The Lodge

Location, Location, Location.  Whistler is a big place....stay where you don't need a car.  Everything is near-by.  The hotel has been fully renovated.  Year-round heated pool, two jetted hot tubs, fully equipped fitness room, free wireless internet, full service health spa, bistro cafe, wine store, pub, huge vaulted foyer with giant fireplace, all at the foot of the mountain........everything you want in a holiday lodge.

The Room

Add in a bright, comfortable 1-bedroom apartment, with updated kitchen, s/s appliances, two separate 4-pc bathrooms, a large bedroom with queen bed (along with a sofa bed) with its' own private hall access, tv, cd/dvd,  and a HUGE private 22ft deck.  Enjoy the nicely appointed living room, 42" flat-screen TV, dvd/cd, surround-sound stereo with iPod dock, Lazy-Boy recliner, and, if you need it,  another Murphy-bed (fold-down) for 2, and sofa.

Sit high at the comfy pub table, sip a glass of wine, gaze out at the forest, and plan your day or evening activities.............now this is living!

Large bedroom has queen bed, plus sofa bed. with its own full bathroom, large closet, 32" flat-screen TV, cd/dvd, and glass patio doors onto large balcony. 

The bright living room/ kitchen area can  also sleep 2 on the murphy bed.  The murphy bed folds up out of the way when not in use.  Fully updated  kitchen, dining area, bookcase and fireplace, 42" flat-screen TV , DVD, Stereo with IPod dock.  Large deck great for lounging and enjoying the fresh air.  Large patio table and chairs.  Expandable dining table.

Large bedroom with Queen Sized bed, along with extra sofa bed. 32" flat-screen TV, CD/DVD player. Full 4-pc bathroom. Relax on the huge 22-foot covered deck, complete with tables & chairs.

Comfortable Queen-Sized Murphy Bed if you need it. Folds up out of the way into the bookcase when not in use.

This fully updated kitchen features cherry cabinets, large counter top, S/S fridge/freezer, stove & microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, and toaster.  All necessary pots & pans, utensils, dishes and glassware is provided.

Living Area

Large windows framing the fireplace, as well as side windows, give the living room plenty of light.  Nicely decorated, with entertainment unit / fold-away Murphy bed gives plenty of space during the daytime.  Satellite TV, Stereo, DVD/CD with iPod dock.  Peaceful view to the forest across the street. Comfortable seating;  lazy-boy recliner and lazy-boy sofa bed.

Dining Area

Enjoy your meals on the upholstered high pub chairs around a walnut dining table.  Convenently located next to the kitchen, with an overhead chandelier.

The best location in Whistler, our unit is in the newly remodelled Glacier Lodge, directly across from the famous Chateau Whistler, among many other top-rated hotels.  Step outside the automatic doors into the Upper Village, with restaurants, shops, bike and ski rental facilities, pubs and, of course, the Blackcomb ski lift and ticket booths just steps away.  A short scenic 10-minute walk takes you into the main village.  Walk the other way to beautiful Lost Lake, with biking/running/swimming in the Summer, and cross-country skiiing in the winter.  Free shuttle buses run regularly.  No Car Needed!
