Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts are an easy 10 minutes walk or you can take a free shuttle which stops directly across the street from our unit. Our unit is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great family property.

Property Description

This two storey town home 970 square foot is well planned to accommodate up to five guests. The main level has a spacious living area with dining room and gas fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry facility and private deck. The second floor has the master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with bunk bed (twin/queen) and a large bathroom with a jetted tub. Two deluxe sofas are in the living room.

The living area has two custom made queen sofa beds seating for 6 people. Additional chairs are available from dining room. This area has a lovely stone surround gas fireplace, TV/VCR, and CD stereo.

Fantastic location in the whistler village north and easy to find. Away from the noise of the Village but just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and lifts. To save your legs for skiing just hop on the free shuttle bus that stops over the road.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Cancellations Made by Guests If you cancel your reservation 45 days prior to your arrival date and we can fill your reservation, there will not be any other cost except 10% cancellations fee, but if we cannot fill your reservation you will lose your 25% deposit. If you cancel your reservation within 45 days (after you paid the entire fee) prior to your arrival date, all payments are non- refundable. If we can fill your reservation, we will refund you at the re-booked rate and the number of nights re-booked minus 10% cancellation fee.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Guest Stay Contract No contract necessary. By reserving online via your credit card, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged

Reservation Changes We are more than happy to lengthen your reservation, subject to availability. If you would like to shorten your reservation, your deposit calculated on the original amount is non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance, then the balance will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation. If you have already paid the balance, then if we can replace your booking, refunds are at the re-booked rate & based on the number of nights re-booked. All change refunds are subject to a 5% fee

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund.
Garbage Removal Please take out all garbage on check out.
Housekeeping Complimentary. Before arrival and after departure. Additional cleaning provided at your request for extra cost.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property, in transit to or from Whistler or at any location in Whistler Resort.

Property Damage Guest authorize up to $500.00 CAD charge on their card payable when final payment is due unless otherwise arranged with us. In the event of property damage or breach of our policies, you have authorized the costs to remediate the damage or breach to be charged against the Damage Deposit. Damage or breach include, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost, broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges related to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. If damage is in excess of the damage deposit, the excess cost is also due from the guest.The security deposit of $500 will be charged for the stay more than a week and $1000 will be charged for stay more than 30days. The security deposit will be return to the tenant after 15 days of their departure.

Terms of Eviction 24 Hour security will evict you if you are not going by the rules, no late night party and no loud noise after 10:30 pm. If you are evicted there is no refund.

The wine opening is broken. There is a working but but it is extremely cheap and hurts the hands to use. The kitchen in general is not very well stocked. Everything else was good. Great location.

Comfortable and convenient condo

Was very happy with my stay here! The condo location was very conveniently located in Village North - restaurants, etc only a 10 minute walk away; IGA just across the street. A bit far from the slopes to schlepp all your gear, but shuttle buses were fairly convenient.

It was a clean complex with a huuuuuuge communal hot tub. Hot tub got a little crowded during apres ski time, but still plenty of room. Its a great place if you want to be far enough from the fray/rowdiness of the heart of the village, but close enough to enjoy all of the benefits.

One note is that there are a lot of stairs (to the garage and to the unit). Zara was great to work with and very responsive with all of my questions. I would recommend this to my friends and would definitely stay here again!

Good Ski Condo

There are four things I consider necessary for a good ski condo.

1. A convenience location - this condos is in a great location - very close to the grocery store and liquor store, a shuttle stop to the lifts right across the street, easy walk to shops in Whistler Village.

2. Clean - this condo was very clean. Some of the fixtures had seen a bit of wear but everything worked well. The dining room table top was quite worn so it never looked clean even though it was.

3. Quiet - the condo overlooked the pool area and there was some noise as the pool and hot tub were very popular. However, Northstar has quiet hours after 10pm and it was very quiet - no traffic noise and no noise from parties in the village going home in the middle of the night.

4. Comfortable bed - all the beds were deemed very comfy. We stayed for over a month and would definitely stay in this condo again. That said, there was one thing that could be improved. There was no dresser in either of the bedrooms even though there was plenty of room for one. The lower part of the closets were blocked off for owner storage which made the problem of guest storage even worse.
