Our home is a corner unit with many windows and plenty of light, boasting fabulous views of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains and the Wizard Run on one side, and the woods and ski-in trail on the other.

Park in the secure underground parking and access the second floor by the elevator. On entering the unit you will find a storage closet, bathroom, and bedroom. The kitchen which opens onto the dining / living room. From the enterance you will look out through the picture window onto the forest views. In the living room you will find the stone gas fireplace. The suite has been decorated in a Classic Whistler style

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days We accept arrivals on any day of the week! After hour arrival is not a problem with the door coded lock. There are no arrival day restrictions
Cancellations Made by Guests All deposits are non-refundable. All refunds are made by personal cheque. Summer Balance is refunded minus 4% credit card. Winter Refunds: Balance is non refundable except if reservation is replaced. Refund equals value of reservation with which the cancelled booking is replaced minus 4% if you paid by credit card, minus $100 minimum fee.
Delayed Arrivals No refunds. Door lock is coded if late during your booked time
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Complete resort information,arrival/check-in instructions with coded access info will be sent upon final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Will result in cancellation without a refund.

Reservation Changes You may lengthen your stay at no charge. Shortening your stay is considered a partial cancellation and subject to cancellation policy above. To change dates, but total nights remain the same: before balance paid, no charge. After balance paid: Winter: fee is $100 Summer: no charge.

Amenity Terms of Use Guests are responsible for damage occuring during stay to amenities and common property as a result of guest actions. Guest reservation indicates guests are agreeable to the additional charge of damage to amenities and common property occurring as a result of guest actions.
Check-In Time 4 pm. Please request early check-in in advance.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. Please request late check out in advance.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Will not be tolerated out of courtesy to neighbours. If excessive noise is reported, after one warning the guest will be asked to leave without reimbursement.
Housekeeping Clean on arrival, Cleaned on departure.
Internet Availability & Usage Internet access and computer in suite.
Liability We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.

Property Damage Guest is responsible for any damage or loss to property or contents, however caused. As keen skiers, bikers, golfers, and walkers, location & amenities were the most important criteria when selecting our holiday property in Whistler.

Aspen's is truly one of the best ski-in ski-out locations. In Ski season there is now night skiing on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night right at Blackcomb Base. The Aspen's is right there. In the Spring, Summer and early Fall there is the Adventure Zone at the base of Blackcomb. There is minature golf, the maze, climbing wall, pony rides, horsback riding, and much more.
