Ski in/ ski out to the Blackcomb Base to the Wizard chair, walk to the Upper Village or take the free shuttle to the Village. Property Description
Our home is on the top floor with a view of the courtyard and Blackcomb mountain. You immediately feel at home with the open layout and bright picture windows in the living room and skylight in the bedroom. The newly carpeted bedroom, living and dining room warm up the place and make it feel cozy.
The full kitchen with full-sized appliances opens into the joint dining and living space. The living area is great for lounging by the fireplace in the oversized couch and armchair while watching TV or a DVD.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a skylight looking up the hiil and plenty of storage space. There is an additional vanity sink to make sharing 1 bathroom more convenient and allows for everyone to get ready for a night out on the town.
The bathroom is spacious and has beautiful granite tiles with bathtub/shower and built in hair dryer. There is plenty of space to hang your wet snow gear or you can use our electric glove dryer and boot dryer.

The full kitchen equipped with full sized appliances including stove, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder and electric kettle. It is fully equipped for your use if you choose to make up some "comfort food' after a hard day on the hill.
Living Area
The living area is spacious and bright. We have super comfy oversized couches so you can laze in front of the fireplace and watch TV/VHS/DVD. There is a collection of movies and games as well for post-skiing activities.
Dining Area
The Dining area is adjacent to the Living room. A nice wood table and chairs easily accommodate 4 adults to enjoy your meals.

Location
We are located in the Benchlands off Blackcomb mountain. We are literally across the street from the slopes and access is easy. You can be in the Blackcomb Village (Upper Village) in < 5min and the Whistler Village in < 15 min or you can easily jump on the free shuttle right outside our home. We back onto a series a great hiking trails for either snoeshowing in the winter or hiking in the summer. The building has just been recently renovated and looks great with amazing valley views on every floor.

| Excessive Cleaning Costs |
Guest is responsible for paying excessive cleaning costs stemming from extraordinary cleaning above the standard typical Guest stay. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage. |
| Excessive Noise |
This is a family-oriented, quiet development. Noise complaints may result in eviction by local police or security personnel. Normal conversation and laughing pitch is permitted. Screaming, swearing, yelling, etc are not. |
| Housekeeping |
Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bedsheets every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee. |
| Liability |
The Guest doing the booking is responsible and liable for all damages for ensuring that these policies are respected and adhered to. Guest releases property owners from liability for theft or injury while in transit to the property, in the property, or on resort lands. |
| Maintenance Emergencies |
Local maintenance service responds with 24 hour pager. |
| Maximum Sleeping Capacity |
4. Additional persons will result in immediate eviction. Owner also reserves the right to reverse the reservation within 24 hours of booking. |
| Missing Items |
Guests will assume costs of replacing itmes that are missing upon the Guest departure. |
| Noise Restrictions |
Disturbing neighboring residents is prohibited. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. Guets may also be evicted from the premise by the strata security company. Guests are also responsible for fines levied against the Owner as result of noise bylaw infringements by the Guests. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing is not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests. |
| Property Damage |
Property damage of common or private property includes: physical damage, excessive cleaning, defacing property, excessive noise, littering, lude public behavior, missing items/theft. Guest agrees to pay up to $1000 CAD for all private or common property damage caused by the Guest themselves, or a member of their party. Guests may also be evicted. Refunds will not be issued in the event of eviction. Owner reserves the right to request Guest account inactivation. |
