Located on the second floor in the 18 suite Timbers complex, our single level home features a spacious entry, open kitchen, dining and living room area offering elegant comfort. Covered deck and private hot tub accessed from living room and master bedroom. Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with full ensuite bathroom including steam shower. We are situated in a perfect location for access to ALL resort amenities. Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, lifts, restaurants & shopping and Kids Centre. Ski in at day's end over the Skiers Bridge or down Gondola Way.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking garage.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed linens every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Included. Wireless internet is included with your stay.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.|
|Locking Door||Door must be locked when not in unit. Any missing items will be charged to the guests credit card.|

|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||7 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction|

|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.|
