The spacious living room has a cozy gas fireplace to warm you up after a day on the slopes. There is comfortable seating for the whole family on the couch and arm chair. Access to the private patio is off the living room.

The NorthStar complex is conveniently located across the street from the Marketplace where you will find the IGA supermarket, coffee shops, liquor store, restaraunts, pharmacy, and retail stores. From there you can take the Village Stroll pathway to shopping and amenities in the Village.
Whistler mountain ski lift is a short 10 minute walk away or you can take the free shuttle bus service if you want to save every last ounce of energy for the mountain.
Our unit is centrally located in the NorthStar complex with easy access to the hot tub and pool.

Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site|
|Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal||The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses|
|Late Reservation Payments||Failure to pay by the due date will result cancellation of the reservation. Rebooking is possible subject to availability. |Reservation Changes||Subject to availability and in accordance with our cancellation policy. Subject to availability, you may lengthen the duration of your reservation. If you would like to shorten your booking however, note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, it will be re-adjusted to reflect the shortened reservation.|
Guest Stay Policies
|Bike Storage||Strata by-law prohibits the storage of bikes on common property. In-suite storage of bikes and trailers is not allowed. Secured bike storage is available in the underground parkade.|
|Check-In Time||4:00 pm. Earlier check-in time may be possible. Please contact us by email at least 48 hours in advance to see if this is possible.|
|Check-Out Time||10:00am. Later check-out time may be possible. Please contact us by email at least 48 hours in advance to see if this is possible. If you have not made arrangements with us for late check-out and the cleaners arrive before your departure, a $40 charge will apply. If your late departure directly conflicts with another guest's arrival, your belongings may be gathered and you must contact the cleaners to arrange for pick-up of your belongings.|
|Complaints Concerning Property||Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Guest authorizes charges to be made to their credit card for any excessive cleaning or garbage removal resulting from their stay. If applicable, we will contact you directly to discuss the charges.|
|Excessive Noise||Subject to eviction. Strictly enforced by the 24 hour security company|
|Garbage Removal||Instructions will be provided to you. Excessive garbage left in the suite that results in additional cleaning costs will be passed along to you.|
|Housekeeping||Property cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure. Midstay cleaning service is available at additional cost.|
|Internet Availability & Usage||Wireless access instructions will be provided. Use of the in-suite internet access constitutes your full agreement to Shaw Cable's Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the security of any equipment that you connect to the services, including, without limitation, the data stored on those devices.|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any property loss/damage or personal injury while a guest is in our home, travelling to/from, or on resort property. Guests should ensure that they have adequate travel, medical, and property insurance coverage before arriving.|
|Locking Door||Guests are responsible for the security of the property during their stay. Follow the instrutions in the information package provided upon full payment.|

Even though Whistler is known for its winter activities our family has mostly enjoyed Whistler in the summer at its beaches, lakes, parks, and trails. We feel that Whistler has so much to offer year round for all ages and we hope that you have the opportunity to enjoy the Whistler experience too.

This unit was exactly as described and we got what we thought we were getting. It was close to the village, close to the free route 4 shuttle, etc. The North Star complex was quiet after 10pm so good for families and getting rest after a big day on the hill. We stayed for a week and it was a nice home away from home. I rated the Owner responsiveness as a 3 because we didn't need to contact them during our stay.View Full Review

The location of this property was extremely convenient to the village, the grocery store and the pool. We wish the couches were a little more comfortable to sit and sleep on which is why I would not recommend it to our friends with kids who might sleep on the hideaway bed. We had a great stay in this unit. It has everything you need for a great getaway. The owner provided all the info and it was very well detailed. Unit was very lean and roomy. Parking was secure and close to the unit. Access to the pool was very easy and it was located close to the suite.

Nice and clean well equipped unit for Whistler condo. We did use the sofa bed during the stay as we had 4 in our party, and will just say it might be time to upgrade this piece. Unit location was very close to the pool and hot tub in the complex which was nice.
Only issue is that it can get noisy sometimes around this area, but good news is that it is closed for all guests at 10pm. It was very nice to be so close to the stores in the village, just a short walk to all the supplies you might need.View Full Review

Would definitely recommend. Had a great time all round.
Positives: Easy check-in. Good location. Unit is a good size, very comfortable with ample storage for skis and clothing. Complex pool and hot tub are great. Kitchen well stocked. Very good value all round.
Negatives: There was a blockage in the complex plumbing and we could not use our bathroom for a day. The owner, William, responded quickly and was very apologetic about our inconvenience although no compensation was offered which was slightly disappointing. This is the third unit we have stayed in at the North Star properties and by far the best. The unit was clean when we got there and everything is well laid out. The kitchen is equipped with everything anyone would need and it all had a place which was labeled make it easy to find. The owners were a treat to deal with and extremely accommodating and responsive. This one bedroom unit has a great layout which makes it seem larger than a typical one bedroom, including a dining area and two couches in the living room. The unit is well stocked (kitchen supplies, board games, linens and tv et al) and the owner's labels for everything (light switches, drawers, entertainment) were very much appreciated. It is right beside the pool - but not noisy - and right across the street from IGA, so very convenient. Great little place in a quiet location

This is a very nice 1BR condo in a location that's close to the mountain but also quiet and secluded. The grocery store is a 1-2 minute walk away, and you can get to the heart of the village in only 5 minutes or so.
The unit was immaculately clean when we arrived, and bed was comfy and warm. We also liked the fast wifi and nice TV with many cable channels available for winding down at the end of a long day on the mountain.
The only minor suggestion for improvement (and it's very minor) would be to leave a pantry stocked with the very basics: salt and pepper, maybe a little olive oil, etc.
