Welcome to our mountain home. Woodhaven #19 is a bright, spacious 4 bedroom & den CORNER unit which sits high on the slope in the Woodhaven Development offering stunning views of both Mt. Morrisey & Mt. Todd from our deck. Our walk-out patio is just steps away from the golf course's 15th teebox and fairway with Ski-in/Ski-Out and access to cross country trails.
Our home has been professionally furnished and features a gourmet kitchen. We love to cook and entertain so we made sure our home has it all featuring granite countertops, gas range, stainless appliances, top of the line cookware & knives and pretty much every kitchen gadget you can imagine.
In case you need to do a little work while you play, our familyroom/den is outfitted with a desk and high speed internet.

Our elegant 1800 sq foot townhome features a spacious main floor made stunning by gorgeous, two-storey windows that bask the unit with sunlight morning till night. The home's open plan features a large granite & stainless kitchen with a pass-through counter/eating bar that opens to the great room's dining and living areas. A huge deck with views of the slopes of both Mt. Morrisey and Tod Mountain is located off the dining room and provides a seamless living space perfect for entertaining. There is a large guestroom and a bathroom on the main floor beside the patio and hot tub. This guestroom has a queen bed and overlooks the 15th hole teebox and fairway.
Upstairs is the Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite with double shower heads. The Master's sliding door opens onto a balcony looking out at Mt. Morrisey and Tod Mountain. You can see the skiers on the slopes! Also upstairs with windows overlooking the golf course is a guestroom with two twin beds, a twin-over-queen bunkroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
Downstairs is a cozy familyroom/den with a fireplace, pull out double sofabed and nook with a large desk in case you need to plug in your laptop!
The heated two-car garage provides plenty of room for ski, bike and sports equipment storage. The garage conveniently opens into the downstairs near the laundry room with full size washer/dryer and plenty of drying racks.

A beautiful, cozy room where you can gather round a beautiful ledge rock fireplace and relax. Listen to music or watch a DVD with perfect sound from our Sony Dream System with Surround Sound. Bring your Ipod and plug it in. We have two comfy couches, a leather chair and leather coffee table/ottoman so everyone enjoys a comfortable seat.
Perfect layout and decor for entertaining or enjoying a family meal. Our dining table seats 8 and 3 more can sit at the granite counter/eating bar. We have place settings for 12 as well as serving dishes and accessories to make a special meal just perfect.
We are ideal if you want lots of room or plan to enjoy your vacation with another family. A heated 2-car garage means extra covered space for kids to be active. With two boys of our own we've stocked up on sports equipment (2 hockey nets, 6 hockey sticks, tennis racquets, sleds and more). We also know that sometimes a little work needs to get done while away. Our familyroom/den has a nook with a desk and lamp so you and your family can keep up with homework, check emails & surf the net on your laptop or do activities & crafts. But most importantly, our elegant mountain home has all the comforts you need with Ski-in/Ski-out access, stunning views from our deck and proximity to all Sun Peaks has to offer.

We are a spacious mountain home with exceptional upgrades and amenities to make your stay perfect. No other unit in this complex gets as much light since we sit up on the slope on the South West corner. This perch also gives great views of both Mt. Morrisey and Tod Mountain from our deck... you can see skiers on the slopes!

Sun Peaks has a small, quaint village with restaurants and bistros, shops, a liquor store and a small grocery for basic items. A large grocery store in the Delta Residences is scheduled to open this winter. The village is a 10 minute walk so everything is close at hand. Our welcome binder will give you lots of information about the amenities and services that Sun Peaks offers.

Woodhaven is Ski-in/Ski-out located at the base of Mt. Morrisey in the newly planned East Village. We back onto the 15th fairway of the golf course with groomed nordic ski trails just steps away. It's peaceful and quiet with views of the slopes.
We're a 10 minute walk to the village and 5 minutes to the Sports Centre and outdoor skating rink. Free shuttle bus service to the village runs every 20 minutes from 8:15 a.m.

This is our family's mountain home. We encourage guests to enjoy it with their families and friends however it is not a place for grad parties, stags or stagettes. We are absolutely a no smoking & no pet unit. We have a child with allergies and any violation will result in the forfeit of your deposit and aditional charges to cover our costs to clean carpets, upholstery, etc. Minimum booking age is 25. Maximum sleeping capacity is 11 (not incl. an infant in a playpen). Damage Deposit is $1000.

Our family discovered discovered Sun Peaks 5 years ago. We have two boys and we love to come here year round to enjoy skiing on fantastic powder snow in the winter and to hike, bike and play golf in spring & summer. Woodhaven #19 was the perfect choice for us. It has lots of room for our busy boys and for entertaining with our friends. The heated garage is ideal for late night arrivals and convenient storage of all our sports gear. We sit on a slope in the development so our home is flooded with light and stunning views of both Morrisey and Tod from our front deck. And, we back onto the 15th hole with unobstructed views of the tee box and fairway.
This will be the fourth season that our home will be open to guests and we've enjoyed positive feedback from guests who have stayed with us. Please sign our guest book or email us if you think there is anything else we can do to make your visit at our home more enjoyable.
