor and the patio with hot tub. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and another 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is large, with king sized bed and full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has double bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in the and laundry room for your use in the hallway upstairs. All bedrooms have new linens and new towels. On the ground floor, you'll drive in to your private 2 car tandem garage. The garage is heated and has plenty of room and shelves for your ski storage. Our townhome is also walking distance to tube town & the ice skating pond (5 minutes) as well as the village (10 minutes). You'll find the location to be very convenient yet quiet as well.  Property Description

Our townhome is a 3 level home with private patio & hot tub off the back of the kitchen area. On the main floor, you'll drive in to your private 2 car tandem garage. The garage is heated and has plenty of room and shelves for your ski storage. There is mudroom & closet located on the ground floor before you walk up into the living area. The main floor has the kitchen, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and hot tub patio area. There is also a powder room/bathroom on this floor. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and another 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is large, with king sized bed and full ensuite bathroom. There is a TV/DVD/VCR combo in the room and lots of space for your things. The second bedroom has a queen bed and another TV/DVD/VCR combo. The third bedroom has double bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway upstairs. The upper floor also has the laundry room with washer/dryer for your use. All bedrooms have new linens and new towels which are provided for your use.

Kitchen

Large, gourmet kitchen includes fridge, stove, microwave & dishwasher. All amenities provided along with basic cooking supplies such as spices, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. There is an additional table and chairs that seat 4 in the kitchen and the patio with hot tub is off of the back of the kitchen area along with the powder room/bathroom.

Living Area

The living room is very spacious with a gas fireplace and comfortable couch, love seat, and sitting chair. TV/DVD/VCR along with some movies, CD's, and games are provided. The view is spectacular and you can watch the Silver Queen chair lift & run from the living room.

Dining Area

The dining area has a large table that seats 8 plus a sit up bar with 4 bar stools. All dishes, glasses, cutlery, linens, etc. are provided.

 Amenities

Our private amenities include the private hot tub on our patio, heated garage with lots of ski storage, and all the interior amenities such as washer/dryer, dishwasher and gas fireplace. Our common property, the Creekside development, is ski in ski out to the Silver Queen chair and walking distance to tube town & the ice skating pond (5 min) and the village (10 min).

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable, unless your reservation can be replaced. Refunds given at replacement rate less $100.00 fee.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given if your arrival is delayed due to travel, weather, or other issues.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Provided to you 45 days prior to your stay or when your balance is paid. Keyless entry. Code provided via email upon full payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Bike Storage All sports equipment to be stored in locked garage area not in the townhome.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Check out cleaning costs are included in rental. Any excessive cleaning needed will be charged in addition to your rental. Guest agrees to pay actual excessive cleaning costs.
Excessive Noise After one reminder, client will be fined $100.00 for any excessive noise that continues and/or be evicted.
Housekeeping Provided upon check out as part of your rental fees.
Liability Owner's carry liability insurance.
Maintenance Emergencies Phone number for emergencies will be provided in your check in package.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum sleeping capacity not to be exceeded. Violators will be evicted without refund.

We have worked hard to stock the townhome with all the things that you might need for your holiday.
