Property Description

Our home is ground level. Secure storage is located right out side your door. Spacious, open floor plan offers you 755.2 sq. feet of enjoyment. Master bedroom with queen size bed and second private bathroom access. Bathroom has heated tile floors and a soaker tub. Second bedroom offers an additional double, twin bed bunk, second television, and large window. Kitchen opens into the dining room, and finally the living room area with pullout sofa bed, gas fireplace and access to private patio with hot tub.

After a long day of play, the whole family can settle in around the warm fireplace for a game of Cranium and hot chocolates all around.   Cuddle up on the couch with a cozy blanket and your special someone for a movie and popcorn.  Or just sit back in one of the two leather chairs, enjoying the peace and quiet, the mountain view and looking forward to a good nights sleep and another fun day tomorrow.

Pull up a chair at the beautiful solid pine wood table.  Lots of room for six people.  Three saddleback bar stools as well, to sit and keep the chef company while they cook.

Casa Corea is a true SKI IN/SKI OUT unit located in building 3 of Settlers Crossing. We are a short walk to Sun Peaks Village and even closer to the public pool, recreation centre, and spa.  Sun Peaks resort is  approximately  a 4 to 4.5 hour drive from Vancouver B.C., 7.5 hour drive from Calgary A.B., and a 5.5 hour drive from Seattle WA. The newly renovated and growing Kamloops Airport caters to all three cities and shuttle service is available from the airport to the resort.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. Reservation Changes If availability permits & in concordance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Charged to renter. Please keep Casa Corea clean
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 10.00 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. Please respect your neighbours comfort
Garbage Removal Please take garbage with you to transfer site located by burfield chair lift . Exterior Garbage located at entry please keep lid on do not tempt the critters. Transfer station is located on road leaving Sun Peaks, right side near Fire Hall. Recycling is also here.

Internet Availability & Usage Internet services are available for the guest's convenience. Internet abuse including, but not limited to, downloading copyrighted material is completely forbidden. Should the owner receive notification that such activity has occured, the guest responsible will be immediately evicted and charged for damages.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks.
Locking Door Please lock at all times. Please keep patio and entry door closed when loading or when in or out of unit. This will prevent theft and presence of wild animals. Protect yours and our valuables-Thanks

Maximum Sleeping Capacity Maximum number of 7 overnight guests for nightly stays. Maximum number of 2 persons for monthly stays. More would need owner's approval. Strictly enforced. Eviction without a refund for parties of 8 people or more for nightly stays or 3 or more for monthly stays.
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items.
Noise Restrictions Guests are asked to refrain from any noisy activity between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am. Hot tub use is permitted after 10p but please keep voices at a soft level.
Policy Updates Policies are subject to change without notice.
Property Damage We reserve the right, at our discretion, to collect a $500 property damage deposit prior to arrival. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges,lost or broken or missing common or private property items,smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises.
Rental Accommodation Zoning My property is legally zoned for short term nightly rental accommodation use.

Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace; excess of 5 overnight occupants. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace. You will not receive a refund!

Reservation Guarantee Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. About Us

Pina grew up on the Sun Shine Coast in Powell River, BC and Paul in Kamloops, BC.   Married for 15 years now and living in South Surrey, BC, with our two small children.  Love being close to the ocean and the city, but we miss the snow and like a home away from home to relax .  Sun Peaks is that for us.  Just a few hours away,  we always enjoy the drive up to Kamloops to visit our family and have loved Sun Peaks since our first day trip up there. Now with our own place up the mountain, we are looking forward to spending many happy times up there with our family.  We are glad to share our home with you, your family and friends and hope that you also have many happy times here as well.

Just enjoyed a week here at Sun Peaks. My family loved the condo. The decor is cute, the kitchen is well-stocked and the location is convenient. My kids loved the ski in/ski out capability. They also loved sledding in the back of the complex. The hot tub was fantastic. We also recieved prompt responses from both owners and management.

Great vacation home for our family of four! The condo was equipped with everything we needed! Ski in/out was awesome, and the kids were able to play just outside the condo in the snow after skiing! Private hot tub after a long day of skiing was the best! Can't wait to come back again!
