Property Description
Our spacious home has a large entrance way with boot room, heated tile floor, and plenty of closet space. There is an additional entry to the ensuite 2d mater bedroom. The main entrance foyer provides access to the third bedroom (with bunks) and the main bathroom (with steam shower). The foyer continues into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Large cathedral windows let in plenty of light and the fantastic view of the Monashee Mountains. A protected deck with gas BBQ is accessible from the dining room. Past the dining room is the main ensuite master bedroom and the second ensuite master (queen) bedrooms. Finally, there is entry at the end of the hallway to the large covered deck with private 8 person hot tub.

Just steps to the Happy Valley Adventure Area and Lodge, the huge outdoor skating area, tube runs and x-country ski trails. A 5-minute ride up the Gondola will take you to the village centre, restaurants and Kids Centre. You can ski, sled or walk back from the Village over the SkiersBridge or down Gondola Way. Free shuttle bus also runs throughout the mountain everyday.
