We love Whistler and invite you to stay in our home.  Whistler is a year around vacation destination you will surely enjoy.  Our home provides comfort with all amenities in a great location.  We keep our home in great condition, clean, and updated.  Our location is superb.  We receive many compliments on our home.  You will not be disappointed.

Northstar is a gorgeous up to date complex  in a perfect location.  Situated at the edge of Whistler Village across the street from restaurants, groceries, shops, and recreation.   Any time of year you are within easy access to recreation at Whistler.

 Property Description

The unit is on the ground floor accessed by a keyless coded lock.  The entry is a separate room with ski storage, laundry facilities, closet, and hooks for wet ski clothes.  Walk down the hall and the bedroom is on your right and bathroom is on your left.  Continue to the living area with the fully equipped kitchen on your left and separate eating space off the kitchen.  There are large windows in the living area over looking the private deck with seating and gas barbecue.

Our townhome is the perfect place to stay in Whistler with many special features.  The location is superb with groceries, shops, restaurants, entertainment, and recreation all steps away.  The large pool and hot tub are great fun year around.  The unit is comfortable, clean, and a quiet place to enjoy Whistler.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Booking & Arrival Deadline 25% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 45 days from the date of arrival
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival. Refunds are subject to 5% cancellation fee. Refunds or portions there of will be refunded based on the rebooked rates and number of nights.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds given. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrival.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed to you after final payment. If you have any questions just email us.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Reservation will be cancelled. No refund of paid fees given.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Locked area provided in secured underground garage. No bikes in unit.
Check-In Time 4:00pm. Early check in may be possible. Email for information.
Check-Out Time 10:00am. Late check out may be possible. Email for information.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests authorize this charge. Will be applied if unit is left excessively dirty or stained.
Excessive Noise Results in eviction by 24 hour security. Noise by-law restricts any loud noise after 10:00 p.m. NO refunds given. Excessive noise and/or disturbing the peace will result in eviction without refund
Garbage Removal Please remove garbage upon your departure. A key will be provided to access the garbage.
Housekeeping Provided at end of stay. Additional cleanings may be scheduled at guests expense for longer stays.
Liability Excluded from liability. The owner is not responsible for any personal injury or property loss of a guest as a result of their stay.
Maintenance Emergencies A 24 hr contact number will be given. Complete emergency instructions will be provided.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Four guests allowed in unit. More than four guests will be enforced and result in eviction and no refund.
Missing Items Any missing items will be subject to credit card charge upon guests departure. As per damage deposit policy.
Parking & Ticketing Free secured parking for one vehicle.
Property Damage Guests authorize up to $500 charge to credit card upon departure. As per damage deposit policy.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Our condo is legally zoned for either short term or long terms rental accommodation use.
Terms of Eviction 24 hour security company. Security company will evict for excessive noise, common and private property damage and disturbing the peace.

Our best Whistler story
Our favourite season in Whistler and why. Every season is unbeatable. Summer is sunny for great hikes, swimming, and mountain biking. Fall has beautiful color and clean crisp air. Winter has the snow (of course!) for perfect skiing and snowboarding and spring brings the sun and snow.

Is cleaning included? The townhouse is cleaned before arrival and after departure. If you have a longer stay, we can schedule additional cleaning.
Are towels provided? An ample supply of towels are provided for four guests.

Check In and Check Out Times

What are the Check In and Check Out times? Check In is 4:00 PM or later. Check Out is 10:00 AM or earlier.
Can I check in earlier? If there is a guest staying the night before you arrive it is difficult to allow for early check in. If no one immediately precedes you we can sometimes provide earlier check in, subject to confirmation from our housekeeping staff.
Can I check out later? If there is a guest checking in the day you leave it is difficult to allow for late check out. If no one immediately follows you we can sometimes provide late check out, subject to confirmation from our housekeeping staff.


Do I need a car to get around Whistler? In the winter you will not need a car. Northstar is so well located that most services are within walking distance. The free shuttle provides service that will take you to either mountain base in only a few minutes.


Do I need a passport? For U.S. citizens, on June 1, 2009 requirements to cross the border changed. Adults must have a passport, enhanced driver's license, or passport card. Children under the age of 16 will be able to present a birth certificate. For more information go to,
