 Property Description

Our second floor condo can be accessed from either the heated parking garage, or from the ski-in outdoor entry, both via the elevator. The private ski locker is located next to the front door. Off the entrance hall is the main bathroom, guest bedroom, and laundry. There is a large open plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, with access to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. From the living area, there is also access to the private deck with large hot tub and beautiful views.

Open plan living area. Relax in front of the fire on the large extremely comfortable leather corner group, or watch a DVD on the large LCD TV. If you're feeling a little more energetic, why not get the family involved in a game on the Nintendo Wii, or play a traditional board game from our selection. There is also a CD/stereo with iPod dock to listen to your favourite tunes.

Dining Area

Large table with leather chairs at either end, and comfortable leather bench seats down either side. Will seat 8 people comfortably. Perfect for dining, entertaining, or board games.

Our unit features a floor to ceiling natural gas stone fireplaace. We have a framed piste map which can also be used as a coffee table if placed on the foot stool. What better way to finish your day than to talk about where you've been skiing over a cup of coffee!

Arrival Days There are currently no restrictions regarding the day of guest arrival.
Cancellations Made by Guests All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will refund your money. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses.

Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Sent by email upon receipt of balance of payment. Includes directions and access codes.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4:00 pm. This may be negotiable, depending on previous guests departure date.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund. Please be considerate of your neighbours.
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at time of departure. Waste disposal and recycling containers are on site located in the parking lot.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included. In addition, guests staying 10 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed linens every 5th day. If this is not required, please inform us. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
Internet Availability & Usage Private wireless internet is available in the condo. Passwords are given in the guest information book in the unit.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests, or guests of guests, while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort. Please take care.
Locking Door Please remember to lock the door to the unit. We are not responsible for any loss of guests property.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 people.
Missing Items Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints, and will be charged for any damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Parking & Ticketing There is one numbered parking stall for guests exclusive usage. The common parking areas outside the building are operated on a first come first served basis. There is additional parking in the Happy Valley parking lot, a short walk from the condo.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice. However, guests will be notified by email of any changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guests assume all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests during their stay, and authorize up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their credit card upon departure. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property, and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning This property is legally zoned for either short term, or long term, rental accommodation use.
Resort Information Provided at time of arrival, and/or visit www.bigwhite.com. Information is provided in the form of a guest book in the unit.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage Stored at owner's own risk. We accept no responsibility for stolen items. There is a ski locker provided for you next to the entrance of the unit. This has a combination lock, details of which can be found inside the unit.
Terms of Eviction The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from the property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

If we fail to successfully relocate you, we will fully refund the remainder of your stay.
