Our spacious 2 bedroom suite is located in convenient Whistler Village North.  It boasts a beautiful view of Rainbow Mountain. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by a large open concept living/dining area. The unit comfortably sleeps 6, and contains a full size kitchen to continue making those great home cooked meals. No vehicle required at Deer Lodge..everything Whistler has to offer is steps away.

Cancellations Made by Guests 30 day notice is required. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival then the balance will be refunded only if a replacement booking is made.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. We are not responsible for arrival delays.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Via Email. You will receive a general check-in info email after payment of your final balance. Further details on access & parking will be emailed to you closer to your arrival date by our service provider Mountain Hideaways.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Responsibity of Guest. To be charged to credit card
Excessive Noise Not tolerated. Will result in eviction from property with no refunds.
Garbage Removal Responsibility of guest. Gargage and recycling room is located in the underground parking area
Housekeeping No charge for housekeeping. Mid-stay cleans provided (at no charge) for stays of 7 nights or longer

Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or any location in Whistler Resort.

Missing Items Responsibility of Guest. Missing or damaged items will be charged to guest credit card

Property Damage Responsiblity of Guest. Charged to guest credit card. $500 credit card authorization taken at time of check-in.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoned for nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction 24 hr. Security Company is on duty. Excessive noise or disturbance WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Excessive noise may or will result in your eviction of our home and NO money will be refunded. If we receive a fine because of any disturbance caused, this cost will be passed onto the guest directly via a charge onto their credit card.

Great stay and good value

We had a great stay at Deer Lodge. The place was big, clean and well organized. We appreciated the fire place in this cold weather. Although it did not have gas when we arrived, but this was quickly fixed by maintenance after letting the reception staff know about it.

The beds were comfy as well as the sofas. It was nice to have plates, cutlery and pans in the kitchen to cook, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and drying machine. I really enjoyed the little details such as the books and board games in the living room.

Only minor issue is the light at the dining table was not working. And we did refer it to the reception more than once, but this was not fixed until the end of our stay. It did not bother us, but would have been nice to have it fixed.

Overall a great stay and very good value for money compared to other properties around. Would definitely recommend it!

All the comforts needed for a Ski-focused week.

It's hard to beat the proximity to evening activities in the Olympic Park including skating and sledding which was perfect for the kids. Be aware - it's about a 1 mile walk to the Gondolas which can feel like a long way when carrying kids and skis but we managed fine with the hillside ski check.

The unit was in good condition and provided all we needed in terms of cooking, internet access and a washer dryer. The 8 person table was fantastic for playing family games in the evenings.

The building was in OK condition. The community hot tub and workout facility were across the commons from our building so not as convenient to Deer Lodge as from the Eagle Lodge. The elevators were excruciatingly slow and disposing of Trash involved a 10 minute carry from our apartment to the underground dumpster.

All in all, we'd give this 3.5 to 4 stars and would definitely stay again.

Superb condition condo in a very convenient location. The proximity to the village stroll and bars makes it a bit noisy late into the night, however, which can be a drag when the windows are open to escape the heat of summer.

This property was essentially exactly as described. Air Conditioning in the living area would be a welcome addition but otherwise it was perfect for our stay. Good usable kitchen facilities and comfortable beds with good pillows. Makes a big difference! The building itself could do with a little maintenance but it's a minor quibble. Friendly check in staff and the Whistler Shuttle bus drops right outside at the Town Plaza. We'll be back!
