Welcome to the "Chili Pepper Suite".  This is my families private suite which has been decorated with Chili Peppers in the kitchen and an Indian theme with numerous hand-made Indian dolls and dream catchers.  We proudly offer our suite to you and your family to enjoy.  Located Slopeside on Blackcomb, this ground level two bedroom suite is located in the corner of the courtyard.  It has a view of the courtyard activites and the surrounding mountains.  Even though there is easy access to the heated pool and hot tubs, it is far enough away to prevent viewing and  hearing the pool activities.   This is true ski in/ski out.  This two bedroom suite provides a fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, sleeping for 6, extra large private patio, and new furniture including  42" HDTV in Living Room and 32" HDTV in both bedrooms with Blu-ray/DVD/CD players, FREE internet, private security safe in suite and many other upgrades. You can see the blackcomb ski lift and watch the skiers as they enter and exit the courtyard   We have provided all the luxuries of home and hope you will enjoy our suite and enjoy your visit to Whistler/Blackcomb.   Discounted Rates by Owner.

Year around heated outdoor pool, the ski slope is just on the other side of the pool

2 hot tubs, there is a third one also on the other side of the pool. The ski slope is behind the hot tubs, this picture was taken in the fall before the snowfall.

Guest lounge, you can enjoy a book or a movie or a TV show on the big screen TV.

 Property Description

Our "Chili Pepper Suite'  is located on the ground floor, near the snow, so there are no hassles with stairs or elevators.  When you enter our suite, the kitchen is on the right and the dining area and living room are straight ahead.  The living room has a sliding glass door to the covered private patio that has a view of the courtyard and the surrounding mountains.  On the  right side of the living room is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bath with deep soaking tub.  On the left side of the entry is another bath with an extra large shower and a second bedroom with two extra-long twin beds.  There is a queen size sleep sofa in the living room.  Suite sleeps 6 people. There is a 42" HDTV in the living room with Blu-ray/DVD/CD player and a 32" HDTV in each bedroom with CD player.  There is a personal safe in the master closet to protect your valuables and it is large enough to store a 17" laptop.  There are games and puzzles in the living room trunk.  Please view our photo gallery.

2 XL twin beds w/hotel quality firm mattress & microfiber foam overlay, feels like you are sleeping on a cloud. Flannel sheets, down comforter, hand made quilt, phone, clock, alarm, 32" LCD TV & DVD.

Living Room

Fireplace, TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo, Phone, Clock. New sofa bed and chair. Sofa bed has built in air mattress, so it's as comfortable as a normal bed, 42" LCD TV, Blu-ray DVD/CD.

Tile bath with extra large shower with 2 seats. Large soft bath towels, wall mounted hairdryer.

Kitchen

Fully furnished kitchen, with new colorful dishes, new cookware and baking dishes and utensils and new stainless small appliances.  Lots of cooking supplies for all types of cooking, plenty of dishes to serve 8 people. Our kitchen decorated with chili peppers.  I've updated almost all the kitchen supplies in the last year, new stainless coffee maker, stainless tea kettle, corningware baking dishes, new cookware, new cuttlery, new stainless small appliances (blender, toaster, crockpot, iron).

Living Area

Warm comfortable living room with sleeper sofa and large chair.  Sofa sleeper has a built in air bed, so it is very comfortable.  All new furniture in the living room.  Gas fireplace with hooks below the mantel so you can hang up your wet hats and gloves.   There are 2 reading lamps, a  42" LCD high definition TV, Blu-ray/DVD/CD player and a IHOME AM/FM Stereo with docking station.   Wood floors and fresh paint.  We have decorated this room with Indian dolls and many personal hand-crafted items made by family members.  Enjoy the colorful decorations and the warm ambiance.  There is a sliding glass door which leads to the private, covered patio with a  view of the courtyard and the surrounding mountains.  

Dining Area

New, large kitchen table that seats 6 people (2 extra leaves are under the bed also).   The housekeeper will have the the table set with our colorful dishes when you arrive, so it will be ready for your family dinner.

This is my families personal "Chili Pepper Suite".  It is decorated with many hand-crafted Indian dolls and dream catchers; the kitchen is decorated with chili peppers, and there are numerous other hand stitched pictures, most items have been personally hand-crafted by family members.  The suite is freshly painted.  The entry, kitchen and baths have tile floors, the living room has wood floors, and there is new carpet in the bedrooms.  We have tried to furnish the suite with all the luxuries of home for your enjoyment, and each year we continue to upgrade and add more amenities.  For your security, the entry door is set with a personal door code for each guest's visit and we have installed a private safe in the suite that is large enough to store a 17" laptop computer.

Complimentary Ski Valet Service is provided.  You can ski into the courtyard and hand your skis to the Ski Valet for overnight storage. 

This building has a beautiful, cozy lobby with a large fireplace and comfy seating.  The front desk is open 24 hours and resort information and guest services.  The Lobby contains a coffee stand,.  There is a small ski shop off the lobby which provides convenient ski rentals and supplies.   The guest lounge off the lobby has a large big screen TV, books and DVD's are available to rent at the front desk

Location

Our "Chili Pepper Suite'  is located in the Aspens on Blackcomb, which is  slopeside at the base of the main chair of Blackcomb mountain.  It is one of the best locations in Whistler.  The Aspens is a "U" shaped building with a large courtyard that contains a year-around heated outdoor pool and 3 hot tubs.    At the opening of the courtyard is the Blackcomb ski slope, you can ski directly from the courtyard.  After the day's skiing, just ski into the courtyard and hand your skis to the complimentary ski valet for over night storage and/or waxing.   The Aspens is located on the benchlands of Blackcomb which is a quiet family area away from the noise of the village and the night life.   If you want to enjoy the activies of  Whistler village, it is just a  5 minute walk or you can take the free shuttle.     Our suite is located on the ground floor  in the corner of the courtyard, it has view of the surrounding mountains.

We are a skiing family.  Our children have been skiing since they were very young, and they love the variety of Whistler and the activities of the village.  We live in the Seattle area, so Whistler is only a few hours away.  Our  "Chili Pepper Suite'  is our pride and joy and has allowed our family to create wonderful memories of our numerous ski trips.  We have decorated it  with many personal touches and have tried to provide all the luxuries of home.    We proudly offer our "Chili Pepper Suite' for your friends and family to enjoy, and we hope you will build wonderful memories of your visits to Whistler.
