Cancellations Made by Guests All payments non refundable, unless unit is re-booked. Re-booked nights will be refunded, less 4% administration fee.

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Guest Stay Policies

Bike Storage No bikes in condo. Free storage available in underground parking

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise You will get evicted without a refund!.
Garbage Removal Guests responsible for removing garbage daily. All garbage & recycling must be removed from condo prior to departure
Housekeeping Clean on arrival and cleaned after departure. Complimentary cleaning every 5th day for stays of 8 nights or more. Additional cleaning available at guests own expense
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Ski Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Contact Chateau Cleaning at 604 932 7700.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 7 (seven).
Property Damage Guest authorizes up to $500 CAD on their credit card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to, lost revenue, noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property and all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupants' behaviour while in the property or on common premises.

Terms of Eviction 2 complaints will reult in eviction by local security company at guests' expense. Will be evicted for excessive noise,Common & Private Property damage,disturbing the peace.

Overall a pleasant stay

- A couple of the towels in the bathroom cupboard had a stain - Requested earlier check-in for napping toddler and received a prompt reply - Could benefit from a few more kitchen items (e.g. twice as much cutlery, whisk) - Air conditioning for our summer visit would have been ideal, but the floor fans were appreciated.

Reasonable accommodation, acceptable if other places are booked

I recently stayed in Condo #33 at Stoney Creek, North Star. (alluradirect.com property id# 1493). A small group of us take an annual winter trip to Whistler each year for an average of 4 to 7 days. This year we decided to stay at unit #33 as we switch it up each year. We are clean non-smoking and responsible guests. Overall, the condo was comfortable, clean and accessible. On a positive note, the condo had plenty of room for 5 people, was a reasonable distance to the lifts, conveniently located near the grocery store, free underground parking was very nice, en-suite washer and dryer was great and use of grill on the deck made for some great food. The owners were accommodating, allowing for some leniency on checkin/checkout time to accommodate our travel needs. On a negative note, the biggest complaint was the lack of internet as well as customer service. Most members of the ski-party are business professionals that require daily communication via internet to run their businesses before hitting the slopes for the day. The internet was unusable and because the condo telephone uses VoIP, it was unusable as well. I typically try to stay away from the internet and mobile phones when on vacation but the necessity for work was a must. Additionally, because of the lack of internet we were unable to buy advertised discounted lift tickets online, schedule or plan other activities or search out village info. We made multiple attempts to contact the internet service provider ourselves with no luck, and instead had to trek to Starbucks for internet usage. This is not how we wanted to spend our time while on vacation. Besides that, the beds were a bit firm, the hot-tub/pool was usually pretty busy or full and certain niceties were not available (garbage bags, grill utensils, measuring cups, etc). Other than the internet, we found the rest were minor issues and would consider staying again, however, have stayed at better equipped and more convenient locations; for less.
