|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bedsheets every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Skit Resort.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests.|

|Missing Items||Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items, which depending on value, may be in excess of the stated damage deposit.|
|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.|

If we fail to successfully relocate you we will fully refund the remainder of your stay. the condo was absolutely amazing. everything was in perfect working condition and clean when we arrived. i definitely want to go there again when i get a chance.
We recently spent 4 days at this condo during the Spring Break and we were delighted with our stay. We had high expectations based on the photos that we had seen in the listing and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was even in better in person. From the heated floors to the fantastic hot tub, everything was great. We were also very happy to see how well-appointed the unit was. It was a real treat to cook our meals in a kitchen that had everything that we needed. The location was great for our family since we were close to Happy Valley Lodge where most of the family-friendly activities take place and we also could easily ski home at the end of the day. I can't recommend this unit highly enough. We are already planning to come back next year.
The accommodations were just as described, will be back for sure!
Unfortunately what should have been an excellent experience was marred by the owner entering the unit without notice during our stay. This was compounded by the fact that it occured while my wife was alone in the unit trying to enjoy the hot tub. The hot tub is on the balcony and she did not here any knocking. He just appeared at the balcony door saying "i don'r mean to scare you". This was just wrong on so many levels. Aside from that, if you can possibly overlook that, the unit and facility was as advertised.
The place was wonderful, the location and amenities were great. I felt disappointed with the DVD tho as the colour was all skewed, the faces were purple. As this was more of a relaxing trip for me eg., reading and watching movies it was very unenjoyable to sit down and watch a movie. I also feel that all amenties should be working properly when paying the daily rate charged for the condo.
