Our 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom condo at Forest Trails is one of the best locations on the mountain.   Park your car for your whole vacation!  You won't need it when you stay at Forest Trails.

This is the view down the valley from our living and dining rooms - yet the village shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Relaxing, quiet privacy plus easy walking access to everything = a great location at Sun Peaks!

Our kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need to enjoy dinners at home.
The 2nd bedroom is in a quiet location at the back of the condo and has two twin beds
The 2nd bedroom also offers a TV / DVD and ample storage.
The 2nd bathroom treats you to heated floors and a generously sized walk in shower.
The ensuite master bathroom features a deep tub/shower combination, as well as independent heat controls.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, full ensuite bathroom with a deep tub/shower, and a full sized closet.
The master bedroom also offers a TV/DVD. (yes - we know that makes 3 TV's in this condo but some people really like that! You don't have to turn it on if you don't want to:)
Our unit is #26 - just walk up the stairs and use the keycode to enter.
We installed a motion sensor on the light at our front door, so as you walk up the stairs there will be lots of light to enter the keycode.
The garage is heated - CLEARANCE IS 6'9" !!! If your car is too tall you can park it outside but must use the tag you'll find inside to identify the car/condo connection.
Clearance for the garage is 6'9". The door is on the same key code for easy ski storage at the end of the day.
Forest Trails is a small grouping of duplexes and fourplexes. Our condo is an upstairs unit in this fourplex in the middle of the complex.
The BBQ is in great shape!
When you look to the right from our balcony you see the runs on Sundance!
Take Gentle Giant run to our ski home trail.
We love playing with family and friends at SunPeaks. Using our condo ourselves helps us make sure it is well maintained and well equipped.

We're equipped to comfortably host 6 people for dinner - with lots of elbow room for 4.  Enjoy!

Special Features

We think that Forest Trails is the best ski in location on the mountain - and an easy 2 minute walk to ski out!   After hours, we are a quiet, private community with easy walking access to all the shops and restaurants.  

We use the condo ourselves so we make sure it is well equipped and everything is working.  My husband loves to cook - so you can be sure that the pots and pans are good quality and there are enough dishes and cutlery to make things easy.

We have high speed wireless internet access available for your use - as well as TV/DVD, full cable with movies, sound system with IPod capability, and a Scrabble board for those lazy nights.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests Payments are non-refundable. If we can replace your booking we will refund your money at the re-booked rate, minus a 4%cancellation fee
Delayed Arrivals Security code access. No refunds
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information INFORMATION WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL. Please leave your current email address - directions and access codes will be emailed to you on final payment.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Bike Storage Skis, snowboards, bikes must be stored in the private, heated garage.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Considered property damage.
Excessive Noise Repeated complaints are grounds for eviction. No refund
Housekeeping Cleaning after departure is included. Complimentary mid stay cleaning for 7+ nights
Internet Availability & Usage High speed access is complimentary.
Liability The guest who books is responsible and liable for all damages and for ensuring that these policies are adhered to. The guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property , in the property, or on resort lands.
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contacts provided on final payment.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 4.
Missing Items Missing items are considered damage - please see damage deposit policy.
Property Damage Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, smoking or pets in the unit, missing items/theft. Guest authorizes up to $500 charge on their credit card for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves or any member of their party. Guest may also be evicted.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Zoning allows nightly rentals.
Terms of Eviction Smoking in the condo, pets in the condo, repeated noise complaints, damage to common or private property or an excess of 4 overnight guests without prior owners permission will result in eviction. No refund
