  This fantastic 2 bedroom townhouse in Glacier’s Reach is in the heart of all of the excitement of Whistler Village, yet very private and quiet. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs $150 will be deducted from security deposit if excessive cleaning is neccesary.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund!.
Garbage Removal Gests are required to take out garbage on departure.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival; cleaned after departure. Additional cleaning may be scheduled at the guest's request and expense. Guests must do all dishes and turn on the dish washer before departure. The guest will be charged for extra cleaning cost if excessive cleaning is required
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.
Locking Door Door will automaticaly look and code will expire 30 min after check out time.

We have been coming to Whistler/Blackcomb for many years and always stay at one of the condo's near the Market Place in Whistler Village. We have had mixed results, some good some not so good. This condo in Glaciers Reach #81 was outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved the proximity to the Market, Village and bus stop. The layout was great with the split plan (bedrooms and hot tub upstairs with living and kitchen downstairs.) It was well appointed, comfortable, warm, and relaxing. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future and definitely recommend this unit and owners.

Beautiful townhouse, amazing location -- a lovely place to celebrate Christmas! The kitchen was very well equipped, though I could not locate a can opener or a cookie sheet. Also, the oven preheat/heat light did not work, though the oven itself worked just fine; I just made sure to allow a lot of time for preheating. Minor quibbles, we had a wonderful stay!

I think it would be helpful to update the arrival email to include specific information about what garage to park in. I arrived and saw both North and South garages. Since I was staying in the East building I drove around the property looking for a separate garage. I know it sounds like overkill but I think your future guests will appreciate more help checking in.

Great Condo in a Great Location

5-8 minutes walking to everything (coffee, crepes, trails, olympic rings). Very quiet and kepts very clean (both inside and outside). Plenty of space for 6 to lounge and eat. My kids enjoyed the private hottub and all the pokemons around the condo. The elder adults loved the walkways and we loved all the chance to walk everywhere in Whistler.

The separation between the bedrooms and the living areas are great and everyone got their spaces.We wont hesitate to come back to this condo or recommend it.

Is some stairs to get up to the unit and then another set of stairs up to hot tub and master bedroom. Pictures didn't really show all that and with my 75 year old mother along for our trip it was a bit for her BUT once up on the main level she was all good. The setup is the best yet that way with 3 areas of privacy for us 3 families (sister and her daughter came too) was perfect!

As was cooking (need a canopener though as none there) with all the great pots and tools! Everything worked great! Barbque on the huge deck would of been of a bonus but no luck! We ate and slept and the hot tub was great too! The views are great! Close to IGA and MCdonalds etc etc and the village! Can't beat that area!

Thanks to the owner - letting us live like millionaires for 5 days! Was really something! I would recommend and would use again if up that way!

Great condo, updated, comfortable furniture (even the sofa bed was great). Location is good - near marketplace. Bus can be crowded during peak times but that's true all over. Being at the base of the village is great for window shopping and going for a walk in the evening. Hot tub was great.

We're a family of four and we just got back from five nights in this great condo. The pictures are an accurate depiction of this accommodation. The interior was very clean and nicely decorated, however the three patios could definitely use a good sweep and cleaning. They looked like they hadn't been swept and cleaned in a year, as there were pine cones/needles everywhere, and lots of bird droppings. We couldn't use the outdoor table and chairs until I spent about half an hour cleaning them!

However, that being said, everything else was great, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the layout, the location of the complex, and the fact that the condo is surrounded by trees, making it surprisingly cool on a very hot weekend (we hardly needed the air conditioners, which are in the bedrooms).

One thing that came as a surprise to me was that this condo is actually three floors (kind of). You have your main door at ground level, and then you walk up a flight of stairs to the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom; and then another flight of stairs to another bedroom and bathroom (and the hot tub). This was not an issue for us, but it might be good to know if you struggle with too many stairs. We loved being off the ground floor, as we felt it gave us more privacy when we were on the patio. The kitchen is very well stocked, with all the basic necessities. We kind of wished the pool was just a bit bigger though, but we just chose times when it wasn't crowded and it worked out fine. The pricing is very reasonable, which makes this place very attractive. We would definitely stay there again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Loved it!

