 Property Description

Our guests enter the unit with their private door code specifically assigned to them for the duration of their stay.  The unit has an open concept including a large living/kitchen/dining area with a gas fireplace and all the comforts of home.  Guests can relax by the fire or take a dip in the pool or hot-tub after a long day on the slopes.

The master bedroom is located on the main level, with a brand new king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

A double/single bunk bed is located in the loft area of the unit.  There is also a 2nd bathroom located on the main level entry area.

Penthouse unit with cathedral ceilings - newly refurblished to a "West Coast" design with slate floors, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Glacier Lodge is also newly refurbished with a big fire place in the lobby and a great pool / hot tub area - with the perfect ski in - ski out location - a very short walk to bars and restuarants but wonderfully  quiet at night.

Whether you are visiting Whistler to ski, to play golf, to mountain bike, window shop or simply to chill out and unwind  - Glacier Lodge in the Upper Village is the perfect Whistler location. Park your car in the secure underground car park when you arrive and never use your car again during your stay. Next to the base of Blackcomb Mountain.  All of the ammenities of the Upper Village are within a two minute walk (a small grocery store, funky cafes / bars and high end restuarants - even the five star Four Seasons Hotel) - with the more extensive ammenities of the main village a pleasant five minute stroll through the trees.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit non-refundable. Balance may be refunded if the dates can be resold and will be subject to a 4% admin fee.
Delayed Arrivals Contact Mountain Hideaways. We are not responsible for any paid nights that are unused due to delays beyond our control.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Via Email. You will automatically receive all info required for your stay in our property by email.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Cancellation. Late payments MAY result in cancellation of your booking without deposit refunds.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Reservation Changes If availability permits. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Check-In Time 4:00 PM. Please contact Mountain Hideaways within 48 hrs of your arrival to see if an early check-in is possible. If another guest is checking out on your arrival day it will not be possible.
Check-Out Time 10:00 AM. Check-out time may be extended if no guests are due to arrive in the property the same day. Please contact Mountain Hideaways while you are in the property to arrange.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Incurred by guest. Guest's pre-authorised card may be charged with any excessive cleaning required.
Excessive Noise Eviction. Whistler By-Law enforces no loud noise after 10:30 pm. Please note fines can be issued for noise complaints.
Garbage Removal Guest's reponsibility. Guests are expected to take garbage & recycling to the garbage area (located in the parking garage). Excessive garbage left may be subject to a removal charge to the credit card pre-authorisation.
Housekeeping Complimentary. Weekly & end of stay housekeeping is included. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee.
Liability Guest is liable for their own actions. We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Locking Door Electronic door code. Guest is responsible for ensuring door is locked when they are not in the property.
Maintenance Emergencies Mountain Hideaways. You will be provided with an on-call telephone number for emergencies.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7. Guests may be evicted for exceeding this maximum.
Missing Items Damage deposit taken. A pre-authorisation will be held on your credit card (taken by Mountain Hideaways) and any missing items will be charged to this card.
Parking & Ticketing FREE PARKING. Secure underground parking
Property Damage Damage deposit taken. A pre-authorisation will be held on your credit card (taken by Mountain Hideaways) and any damage will be charged to this card.
Rental Accommodation Zoning TA Zoned. This property is zoned Tourism Accommodation.
Ski & Snowboard Gear Storage concierge. There is a complementary ski valet on site of the Glacier Lodge.

Unit 304, Glacier Lodge is owned by Anita and Stephen Burnage who live in Salt Lake City, Utah - itself an Winter Olymic's venue - but they love Whistler even more! They are frequent visitors to Whistler and the unit reflects the care and attention of a second home.
