 Property Description

 

Our easy to access main floor condo has the washer and dryer conveniently located off the foyer as you enter. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located a little further down past the foyer. The modern kitchen is central to the unit with the dining areas close by to your left. At the far end of the unit you'll find the spacious living area where you can enjoy good times by the fire as you look out over the southern facing Happy Valley. Off of the living area you can access the private deck and relax in our private hot tub. Having the sleeping areas and living areas at opposite ends of the unit provide for some privacy and quiet between those who want to rest and those who still want to unwind a little more before calling it a day.

Located in Happy Valley, the Raven is just a 5 minute walk away from the free gondola that provides great access to all of the village amenties: restaurants, kids centre and the snow board and ski school. Happy Valley provides easy access for many non-skiing events including the free huge outdoor skating rink, the Mega Coaster tube rides and cross country skiing trails.

Guest Stay Contract A signed guest stay contract between guest and property owner is required prior to property access This agreement requires your contact details and credit card deposits and permission to take payment in the event of damages to the property or its contents. Any damage reports will be provided.
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included with your stay. Guests will receive a complimentary change of towels and bed linens every fifth day on extended stays Additional housekeeping can be provided for an additional fee
Ineligible Guests & Refusal of Business: 48-Hour Reservation Cancellation The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Pets NOT PERMITTED. Guests can be evicted. STRICTLY ENFORCED

Terms of Eviction The following conditions will result in eviction from the property; smoking, pets, excessive noise, more overnight guests than permitted, common and private property damage and disturbing the peace. No refunds will be given.
