Our rates are per night in Canadian Dollars for up to six people. An additional 5% GST is charged on all rates; there are no additional taxes such as a hotel tax charged by all of the Whistler hotels. Our unit is Non-Smoking and No Pets Allowed. Secured, reserved parking is included in the rates.

Your booking is secured with a 25% deposit, the balance to be paid 45 days prior to arrival. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

Located in Whistler Village North right across from Market Place which has just about every store you require such as grocery, pharmacy, movie rental, banking and a variety of restaurants. The free Whistler Shuttle Bus stop is directly opposite the complex. This bus takes you to the mountain bases in minutes. The valley trail (biking, walking, x-country skiing) runs adjacent to the complex. This complex is centrally located yet quiet and private.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Please note, we do not accept reservations by third party entities. The Guest making the reservation must be staying in the unit throughout the duration of the booking. 

Cancellations Made by Guests Deposit & final payments are non-refundable unless your reservation can be replaced. If we can replace the booking, we will refund 75% of deposit payment; refunds are at the re-booked rate. 25 % of the deposit payment is non-refundable for handling fee purposes.
Courtesy Hold Reservations Reservations are not held without payment. Please confirm your reservation by clicking Reserve Now. Our site takes live reservations 24hrs/day/7 days/week, therefore, we operate on a first come/first serve basis.
Delayed Arrivals We are not responsible for late arrivals. No refunds will be issued.
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information Will be sent after balance of payment is received. Access code provided once 100% of rental fee is processed. Common area key provided in suite. $100 charge to guest for lost key.
Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Account termination prevents the Guest from booking this or any other property that uses the same web site

Ineligible Guests Reservation Reversal The Owner or their Contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have : intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Late Reservation Payments Failure to pay by due dates will result in automatic cancellation. Guest can re-book the rental if it is still available; deposit will not be re-charged.
Privacy The Owner, their booking Contact and this web sites technical administrators agree to not sell, refer, rent or divulge to any third parties the names or personal information of their Guests without prior written consent from the Guests, except under force of law, or for law enforcement purposes relating to policy and property violation. The Owner and their booking Contact also agree to not use Guest personal information for any reason other than its original intended purpose without written consent from the Guests. Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit calculated on the orignial amount is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance, then your balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the balance,then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation

Guest Stay Policies

Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Noise There is zero tolerance for any excessive noise. Any complaints will result in eviction.
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival. Suite is cleaned after departure. Additional cleaning can be scheduled at the guest's request and expense.
Liability The owners are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in Whistler Resort.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity 6 Persons. Excess Occupancy is cause for eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items as per my stated damage deposit policies.
Noise Restrictions Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 11 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. The private hot tub can be used after 11 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 11 pm out of respect for our neighboring guests.
Parking & Ticketing We are not responsible for any damage to guest's vehicle while parked in the secured underground parking or anywhere on the complex grounds.

Property Damage Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by guests or guest of guests. Guest will be required to pay in full for any damages or excessive cleaning charges incurred. By agreeing to these terms the owner is authorized to charge for any damages the guest, or guests of guests cause.
Rental Accommodation Zoning My property is legally zoned for either short term or long term rental accommodation use.
Terms of Eviction Any complaints will result in eviction by security service. Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.(Municipal Bylaw Department can charge up to $500 for noise bylaw infractions

My friends and I stayed here for Tough Mudder 2014 and found this to be a perfect little place to stay. There was five of us who stayed here. I took the pullout couch and it was quite comfortable. Hot tub was in a very accessible public area in the condo. We didn't have to go through any bedrooms to get to it. It was just what the doctor ordered after being beaten and battered during the 20 km obstacle course. Granted only three of us used it cause the other 2 were too burnt to try and even get in.

The condo was in a great location near the road for pedestrian access. Once we got here we found for Village use we just left our car parked in the underground parking and walked everywhere that we needed to go. There was no need to drive.

This is a perfect place to come up as a couple or with friends.

Great value, great price. Lots of stairs.

We stayed in the early summer, and got a great price. We were so pleased to have access to a pool, air conditioning, bbq, private hot tub, and full kitchen for the price. This is the best value we could find.

On thing prospective guests should know is that there are a tonne of stairs! It's nice having the bedrooms on a different floor than the main living space, but you pay with the number of stairs you have to take to access them. We have a 1.5year old tot, and he was always wanting to climb them, and always wanting to fall down them too, so we found creative ways of keeping them blocked. Also, my mother who is not quite 65, was having hip issues, so the stairs presented a minor challenge. There are stairs from the main door to the main floor, and stairs from the main floor to the main washroom, and stairs from the main washroom to the bedrooms. There are also stairs all over the property pathways (to the pool, to the village, etc), so negotiating them with a stroller was somewhat challenging, but we have one of those off-road running strollers so it was no problem.

It was close to 30C when we stayed, so we were quite happy to have air conditioning.

A great place, a great price, would stay again! Check-in with the code was easy, and the place was clean when we arrived. We have stayed in alluraDirect vacation ownership places in the past where cleaning was an issue, but it wasn't here.

This property provided us with a great vacation at a great price. The value can't be beat!

Very clean, great location.

This unit is very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, away from the street, but a very short walk to Whistler's free bus system. We stayed here for 8 days and had no problems with anything. Extra pillows and blankets were provided, there is a washer and dryer in the unit, and the hot tub was great. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The kitchen could use a new set of pots and pans, but is otherwise fully equipped and very complete.

The only glitch we had was upon check-in. Be sure to check your e-mail right before you leave for your vacation, the owner sends a security code that you need to get in the door of the unit. We had left our home before we received this e-mail and didn't have the info we needed. One quick phone call to the owner, and it was immediately and cheerfully resolved.

Great place, and Great Location

Great place. Worked out perfect for two of us skiing for the week. Its a great location just steps from the Marketplace so you can get food to make at home, or easily find places to eat in the village. Having a hot tub and BBQ also were great additions we didn't originally look for but enjoyed having.
