Our condo is complete with cathedral ceilings, 1200 sq. ft. of spacious living space, two floors with a private entrance. It has an oversized patio, charming fireplace and abundant woodwork. The exterior consists of rustic wood sidingand natural stone.
The mainfloor includes a complete bathroom with shower, open kitchen, open plan living and dining room, one bedroom, interlocking stone patio, wood fireplace and laundry room.
The upstairs consists of a master bedroom with walk-in closet, a second bedroom and a complete bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.
Large floor to ceiling windows allow lots of sunshine and show-off the surrounding woodlands. The quiet surroundings are perfect for that relaxing vacation or for enjoying the company of family and friends.
With ground level access only steps from the parking area, getting in and out with all your stuff is easy.

Our kitchen includes ceramic countertops which is great for placing hot pots. It looks into the dining room and living room which is great for caring on a conversation with your guests while cooking. Includes 4 stainless steel applicances.

The morning sun brightens up the open concept living room with cathedral ceilings through the large windows. With a southeast exposure you will enjoy the warmth of the winter sun but when it gets cool the woodburing fireplace warms up the mood. Cable TV, DVD, CD Stereo, pullout sofa and loveseat are the main furnishings in this comfortable room. The funiture is in excellent condition and well maintained. Window treatments are made of high quality wooden shutters that give a high class feel to the whole place.
Our dining room is nestled in the corner of the open concept living area, next to one of the floor to ceiling windows and the patio doors. The dining room funiture includes seating for 6 with a leaf extension for two more guests (two extra chairs are located in the front closet). The funiture is hard wood and has a rustic design.
- Our property has a southeasterly sun exposure so we get the morning and early afternoon sun, perfect for those cool winter mornings. During the hot days of summer, our patio is shaded in the late afternoon and evening, great for sitting out and enjoying the fresh mountain air.
- The "TransCanada Trail" (Le P'tit Train du Nord) is just minutes from our front door and offers over 200 km of biking trails through the wilderness and small towns from Saint Jerome to Mont Laurier.
- Relax at the "Le Scandinave Spa" iwhich is located just 3 kms from our condo. Featuring hot and cold tubs, a refreshing dip in the river, relaxing massages and renowned hospitality.
- Situated on a championship golf course, Le Bete, and close to many other top quality golf courses, our location is ideal for a golf get-away.
- Of course, don't forget about the skiing. Some of the best skiing in eastern North America is only a short drive (8 km) away.

- We are on a septic system so please follow the guidelines of what "CANNOT" be put in the toilets which is provided in each bathroom.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies
|Cancellations Made by Guests||The deposit required to confirm a reservation is refundable if a notice of cancellation is received at least 21 days prior to arrival, less a fee of $50.00. No deposit refunded in the event of, cancellation less than 20 days prior to arrival (even if reserved in that 20 day period), package cancelled less than 72 hours to arrival, cable, phone, electrical or mother nature's issues, late arrival or early departures.|
|Delayed Arrivals||We are not responsible for circumstances which may result in delayed arrivals. No refund.|
|Delivery of Instructions and Access Information||Sent by email prior to arrival.|
|Guest Account Termination||The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. |Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Noise||Please keep noise levels to a minimum. Noise complaints may result in eviction.|
|Garbage Removal||Please remove all garbage upon departure. A recycling box is available in the entrance closet for paper/plastic/cans/bottles.|
|Housekeeping||Housekeeping provided prior to arrival and upon departure. For all stays of 7 days or more, change of lines are provided at mid stay. However, daily housekeeping service is available for a nominal charge.|
|Liability||The Guest booking the reservation is responsible and liable for all damages and for ensuring the policies are respected and adhered to. Guests releases the property owner from all liability for theft or injury while in transit of property, in the property, or on resort property.|

|Property Damage||Property damage of common or private property includes physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, rude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $600.00 CAD for all private or common property damages caused by the Guest themselves or a member of the party. Guests may be also be evicted without refund.|

