Welcome to Madlene's Whistler Get Away at Stoney Creek North Star centrally located to lifts, shops and restaurants. Once you park your car on arrival, you will not need to use it again! This is a well taken care of unit and it is a second home to me. I recently bought a new L shaped queen sized sofa bed for the living room and a new bedroom set. I would like to invite you to enjoy the beauty of Whistler/Blackcomb and share in the awesome energy it has to offer. It is a mainfloor unit with free secured parking, large outdoor pool and hot tub all just a few steps away.  There is a large flat screen TV and free wireless internet. My unit is an ideal location; it is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the lifts but  away from the noise of the clubs. Whistler is not only an awesome winter getaway but there are many summer activities; golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis ... To book, please review policies. Reservation & Cancellation Policies

As noted, the damage deposited is collected with the balance of the payment. The damage deposit is returned after the guest leaves the unit. Our cleaners go the unit and make sure everything is in order and will than notify us. We will than send either a cheque or an e-transfer (if it is to a canadian bank acount) within a week of your departure. 

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations made less than 90 days prioir to arrival. If you have paid in full, I will refund the balance payment if I can replace the booking. The refund is based on the re-booked rate and the number of nights it is rebooked at. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Delayed Arrivals No credit or refund. Owner not responsible for delayed arrivals
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Emailed to you after final payment. Access code and detailed instructions will be emailed to you
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract A fax/email will be sent that required signature. This is an agreement to the policies of the owner
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments If no payments are made by the due date, automatic cancellation will result.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage Lock-up facility provided in Secured underground parkade. No bikes in the unit
Check-In Time 4:00 pm. Possibility of earlier check in.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. Possibility of later check out,
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from the damage deposit. Housekeeping will contact owner immediately after guest departure
Excessive Noise Excessive noise which disturbs others in the building between the hours of 10:30pm and 8:00am is prohibited according to strictly enforced strata bylaws. Any fees will be deducted from the damage deposit
Garbage Removal Building in entrance for garbage and recycling. Do not leave garbage behind
Housekeeping Complimentary. Before arrival.after departure with complimentary cleaning,for stays over 7 days there will be a mid week housekeeping service
Internet Availability & Usage Free shaw cable internet.
Liability Excluded from liability. The owner is not responsible for any personal injury or property loss of a guest as a result of the stay
Maintenance Emergencies Emergency contact provided for booked guests. Will be emailed to you prior to arrival
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Sleeps 4.
Missing Items WIll be deducted from damage deposit. Please contact if something has broken or missing access cards, keys
Noise Restrictions Noise by law restricts any loud noise after 10:00 pm.
Parking & Ticketing Free secured underground parking available for one vehicle.
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to $500 Cdn on their credit card upon their departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to lost revenue, noise complaints, common or private damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken missing common of private property items, smoking inside, pets inside and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behaviour while in the property or on common premises. After the guest leaves, the unit is inspected and if everything is found in order, the $500 is returned either by cheque or if the guest has a Canadian bank account it can be returned via e-transfer.
Rental Accommodation Zoning Property is zone for nightly short and long term.
Terms of Eviction By 24 hr property Manager. Will be evicted if noise complaints lodged more than once, property damage, illegal activity

Very nice unit with nice updates. The fold out couch was a bit difficult to get in and out due to a bent bar, but once we figured it out it was fine (one of us had to lie on it while the other started to fold it). Kitchen was very well equipped and it was an easy walk in to the village. If you don't want to walk with all of your gear the free shuttle stops right across the street.

My husband and I had a great 5 night stay here during ski season. The place is exactly as pictured and was the perfect size for the two of us. A very convenient location - the IGA grocery store and shuttle bus stop are directly across the street and everything in the Village is within a 5-10min walk. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even though the bedroom faces a main road, the unit was fairly quiet - there is no road traffic in Whistler at night, and only the occasional noise from residents in other units. It would have been handy to have a bathrobe for getting to and from the outdoor pool/hot tub, and the tiles in the shower could use a little extra scrubbing, but otherwise we have no complaints and we'd gladly stay here again!

