Property Description

Located on the second floor with a south eastern exposure our home has a private entrance that opens into foyer with closet. Walk into the spacious and open kitchen, dining and living room and then onto the deck with hot tub.  Centrally situated, the main bathroom and the in-suite laundry are off kitchen area.  Master bedroom with ensuite and second bedroom located off central hallway.  View the floor plan in our photo gallery.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund!. Please be considerate of your neighbours
Garbage Removal Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking garage.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bedsheets every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Skit Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 8 people. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items, which depending on value, may be in excess of the stated damage deposit.
Noise Restrictions Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice, however guests will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.
Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.

If we fail to successfully relocate you we will fully refund the remainder of your stay. Ed and Charlene's apartment and the Raven were fabulous! Great location and a perfect apartment for a family of three or four. There was an issue with the plumbing (caused by the weather) while were there and Ed dealt with it quickly and brilliantly. Our occasional questions by text were answered in super quick time. I would definitely come back and thank them for great holiday accommodation.

Family Christmas Vacation

We stayed at this property over Christmas with two children (8 and 10 years) and had a wonderful vacation! The condo was very close to everything (entertainment at happy valley lodge and the gondola to get to centre village) and was an easy ski-out and an even easier ski-in. The property was clean and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub was a relaxing way to end the long days of skiing. We were unable to figure out the DVD player in the main tv area, but we didn't make any special requests for further help either. The owners are very reliable to get in touch with and extremely helpful with any questions that needed to be answered. Parking is convenient and safe. I would easily recommend this property for it's cleanliness, modern interior, comfort, location, stunning views and overall positive impression. Enjoy your stay!

We love skiing at Big White and each time we have come here we stay with Ed. The unit is great for our family of five. The building location is convenient to skiing, and Happy Valley for ice skating, sledding and the village gondola. It has heated underground parking, with easy elevator access. The unit has a nice view, with a warm cozy feel. If you are there on a Saturday, you will enjoy watching the evening fireworks from the hot tub.

Truly a beautiful condo with everything we needed for our stay. The pictures are accurate and the place looks and is just as advertised. Very comfortable condo which is a corner unit, there are lots of windows and only one neighboring suite. There's a beautiful view of the mountain range from the balcony with a large hot tub perfect for relaxing.

All furniture, etc was in great condition and kitchen is well stocked. Beds are very comfy with nice warm comforters; ensuite bathroom has a steam shower; kids loved the giant bunk beds. There are even luggage carts in the parkade so unloading the car was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Kitchen amenities were great, very happy to find an electric beater, as I planned to make a cake for my son's birthday! A few difficulties getting in, as the garage combination lock had changed codes from our emailed directions. Luckily, friends were staying in the same building and had the code. Secure building, nicely appointed for furnishings.

This is an end unit and is a bit quieter, we had no issues with noise and plenty of windows. Would be nice to have a BBQ, but recognize this is uncommon. Plenty of room for my husband and myself and our two teenage boys. One son had to stay home, but he would have had space as well, though maybe not as handily. Had the opportunity to meet Ed and found him very affable.

Ski in is possible through the village, but not a true ski out. Requires a 5 min walk to access a pathway to the gondola; or a 5 min hike up the embankment behind the building (cross the road) to access the run to the plaza chair. However, this was noted in their description, so not a surprise. Ski lockers are provided in the underground garage. All in all, a good holiday. Thank you!

Great condo in a great location. Love the granite counter and the steam shower! We love being so close to Happy Valley. Supplies like toilet paper and dish soap were a little low but the owner was very responsive and quickly got us what we needed. We also appreciated all the little kitchen supplies like spices and plastic wrap. Note the hide a bed mattress is getting a little "thin" and uncomfortable for adults - we put kids on it - but otherwise a really nice and well kept condo.

We recently spent 4 days at this condo during the Spring Break and we were delighted with our stay. We had high expectations based on the photos that we had seen in the listing and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was even in better in person. From the heated floors to the fantastic hot tub, everything was great. We were also very happy to see how well-appointed the unit was. It was a real treat to cook our meals in a kitchen that had everything that we needed. The location was great for our family since we were close to Happy Valley Lodge where most of the family-friendly activities take place and we also could easily ski home at the end of the day. I can't recommend this unit highly enough. We are already planning to come back next year.

Unfortunately what should have been an excellent experience was marred by the owner entering the unit without notice during our stay. This was compounded by the fact that it occured while my wife was alone in the unit trying to enjoy the hot tub. The hot tub is on the balcony and she did not here any knocking. He just appeared at the balcony door saying "i don'r mean to scare you". This was just wrong on so many levels. Aside from that, if you can possibly overlook that, the unit and facility was as advertised.

The place was wonderful, the location and amenities were great. I felt disappointed with the DVD tho as the colour was all skewed, the faces were purple. As this was more of a relaxing trip for me eg., reading and watching movies it was very unenjoyable to sit down and watch a movie. I also feel that all amenties should be working properly when paying the daily rate charged for the condo.
