Spacious 1047 square foot condo with private deck. This Condo is on the second floor level at the front of the Raven building facing toward the mountains. All rooms are on one level. The Master bedroom at the front has a private ensuite with steam shower enclosure and great views. Bedroom 2 and the cosy Den are close to the main bathroom as you enter the Condo. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas have a large open plan layout with the lounge area accessing the private deck and hot tub. There is a secure garaged parking space and ski locker.

Lovely, light and spacious open plan living - you can see the Monashee mountains from the lounge area window. A relaxing central area with comfortable leather sofa and chairs in front of the fire. Wall mounted 42" screen plasma TV above the fireplace with DVD player and selection of movies. There is a stereo (I-pod compatible) and a Nintendo WII games console with games.
The dining area sits 6 comfortably between the lounge seating area and the Kitchen. A beautiful solid wood table with high back chairs for family and friends holiday celebrations and gatherings.
A great thing about The Raven, setting it apart from most other developments, is its indoor heated Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre with changing facilities. Closed circuit TV coverage of the pool area to your suite gives extra comfort and security.
Our home is located on the second floor with views to the south and east. The Master bedroom at the front has a private ensuite with steam shower and a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed and Bedroom 3 with a single over single bunk are close to the main bathroom as you enter the Condo. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas have a large open plan layout with the lounge area accessing the private deck and hot tub. There is a secure reserved parking space and ski locker.

The Raven is a short walk away from the Happy Valley Adventure area and Lodge.
Ski-in, Ski-out - There is direct Ski-in access to The Raven and Ski-out simply requires a short across the road, or walk downhill to the Gondola depending on snow coverage. On a good day you can put your skis on as soon as you have left The Raven entrance and crossed over the road.

|Cancellations Made by Guests||All payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking, we will issue a refund by cheque. Please note that your booking is made directly with the property owner who is based in the UK. Any refund of any booking fee is subject to a 30% deduction, this is to cover both credit card processing and Canadian taxes which are deducted at the point of any booking payment being made.|

Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|

|Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. |Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund. Please be considerate toward your neighbours|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking garage.|
|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 10 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed linens every 7th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Wireless internet access is provided by a third party. We cannot be held responsible if there is a lack of or quality of service at any time.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.|
|Maintenance Emergencies||In resort support provided. Complete emergency contacts provided for booked guests|
|Maximum Sleeping Capacity||8 People. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction|
|Missing Items||Guests authorize credit card charge for replacement of missing items.|
|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time is 11.00pm to 7.00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11.00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11.00pm out of respect for neighbouring guests.|
|Policy Updates||Policies are subject to change without notice, however guest will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment you agree to pay us for all damages that you incur. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, unauthorized pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.|

|Terms of Eviction||The following conditions and circumstances will result in eviction from our property: smoking, excessive noise, pets, more overnight guests than permitted by owner. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.|
|Reservation Guarantee||If a situation arises that is out of our control, we will find you another suitable arrangement. If we fail to successfully relocate you, you will receive a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products or services.|

the condo was very accessible to skiing and other activities and the gondola. it had everything in it we needed. all the instructions on how to get there, enter etc were clear. only exception we had to rely on a neighbour to help us deal with a problem with combination lock on condo door. we'd recommend it to anyone. only drawback for us was the 5 hour drive from vancouver

We usually stay next door in Snowbird lodge but couldn't get in there this year so went to Raven. It was fine, the location is great, right near happy Valley Lodge, ski in/out not as convenient as Snowbird but worked. Ski lockers were terribly small, only fit 4 pairs of skis and poles, there were 8 of us in the condo, had to take boots and boards upstairs with us. We're used to a much bigger locker next door. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves, we had no other complaints about the condo, .
Fine Condo...but would we return???

This is a well-appointed condo which has a good location. We had 8 in our party and we did not feel crowded. The kitchen is very well equipped. The issue was the noise which came from beside and on top of us. A group of young people were staying beside us and we complained to management on at least two occasions due to their rock music. Management was sympathetic, attempted to enforce a reasonable silence, yet the noise would continue. On both occasions, the noise was so loud that the manager had to go outside to get their attention from their window. A manager said that they had had numerous complaints about this group but that they were staying there for a couple of months and there wasn't much they could do. Nice! Above us were a couple of five year olds running around...shouldn't be a problem really, so that makes me think the building itself is quite lightly built. They most definitely were loud!!! Otherwise, if you can guarantee good neighbours, you'll have a fine stay!
