Our townhome has a ground floor entrance with heated slate floors. A separate boot and ski storage area and washer / dryer. There are 2 bedrooms on the mainfloor plus a den. #1 bedroom has 2-twins (or king upon request) and TV. #2 bedroom has 1 king (or 2 twins upon request) a full ensuite bathroom and TV in the room, #3 den has a queen wall bed and 60" TV / Xbox. The second floor is a large open concept living / kitchen area with heated slate flooring and a gourmet kitchen with granite counters. #4 master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom and large flat screen TV / hd TV. There is a private deck with a BBQ off the living room with fantastic views of Blackcomb Mountain. The living area has a large flat screen TV /DVD and stereo system. |Reservation Changes||Property Sale/Damage-We relocate you to a comparable property. If there are any rate increases associated with the move, we will contribute up to $100 CAD per night towards rate equalization. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable.|

|Excessive Cleaning Costs||Excessive cleaning costs will be the responsibility of the guest.|
|Excessive Noise||Excessive noise is not permitted and can result in fines or eviction. There is zero tolerance for excessive noise at Montebello and any other disturbance such as vibration, smell etc.... Each incident will result in a $200 fine to the guest.|
|Garbage Removal||Guests are to dispose garbage in designated area. Instructions are located within the property.|
|Housekeeping||Complimentary: upon arrival and departure and mid week for stays greater than 7 nights. Additional cleaning can be scheduled upon request.|

|Liability||We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler.|

|Property Damage||Guest assumes financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. By accepting our guest stay contract with online payment, you agree to pay for all damages incurred. Upon arrival, a pre approved damage deposit of $1000 will be held on the guests credit card and guests identification verified. The damage deposit is only charged to guest on departure should there be any damage but not limited to $1000 depending on damage amount. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants behavior while in the property or on common premises.|

We love the Montebello complex for its proximity to the village and great amenities (spacious homes, ample parking, private hot tubs, heated floors, high tech video/cable/internet). This unit did not disappoint.
Our only mistake was misreading the posting and believing there was both a den AND a garage. Many of the Montebello units have had the garages converted into additional bedrooms, dens, etc. and this one has a wonderful den / man's cave with a large murphy bed for additional sleeping space. As such, we easily parked in the driveway, rather than in an enclosed garage, as we initially intended. Rob does a great job managing the units and the Town Plaza front desk is very convenient and helpful!

Thank you so much, we had a great stay. The pictures online matched the property accurately and we were very pleased at how clean and well kept this everything was. We certainly would stay here again. The kitchen was supplied really well with everything. The negatives we had were just way too icy around the hot tub, and driveway. Really need to pay more attention to this. Also thinking 2 bath towels per person should just be atomically be supplied. Small detail, but would have been appreciated. Also would have liked to see a couple Christmas decorations, small tree, a wreath maybe. Thats just us.
The owner/Manager responsive was really good but not quite as happy with the concierge support.
We did have a great stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thinking in the summer you wouldn't have to be concerned about the ice build up. Thanks again.View Full Review

I would add a few more tools to the kitchen for hosting large meals. The BBQ is in a tight spot with the A/C unit. It could be cleaned more and perhaps smaller furniture on the balcony would be better suited. Rob was a great host and promptly responded to all my emails before and after we booked. Our group (part family and part friends) had never traveled to Whistler before and Rob helped with tips on transport and the best time to buy lift tickets etc. Our arrival and check-in went exactly as described and there were no issues. The property is exactly as explained in the description, however almost everyone in our group commented that the property was even better than they were expecting. There are detailed instructions available on how to work all the modern TV/stereo appliances and the heating/aircon, as well as instructions on how to call for maintenance. The property was fully equipped, there are quality fixtures and appliances, and everything was clean and in good repair. There's a few board games in the cupboard for a rainy day.
The property is a short enough walk (5-8mins) to the Whistler-circle free shuttle (and local shops), and we found a short-cut through the fence and across the gravel carpark near the garbage/postbox shed. This walk is relatively easy, even in ski boots.

We had an excellent stay at this Montebello apartment. Very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. Rob was excellent in organizing to send back to us in New Zealand a ski Jacket that was left behind in the apartment. Very helpful and very much appreciated.View Full Review

We loved our stay at the Montebello resort with our family. The only criticism we would have is that there were not enough "supplies" in the unit...we almost ran out of TP, there were very few garbage bags. we only had one dishcloth and few towels, and the biggest disappointment was there was no propane in the tank for the BBQ. We have rented apartments, townhouses and hotel rooms all over the world and this townhouse was the first one that I rate "Perfect". It fulfilled all of our requirements for our family vacation in British Columbia. We took advantage of all the amenities, including the hot tub. A beautifully designed townhouse in every way. The unit was supplied with everything we needed which made it even more relaxing! A short walk to the Whistler village meant that we could just leave the car parked and not hassle with driving. Every morning I sat on the front deck and said "this is amazing!" Thank you for keeping your place in A+ condition for every guest! Oh, and by the way....Our check-in took all of maybe 5 minutes!

We stayed at the Monetbello Condo's at Whistler. We had a three bedroom, four bath condo. One thing about the Montebello is that they offer different layouts. Be sure you select a floorplan that fits your family. Some have kitchen's on the second floor which we liked less than the kitchen on the main floor layout. The location is excellent. Short walk to the village (5 minutes) but more quiet because they have an 11pm shut off for noise and most people follow this. Appliances are upscale, heated flooring, ample space, hot tub outside. One issue we have is the air conditioning unit is on the balcony. It can be LOUD! This is poor design on the builder's part. Wouldn't be a problem in the winter. Also, the upstairs is always significantly warmer than the downstairs which feels like a cool refridgerator. All in all it's a great family place. You get your own garage, lots of pluses for people coming direct from the airport like shampoos, soaps, cookware, napkins, paper towels. Our last unit even had coffee! Check to see what is offered in the unit you select. I would suggest this to any family planning a Whistler vacation. We plan on going back again and the pluses far outweigh any negatives. I do believe this is the best location in Whistler for really nice accomodations.

I was in contact with Rob quite a bit, and he was generous with his time & patience of all of my questions - via email & phone! We booked this home for 7 nights & received emails from the concierge with detailed instructions of where to go to check in and the address of the home as well as their services. Our trip was amazing - we enjoyed the home, even with our big group! We loved that it was very clean, that there were so many bathrooms and that there was a murphy bed in the big den as well as the pull out couch in the living room on top of the three bedrooms. The instruction booklets & other instructions on how to run different items around the house was greatly appreciated! The first day we were there, we discovered that one propane tank was empty & the other was half full. With one quick call to housekeeping, we had a full tank delivered to us in minutes. Later on, we also called for more toilet paper which did not come as quick, but it was left on the porch for us when we returned which we appreciated! The location was great for us, the walk to the park & village for the kids was completely manageable. We did enjoy the hot tub, it was clean and very relaxing! We didn't get the chance to try out the shared pool or tennis court. The amount of dinnerware & eating utensils was appreciated. What was more appreciated was that there were plastic plates, bowls and cups for the young kids, & that the house seemed to be set up for the amount of people we had, the extra chairs & extra leaf was set in the dining room table (more than what you see in the picture). The only thing I would say there needed to be more of would more pots, pans, kitchen utensils & glasses/mugs (even for smaller groups). Other than that, we were very impressed with our stay at this home. From my first contact with Rob, to the concierge, to the actual stay - we couldn't ask for more! Thanks again, Rob and all of those who look after the home. Keep up the good work!