Awesome trip and an awesome place to stay! Great price, owners very responsive, and the apartment was very clean. Everything worked well for the most part and the private hot tub was a nice addition. The unit is a bit smaller than the others being that it's a corner unit. Only one parking spot despite it being two bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked however. The hot tub can accommodate 4 people. Suggest the reservation system not require you to log in to finalize your remaining payment; it should just happen automatically. The property is about a 20 minute walk from Whistler Village so we found it a bit too far. Nice and quiet however.

Great to have our own space, away from the bustle

Very easy - short walk - to get to the lifts. We didn't use the bus as we didn't need it! Liked the walk as a stretch after skiing and it took us through the heart of Whistler Village - especially cute with the Christmas lights. Hot-tub was a big hit with the kids. And great for my aches from the day's skiing. And oh so private. There were 4 of us, even though the property sleeps 6. This meant we didn't need to be cramped on top of each other, with 2 using the sofa bed. Instead, my husband and I had a double bedroom, and the kids had a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds, and the sofa could remain a sofa at all times. Much better with all the gear we had for skiing! There wasn't a whole heap of space for ski gear - which was fine for us as we hired skis and left them at the rental place. The allocated place for gear was a cupboard at the entry (bottom of the stairs from the living area) but it wasn't heated (or we couldn't work out how to heat it - may have been 'user error'??), which meant boots didn't dry out so inners had to come upstairs, and the small entry area made coming home a bit of a squeeze. Not terrible, just something to manage with tired kids. On the major plus side, the hot tub was 'just ours' and not overlooked by anyone, and we didn't have the nightclub noise to deal with as some friends staying in the village did. Heating was effective and easy. Kitchen fine. Living / dining space perfect for 4 - may get cramped for 6, but would work with 'very close friends' or family. Would definitely go back again.

Great place to stay

This property suited our needs perfectly. The bedrooms are very private from one another which is perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the hot tub and I could picture using the front deck in summer for leisurely dinners. The unit was very quiet but within close walking distance of the village center. The underground parking was clean and accessible. One suggestion would be for the owners to provide a site map as to the location of the unit within the complex. We had no problems finding the address but the numbering of the units was interesting.

The location is great - not on top of the pool, yet close to the trail. This condo is very comfortable and quiet. Great for our needs. Thank you for a great stay!

We really liked the condo. The place has a nice layout, quiet and private. We really enjoyed having meals on the deck. We would definitely like to stay here again. The owners were very responsive.

Loved this place!

We had a great stay at this rental! location is perfect for me, 5-10 minute walk to the lifts, right across the street from the end of the village. I walked to the lifts every day and it was great to get the blood pumping before a nice long day on the slopes. The value of this place can't be beat. The rates are about the only thing on my trip that was economical, Whistler has very high rates for food, booze, entertainment, lift tickets but not this condo!!! Speaking of the condo itself-very comfortable, cozy and decorated nicely! I wish the hot tub was off the living room deck as opposed to the master bedroom because noise travels easily in the condo but that is really minor stuff. The only negative I can say about my experience was that the hot tub people just walked in and left my wife a little startled. A notice from the owners would have been nice in advance and a knock on the door should have been mandatory! We also had minor problems figuring out where our unit actually was when we first arrived... This place was an overall 5 for me. I want to stay here again for sure. Maybe next winter. Dont raise the rates on us!!

We stayed here for 8nights in January 2012 and it was great...Only a 10min walk to the base of the mountain or there's a shuttle bus stop a 2min walk from the front door...Everything about the condo was fantastic as were the the owners...They replied to any emails or contact made extremely efficiently and could not have been more friendly or helpful... Would recommend this to anyone from couples, a family or singles looking for somewhere homely and comfortable to retreat to after a busy day on the slopes... Loved it!!!