|Terms of Eviction||Excessive noise, unruly behaviour, smoking, pets, threat of damage to property, excess of 8 occupants without prior permission.|
|Biking||There are paved trails that wind there way from the old village to the mountain, along the river and much more, these are all free. Le P’tit Train du Nord is an old railway bed that has been converted to a bike trail that’s 200 km long. Mont Tremblant is near the middle of the trail so you can go about 100 km either way, the condo is only minutes from the trail. The northern half is paved and has some beautiful bridges and scenery. The southern half is not paved but still offers an excellent biking experience. Daily or seasonal passes are available at the info. centre on the trail.|
|Golf||The condo is located on Le Bete, a championship golf course, its our favourite with lots of challenging holes and breathtaking scenery. If you do a 2nd round the same afternoon on the same course you usually just pay for the cart. Book tee times well in advance to ensure you get your choice. There are several other championship, regular and executive courses to choose from.|
|Skiing||We (and most locals) prefer to drive the extra 10 minutes to the north side. The parking is close to the lifts, if you get there by 9:00 you can usually park within 200 feet of the lift. The skiing is usually better on the north side but you can ski the whole mountain and follow the sun if its cold. The north side has a cafeteria, rentals, and box lunch area. We usually bring our own lunch and leave it in the car, its so close anyway.|

Magnifique condominium avec deux chambres cuisine et deux sdb. L'ensemble est bien tenu et les installations de bonne qualité, BBQ extérieur, piscine accessible aux locataires. Accueil très pro et bien organisé. Les condos sont placés dans le golf de la Bête dans un superbe environnement. Facilement accessible l'ensemble se situe à 15 minutes de la station du Tremblant et à 35 minutes de l'entrée du Parc (accueil du Diable). Supermarché à proximité, bref tout le confort pour un séjour des plus agréable.
Centrally located, clean and comfortable condo

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights in August (myself, another mom, and our two sons age 18). The boys played golf at La Bete (right outside the door of the condo) and Le Maitre (a 5 minute drive). We ladies shopped and visited the spa (just up the road). The condo was centrally located to all Mt. Tremblant sights, including the Village itself, multiple golf courses, the Scandinave Spa, and St. Jovite (where all the good shopping and restaurants are). The condo was clean and comfortable, and exactly as described. The beds were great, with clean fresh linens. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cook ware for our needs, and there was lots of room to relax in the evening. I would recommend this condo if you are planning a visit to Mont Tremblant.

Great condo in a peaceful area of Tremblant directly on the golf course. We enjoyed the clean, well furnished fully equipped and spacious condo for 1 week. Our 2 sons; aged 2 and 5 had more than plenty of room to roam around and play and since mother nature was on our side, we also enjoyed the 2 pools and took many walks around the area.

Our family's stay in this condominium was wonderful. The condo was clean, beds made up with fresh towels awaiting us upon our arrival. Its location just far enough and not too far from the swimming pool was great and our grandsons swam every day at least once. The complex is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the golf courses nearby and close proximity to the Tremblant Hill. We have no hesitancy in recommending the facilities to any others who are longing for a relaxing time.

We stayed at this location for 4 nights over the July 1st long weekend. Two middle-aged couples shared this beautiful condo. The facilities in the condo were beyond our expectations. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the rooms very pleasant to stay in. Having the benefit of two full bathrooms was a big criteria for us and we were not disappointed. We would definitely stay at this condo again and also recommend it to our friends.

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 story condo is located on a gorgeous golf course. It is fully equipped, has cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling windows, fireplace, very very clean, just beautiful. We stayed at this condo for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. What a nice location, we were only a few KM from Tremblant where we skied each day. If you decide to book this spot we would highly highly recommend making a stop at the local IGa which is only a few KM away just off the highway, the butcher section is incredible, we picked up three T-Bone steaks larger than dinner plates (AaA Black angus) absolutely incredible, I will measure all future steaks against these, I'm afraid I may have just had the best steaks of my life!!! If you have any questions Denis is most helpful. We are looking forward to booking again, possibly in the summer this time and taking advantage of the golf course (with a few mulligans) and cycling. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

We are a family of four from Christchurch, NZ, and stayed 4 nights at this delightful condo in Mont Tremblant in early January. The property was perfect for us, and is just as the photos show. It is very well set out, with three large bedrooms, and beautiful kitchen and welcoming living and dining areas. It is located in a secluded area on a golf course about a 5-10 minute drive from the base of the Tremblant ski area, and as we had a car, this was perfect for us. The owners were an absolute delight to deal with, and went out of their way to ensure we had a hassle-free time in this beautiful ski resort. We would not hesitate to return to this property, and would highly recommend it as an option for other families or medium-large groups.
