Seeing Whistler/Blackcomb grow from humble beginnings to a world class resort would not be anything with out the personal memories that we have made here. The fabulous hiking in the summer time, starting with the Singing Pass trail, canoeing on the River of Golden Dreams, and blasting down the slopes on Seventh Heaven. Wandering the paved Harmony Lake trail loop on foot or on roller blades. Or my favourite, enjoying a nice glass of red wine on my own private deck or on one of the numerous Village outdoor patios. Some of us have even met our wives here! Our condo offers contemporary living with bright colors. You will enjoy a peaceful, natural setting with mountain views to the west.  Property Description

Our home has a fabulous open layout with oodles of room for entertaining and a private master suite and a deck with a mountain view. You are greeted by the open kitchen with new granite counters on your right when you enter. The dining table is next to the kitchen so that you can sit and chat with your quests as you make dinner. The living room is open, bright and sunny with a cozy fireplace with tumbled marble facing. The window seat is great for those times when you want to curl up and read a good book, and also provides a sleeping spot for a fifth guest. The living room has a hutch with the TV and  DVD, as well as a good selection of movies for your viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has its own flat panel TV so there are two viewings areas so as to not disturb each other. The private patio off the master bedroom provides a great mountain view and is the reason that we chose this home. Its a great place to enjoy a nice glass of wine and drink in the view. There is a make-up area with a sink off the bedroom. The bathroom also has a seperate entrance off the living area. There is a closet for all of your coats and extras in the living area. We hope you enjoy your stay!

We use our home as our home away from home when we don't have guests. We have tried to make it enjoyable and a memorable experience for you. We have it well equipped so that we and our guests can enjoy the many comforts of home. Pleas let us know it there is anything not on this list that you may need and we will do our best to get it there for you before you arrive. Enjoy our gas fireplace, mountain views, ski lockers, and secured underground parking. Don't miss your chance to soak your aches and pains in the resort's indoor hottub with windows to the sky. Enjoy the year round heated pool, dry heat sauna. We are a 8 minute walk to village shops and restaurants or you can catch the shuttle out front if you don't feel like walking. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to make your stay even more memorable.

Our building is very conveniently located within walking distance of the Village and the Village North.  There is a free shuttle bus that stops just outside the front entrance.  Within the building our home is conveniently located away from the elevator and has a nice mountain view, the reason that we chose it.  Great for having a glass of wine on the patio and enjoying the view.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policy Description
Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance payment is refundable if cancelled within 46 days or greater of booking. If cancelled within 14 - 46 days, the balance payment is refundable providing we are able to replace the booking at the same or greater rate. Within 14 days, no refund. All refunds will be less 4% credit card processing fee Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Delayed Arrivals Please contact us should you be delayed as the front doors are locked at 9 pm. There will be an extra charge for arrivals after 9 pm.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information By email unless prior arrangements.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due date will result in automatic cancellation without refund of deposit.

Guest Stay Policies

Policy Description
Bike Storage Absolutely NO bikes in the home. IIMMEDIATE eviction if this is violated. Covered and secured storage area. We assume NO liability or responsibility for any of the items placed in the bike storage area.
Check-In Time 4:00 pm.
Check-Out Time 10:00 am, NO EXCEPTIONS! Any extra charges incurred because of late check out will be billed directly to the credit card of the guest at TWICE the cost of the charge.
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Billed to guests at cost plus $100.
Excessive Noise Guests will be billed $500 per loud noise incident. This will be billed directly to the credit card of the guest.
Housekeeping After 7 days, if the stay is for more than 12 nights. Mid clean stays are NOT to be changed by the guest. In the event the guest requests additional cleaning services, they must be paid in CASH at the time of the cleaning DIRECTLY to the cleaners. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Internet Availability & Usage Wi-Fi available. Network is: dLink There is no password required
Liability We assume NO liability for the actions of our guests.
Locking Door Suite door automatically locks. Please have door code or key with you.
Maintenance Emergencies Please contact the cleaners listed in the suite.

Terms of Eviction Excessive noise, threat of destruction to the property, smoking in the home, pets in the home, disturbing of other guests, over 5 guests staying in the unit. Any damage noted prior to the end of the stay will result in IMMEDIATE evection without any refund. Immediate eviction without any refund for any of the other noted violations.

We love our Whistler home and are proud to share it with you! We have watched Whister/Blackcomb evolve since our first visit in 1983 from a sleepy hollow into a world class resort. We live 2 hours away and love to come even if just for the day. One of my best things to do is have a nice glass of red wine on our deck enjoying the view. Next best is a sunny afternoon with a burger and a brew outside on the deck at the Brewhouse! We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we love it here!
