BIENVENUE ! Welcome to our beautiful four bedroom condo in Tremblant. It is southfacing and flooded with sunlight throughout the day. Air Conditioned and furnished to a superior standard. Features Balcony to Master Bedroom and wrap-around private deck to the main living area that provides lake, golf and mountain views that you will never tire of. Located on L'Aiglon de Tremblant - a park like setting, tranquility and wildlife and yet only a short 5 minute drive from the base of the mountain. Our condo is perfect for the family, adapting perfectly to larger group or those looking for spacious high spec accommodation. If your party is 10 or less or you are vacationing with friends, parents, inlaws or older children then our home offers you perfect flexibility. Our home is across three floors. The upper two floors offer Master Bedroom, 2 x twin bedrooms family bathroom, large living area with separate dining area and kitchen. Shower room. A beautiful Bachelor suite is accessed through interior door or has it's own outside entrance as well as its own living area, kitchen, family bathroom and queen bedroom. See Photo Gallery.

Our home has been specifically designed to accommodate large parties in comfort with the option of vacationing together but having separate spaces to eat and relax if preferred. Ideally located overlooking the tee for the sixth hole of the impressive La Bete Championship Golf Course. Some of our furniture has been handcrafted by local craftsman. This Panoramic model won the Quebec Residential Project of the Year Award 2005. You'll never get enough of the views!

Policies

Deposit (25%) due upon booking. Full payment due 45 days in prior to arrival date.  Once deposit is received and reservation made in the event of cancellation prior to 45 days of arrival a 10% of deposit will be retained to cover handling charge and the remainder refunded.  . Any  cancellation received after this time will result in forfeit of  the entire deposit. Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to arrival results in no refund, unless the booking is replaced. A damage deposit of up to  $1000 will be secured against credit card but only  charged if damage is discovered upon  departure inspection.  Parking provided for 2 cars. Visitor parking provided.

Please Note:   Owner can take no responsibility for the availability of on site facilities such as spa, sauna etc..  These facilities are subject to closure for cleaning and maintenance from time to time and this is beyond the owners control.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Policies:
Cancellations Made by Guests Once deposit is received and reservation made in the event of cancellation prior to 45 days of arrival 10% of deposit will be retained to cover handling charge and the remainder refunded. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site
Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses
Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due date will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests may re-book dates if they are stil available, deposits will not be recharged.

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Guests must leave the property neat and tidy with garbage taken to the garbage area and dishes in the dishwasher. If excessive cleaning cahrges are incurred then these will be withheld from the refund of damage deposit mentioned above.
Excessive Noise Please keep noise levels to a minimum.
Housekeeping Housekeeping provided prior to arrival and upon departure. Daily house-keeping not provided.
Internet Availability & Usage High Speed Internet available. Owner cannot be held responsible for dropping or degradation of internet service beyond their control.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or their guests while they are on our property or at any location on the La Bete Golf Course.
Maintenance Emergencies Maintenance contact numbers provided via email from owner prior to arrival. Available day or night if emergency.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity 12.
Property Damage Damage deposit in effect. A damage deposit of up to $1000 will be charged against credit card but only charged if damage is discovered upon departure inspection
Rental Accommodation Zoning Resort Rental Zone Area.
Terms of Eviction Smoking, excessive noise, threat of common or private property damage, disturbing the peace. Excess of 12 overnight occupants. No refund will be gven if a guest is evicted under any of these circumstances.
