|Housekeeping||Cleaning after departure is included; in addition, guests staying 8 nights or more receive a complimentary change of towels and bed linens every 5th day. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee|
|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Big White Ski Resort.|

|Noise Restrictions||Quiet time is 11:00pm to 7:00am. Guests may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for any damages resulting form the noise complaints. The outdoor hot tub area may be used after 11:00pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11:00pm out of respect for our neighbouring guests.|

We stayed here for a family ski weekend. We've stayed at the Raven before and liked its location - great views from the balcony (perfect for the Saturday night fireworks) and close proximity to the skating rink, tubing park, and kids area. Condo is nicely appointed with everything you need for a great stay. Only small complaint was we needed a few more towels but it sounded like the owners were going to fix that. Owners were also very responsive to questions about the condo ahead of time.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay here. The owners were great to deal with and the place is beautiful. Very well equipped with everything one could need and more for your stay on the mountain, the view was awesome and having your own private hot tub was great. Will definitely be back!
My family and my sister's family have both rented from these owners many times over the past 4 years at the Raven. Excellent service, love the space, short walk to gondola to go up the hill, easy to ski out to the condo door. Love the hot tub on the deck in the evening. The owners have checked in on our needs every time, and we've never had any trouble with appliances, showers, hot tub - everything is well maintained and works great. Will be back next year!!
Stayed at the Raven 302 during first week of april. Place was very nice and convenient. Great layout for a two bedroom. Nice amenities. Great wifi which is what you want when you have teenagers in this day and age of connectivity. View of the Monashee mountains were awesome. Snow was great on the mountains despite being in the 60's (Fahrenheit). Great skiing. Only problem was that without snow--much of it melting away--it was not a "ski out" situation. "Ski in" was fine. Close enough to the Happy Valley Lodge to walk to, but the food there was terrible. And too expensive. Better to have just stayed in cooked own meals, which is what we had done during other stays in Big White.
Very nice Condo in good shape. Nice details like the Master Bathroom and the kitchen. The hot tub on the deck is fantastic. The kitchen has everything you need. The owners were very cooperative and helpful, the unit was clean. We had a great week with perfect snow, Big White is a great Ski Hill. Garry and Ed, thank you for letting us stay in your condo.
This beautiful condo had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The kids were really disappointed with the pool. We picked this building over another because it had a community pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to use. We brought our WII to hook up for the kids but the TV was mounted to the wall with all the hook ups in the back of the TV so we couldn't use the WII. It's definetely a ski in property but to ski out you have to walk up the road 200 metres put your skis on and ski down a drive way then take off your skis or push yourself across the 50 metre flat part then take your skis off to climb over the snow pile to get to the ski run. This was hard to do with new kids.
We are a family of four...we rented from Garry and Ed over spring break. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Easy to get to the lifts and was a ski in ski out location. Would recommend to other people fo sure...we'll be back!
Great place well furnished and comfortable. Heated floors were fantastic. Certain things needed repairs. Made me a little stressed to fun these items in a state of disrepair. Bring it to customer's attention on reporting these issues and make it simpler to reporting them by providing phone number.
We had a great time. The condo was great and the skiing was great. The kids enjoyed their room, and the hot tub. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Hope to come back to Big White again.
We have never done a ski in/out vacation but I think that is the only kind we'll do from now on. The place was everything we hoped it would be. Well stocked with dishes and utensils, clean and spacious. Love to come back when we can ski in sunshine for more than one hour! (very foggy the days we were there)
Rental was great appreciated the accomodation for 2 parking stalls. Only comment is that there is no barbecue...so I broiled steaks...the broiling pan was tough to clean...need abrasive cleaning instruments at sink. Appliances were top notch...place was very clean upon arrival.
