 13) Wow! What a week. For three guys that get together each year to ski and relax we could not have chosen a better place. Unlike many, we came for the cross country skiing and we were not disappointed. Le Diable Sector in “Parc National Tremblant” is a must for those who like a challenge with spectacular views and vistas. Within 10 minutes of your condo you will find Domaine St. Bernard. This local ski area is very well organized and be prepared for the company of the friendly locals and visitors in this ski area. Also enjoyed Le Scandinave Spa.

Our group had a wonderful time skiing and enjoyed all the other activities Mont Tremblant has to offer as well. 15) We had a wonderful March Break in this beautiful chalet. So specious and bright and clean. We loved the view of snow and trees right outside. What a great place to be active, and to relax. Downhill skiing at Mont-Tremblant, Gray Rocks and Mont Blanc; snowboarding lessons and then runs; cross country skiing, feeding the birds, seeing the animal tracks and a lovely lodge at Domaine Saint Bernard, Acrobranch, snowmobiling, and other sweat treats from our visit to the maple sugar shack, shopping in St. Jovite and Mont-Tremblant Pedestrian Village, and in the old Village, relaxing and purifying with massage and hot baths and cold dips in La Diable River at the Scandinavian Spa, trying fondue and raclette at La Savoie. Best of all, our two families meeting here from Nova Scotia and Ontario to catch up and to have fun together! Thank you very much / Merci Beaucoup.

This is the master bedroom with a queen size bed. It also has a sitting chair, dresser, and lots of closet space. There is a Jacuzzi tub in the adjoining bathroom.	This is the second bedroom on the upper floor. This is a queen sled bed and this room looks and feels like a master bedroom. The bedrooms have lots of closet space and also include dressers! There is a Jacuzzi tub in the adjoining bathroom.	This is the first bedroom on the lower floor bedroom and includes a double bunk bed. In summer the area is landscaped with lots of nice flowers. During the winter the entire development is beautifully decorated with white holiday lights on most of the trees. This makes for a story book look that’s hard to beat. Enjoy!

L'Aiglon de Tremblant is located a couple of minutes off highway 117 within La Bête Golf Course development.

• Our chalet is located off "Monte Ryan" road which is the exit 119 from highway 117.
• Tim Horton and McDonalds on the left when you turn right to Monte Ryan. 
• Our development is the second right turn to the gate of "L'Aiglon - La Bête Golf - 700 Monte Ryan Road” (approx 1.5 km from exit 119).
• You are now on Chemin du Golf. Continue down this road pass the golf course club house and the swimming pools and just before the spa we are the light green chalets immediately on your right.

L'Aiglon de Tremblant was awarded the Quebec Residential Project of the year in the country home category in 2005. The spectacular surroundings include peaceful woodlands, views of Mont-Tremblant, Grey Rocks and Mont-Blanc ski hills, the Diable River and the lush fairways of the championship La Bête golf course. There are also 5 other championship golf courses with a 5-minute drive. The development includes a spa, two heated pools (seasonal), playground, hiking trails, biking and cross country skiing and snowshoeing on site.

Failure to meet them prior to arrival or during your stay will result in either cancellation or eviction. Please read them carefully to ensure they meet your group's requirements. Our development is family-oriented with strict after-hours noise restrictions. Before making a booking, please ensure that this property is suitable for you and your group, based on the policies summarized below.

The person making the booking must be present during the stay, and is responsible for the chalet and for ensuring that others within the group are aware of our policies herein and abide by them. Please note that the property only sleeps 8 people. If there are more than 8 overnight occupants, you will be evicted and prevented from re-booking the property again in the future. Thank you for your co-operation.

Deposit (25%) due upon booking. Full payment due 45 days in advance. A cancellation of 45 days or more prior to arrival results in forfeit of deposit, less credit card charges. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival results in no refund, unless the booking is replaced. A security damage deposit cheque of $500 is requested before check-in, and returned upon successful inspection of the unit (subject to policies below). Parking provided for 2 cars in front of our chalet. Visitor parking is provided in the vistor parking lot behind our chalet.

Babies, Kids & Teens	Children welcome! This is a great chalet for your family vacation. We provide a separate TV and DVD room for the kids with DVD's, games etc. We also provide a high chair.

No Smoking Inside - Smoking Outside Permitted	We allow smoking on our patios. Please ensure all cigarettes are extinguished and dispose cigarette butts in the garbage bids outside chalet. Thank you.
Non-Smokers Only	Absolutely NO Smoking. Strictly enforced - No smoking in the chalet. If for any reason the chalet has to be deodorized due to smoking a cost of $500 will be applied to your rental cost after you check out. Thank you

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Arrival Days	Guests can arrive on any day of the week. There are no arrival day restrictions.
Cancellations Made by Guests	All payments are non-refundable unless your reservation can be replaced.
Courtesy Hold Reservations	Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now. Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7 days/week; therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals	We are not responsible for late arrivals. No refunds will be issued.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information	Will be sent after balance of payment is received. Access code will be provided in advance
Guest Account Termination	The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract	When you book online you are agreeing to all these policies.
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal	The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments	Failure to pay by due date will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests may re-book dates if they are stil available, deposits will not be recharged.
Privacy	The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Reservation Changes	Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property	Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs	Housekeeping over and above the norm will result in extra billing withheld from damage deposit.
Excessive Noise	This is a Quiet area. There is zero tolerance for any excessive noise. Any complaints will result in eviction. Quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Garbage Removal	Garbage should be removed from the condo prior to departure. Garbage bins are located across the street from our chalet. Black bins are for garbage and green bins are for recyclables
Housekeeping	Complimentary before arrival and after departure. The moving of furniture within the chalet is strictly forbidden. This causes a lot of damage to the walls, paintwork & furniture!. Any furniture that has been moved will be subject to a charge from your deposit for it to be returned.
Internet Availability & Usage	WiFi Internet is available at no additional charge. Appropriate use of Internet is required.
Liability	We are not responsible for any injuries to tenants while they are on our property or at any location on the La Bete Golf Course or anywhere else in the Mont-Tremblant area. We are not responsible for any of your personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left behind during your stay.
Locking Door	It is the responsibility of the renter to lock the door when they are not in the chalet. Please enter the access code and turn bolt counterclockwise. Check to ensure the door is locked. Thank you.
Maintenance Emergencies	A cell phone number will be provided.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity	8 people maximum. Strictly enforced.
Missing Items	Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions	Excessive noise is not permitted after 11 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints.
Parking & Ticketing	You must park only in the 2 marked designated spots in front of our chalet. Thank you. there is an adjoining guest parking lot
Policy Updates	September 14, 2010.
Property Damage	We charge a $500 security damage deposit for any damage that is found to our chalet and/or property. A security damage deposit cheque of $500 is required before check-in, and will be shredded upon successful inspection of the unit after checkout.
Rental Accommodation Zoning	Our property is legally zoned for either short term or long term rental accommodation use.

Groceries

Where can I purchase groceries nearby?

Large grocery stores such as IGA and MAXI can be found on Route 117 in the nearby sector of St-Jovite (10 min. from Chalet on Route 117, which is a natural prolongation of Autoroute 15 coming from Montreal). Basic supplies can be obtain at the location you enter into once you get off the 117 North at exit 119 right onto Montée Ryan. There is a large Petro-Canada with basic supplies, beer and wine. This is very convenient as it is only 1.5 km from the entry to our chalet development.
