Spacious 1047 square foot condo located on the THIRD floor with a South Eastern exposure, facing the mountains. Entrance foyer with large closet carries through to the open concept kitchen, dining and living area. On the left side of the foyer are the bedrooms. The Bunkroom, Queen room and Master bedroom with ensuite. The main bathroom is on the right side of the foyer behind the kitchen. Private deck with Hot tub and BBQ is off the living room and over looks the Monashee mountains. There are 2 secure parking spots as well as 2 ski lockers for guest use.

Lovely, light and spacious open plan living - you can see the Monashee mountains from the lounge area. A relaxing central area with comfortable leather sofa and chairs in front of the fire. Wall mounted 42" screen plasma TV above the fireplace with DVD player and selection of movies for all. There is a stereo (I-pod compatible) and Nintendo Wii games console.
The dining area lays comfortably between the lounge and the kitchen. A beautiful solid wood table with high back chairs for 6.
A great thing about The Raven, setting it apart from most other developments, is its indoor heated Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre with changing facilities. Closed circuit TV coverage of the pool area to your suite gives extra comfort and security.
Our home offers 2 secure ski lockers and 2 reserved parking stalls.

Ski-in, Ski-out - There is direct Ski-in access to The Raven and Ski-out simply requires a short across the road, or walk downhill to the Gondola depending on snow coverage. On a good day you can put your skis on as soon as you have left The Raven entrance and crossed over the road.

Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.|
|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Standard departure cleaning is complimentary. Cleaning associated with defacing the property, or above the standard fees is considered property damage.|
|Excessive Noise||Complaints of excessive noise will result in eviction without refund. Please be considerate toward your neighbours|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are responsible for garbage removal at the time of departure. Waste disposal & Recycling containers are located on site in the parking garage.|

|Missing Items||Guests authorise credit card charge for replacement of missing items. We will notify you in advance of any charges.|
|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time is 11.00pm to 7.00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting from the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11.00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11.00pm out of respect for neighbouring guests.|
|Policy Updates||Policies are subject to change without notice, however guest will be notified via e-mail of changes prior to their arrival.|
|Property Damage||Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incured by tenants or guests & authorizes up to a $1,000.00 CAD charge on their card upon departure in the event of property damage. The condo was a lovely apartment and exactly as described. Private hot tub was always hot at 104 f, which we loved. Stayed over new years and were able to watch the fireworks at 815 from our window. It is located in Happy Valley which isn't the main village but we knew this and had no issues getting around. Only thing was it could have been a bit cleaner. Noticed some dirt along the washer and dryer and corners of closet on the last day and some stains on a sheet in one of the bedrooms. We didn't notice these things until the last day and felt it was too late to say anything and not so much owners fault and more of the housekeepers. We had no propane for the BBQ and the owners responded right away and had some dropped off for us. The heated underground garage was big enough to allow a 1 inch lifted truck underneath (if not bigger) and we were provided with 2 parking stalls. There was 6 adults in this condo and the space was decent for us all. Overall this was an excellent vacation rental and I highly recommend it.View Full Review Owner Has Responded

Great Condo to stay in. Has all the amenities you would need. The whole complex was quite and clean. Very easy access to the Village and slopes. Highly recommend. This is the 2nd time to stay in The Raven and i would highly recommend. We were extremely happy with our stay and would use again.