This unit is located near the Whistler resort grocery store as well as other amenities. The unit was clean, spacious and had great natural lighting due to the large number of windows within the unit. The outside patio was pleasant and protected from the elements, This complex has a swimming pool that was used frequently by my son and I on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this unit as it was an excellent value.

Great location directly across from the free village shuttle to the slopes and the largest grocery store in Whistler. Dedicated parking stall directly below is a plus. Fully equipped, open feeling, tastefully updated unit just steps from a very large, secured access hot tub and pool area.

The owner communicates well and the cleaners are very attentive to details, ensuring an enjoyable stay. The insuite laundry and heated ski vestibule inside the front door are really nice features not often found in a one bedroom. Would rent here again, highly recommended!

The condo was centrally located for our every needs and we walked where ever we wanted to go. We never had to drive anywhere and the car stayed in the garage the entire time. The door from the condo to the garage was directly below our stay and made it very easy to access our vehicle. The doornob to the garage was broken off so there was no security for the garage when we got there. I reported the problem to the people in the central office and the repair job was taken care of the next day, much to the chagrin to a coulple of young men. I explained the situation to them and said they said, "OK" and were never seen again.

The bed and the couch were a little lumpy and took some time to get use to and this was not a big problem. The continueous closed caption on the tv was an inconvenience when watching programs, but was did help while watching a program from Peru.

The nights were quiet except for two nights when some people coming home at 03:30 AM were verbally boisterous. We never used the pool nor hot tub but is was always available and looked inviting.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo with the stream running past the patio with it's calming effects while the sunshine was coming in through the windows in the morning.

I loved the location of this unit. Especially it's proximity to the grocery store. Plus as many other reviews on other units complained about the noise from the village, this had none. We had a difficult time locating the unit and following check in/parking garage directions but in all fairness, we had been traveling all day and were a little tired. The Wi-fi hook up was seamless. That was really important to us also.

Just a note, while the unit is on the ground level, you need to walk up and down a flight of stairs to and from your car. If this is difficult for you, un-pack your car in the round-about before parking. It happened to be in the high 80's-90 degree days while we visited and we had to open the windows to cool off the unit in the evenings. An unexpected surprise was the creek running along side the unite allowed beautiful water sounds in all night. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

This condo is very well situated for a ski week. The writeup says it is close to grocery and bus stop and that is absolutely correct. 2 minute walk to each of them - even in ski boots. The bus stop has a #4 bus, which only has 3 stops before getting to the slopes, and 3 stops on the way home. Comfortable bed, plenty of linens, good sized TV to watch in the evening, plenty of dishes if you're eating in. First floor, no stairs. Spacious for a 1 bedroom. The mud room has ski racks and a bench to sit and put on the boots. Questions to the owner were answered in a few hours at most. The week we were there for skiing...the snow was staying away. But at least we had a nice place to stay!

Nice Condo in the North village

We had a nice stay at this condo, it has a great location and is quite comfortable. Four of us, two adults two teens stayed; the kids sleeping on the large sectional sofa. There is plenty of room for four, and a washer and dryer is so nice to have for extended stays. We used the large hot tub (public), which was great on a freezing cold day! They did not have a wine opener and we had two bottles to open, not ideal, but I did let the owner know and she said she would get another. The owner was very responsive, which is appreciated. Would recommend for a fun getaway!

Clean, nicely updated with high-end finishes, convenient to lower and upper village and ski lifts (can walk to everything), and larger than most units in this price range. We felt very fortunate to find this nice condo in the heart of Whistler. We even enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa in October! Fall is a lovely time to visit for biking and hiking.

We were familiar with the area and that is why we chose this condo. It was across the street from the market, bike shop, pharmacy, liquor store, and the Olympic Plaza for everything Ironman for the weekend. The place was very quiet except for two night while some young partiers came home at 03:30 AM. The patio with a little stream running past it was comforting and let us know when it was raining and had a comfortable spot to sit when the sun finally came out. The parking garage was just down below the condo and easy to transfer luggage and get to your vehicle. It was nice that it was on the main level for my legs that were tired after the Ironman. The condo was close to everything in the Village via walking and very easy to get access to the Hwy to head Pemberton or Squamish. There are many trails to walk in the area with lakes and streams. When we were there you had to watch were you walked due to all the baby frogs. We didn't see any bears this time during our adventures to Whistler.
