Guest Stay Policies

Check-In Time 4:00 pm. Earlier check-ins may be possible if - contact for confirmation
Check-Out Time 10:00 am. Late checkouts maybe requested. A $35 charge will be levied if cleaners arrive and you are still in the suite
Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs If there is serious abuse of the interior of the condo (ie.spills not mopped up, spoiled food left out, ground-in dirt and/or food on furniture or carpet), cleaning costs will be paid by guest.
Excessive Noise You will be evicted without a refund. We like our neighbors and want them to like us, so our goal is to rent to like-minded people who will respect others' rights to privacy and a quiet enjoyable vacation
Garbage Removal Please take Garbage to the Transfer Station located on Industrial Way (western entrance to the resort).
Housekeeping Includes clean on arrival and cleaned after departure. It may be possible to arrange daily housekeeping at time of booking. There would be an extra charge for this service. Rates determined at time of request
Internet Availability & Usage Wireless and wired high speed internet available, unlimited usage.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or guests while they are on our property or at any location in Sun Peaks Resort.
Maintenance Emergencies Local maintenance personnel on call. Contact information provided in arrival instructions
Maximum Sleeping Capacity Four people overnight (excluding childeren under the age of two). Exess occupants without owner's knowledge will result in eviction
Missing Items Guests authorize a credit card charge for missing items per stated damage deposit policies.

Nice, calm and clean

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is nicely decorated and well equipped. Surrounding is very nice too. Ski in - Ski out is possible, but tricky. The village is a short walk away. We had a very good time in Sun Peaks, no liftlines but very good powder. Some lifts should be improved. Burfield chair is very boring!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights. It is really a charming place and is very well stocked. Clean, bright and quiet. Underground parking garage is only a few steps away and it is an easy 10 minute walk into the Village. Lovely views of Mt. Morrissey. We found we had to walk to get to the slopes as we couldn't find the paths to ski in/out right from the unit. But it was a 5-10 minute walk. We also thought the price was unbeatable. Definitely go for mochas at Bolaccos! Best we've ever had, plus Konrad and crew were delightful.

Overall a pleasant stay. Pros: clean, bright suite, well stocked kitchen, nice towels and sheets, sofa bed was reasonable, underground parking (included in price, unlike most hotels). Cons: not ski in or ski out. 5 min walk to and from Morrisey. 15 min walk (in ski boots) to Sundance/Sunburst and, a 2 min walk back from Morrisey connector off Sundance. About 5-10 walk to village. We've stayed at various places at Sun Peaks over the years, and this was the farthest from the lifts, so it was a bit of a surprise, but would stay again.

We loved this Unit, it had everything that we wanted. The size was perfect for the two of us. We love to cook, so we made all our meals and the kitchen was stocked with quality cooking equipment. The Unit was niceley furnished, super cozy and Crystal Forest is a great complex. We loved the location, but it wasn't exactly ski in and ski out, but that didn't really bother us. Would definitely stay at Unit 19 again!

We had a nice getaway to Sun Peaks in this condo. The space was perfect for two people and the kitchen was well-equipped. Location was nice with view of the Morrissey chair turning from the dining table. 10 min walk to village and 5 min walk-out to Morrissey chair. Blu-ray player was a nice touch. Would benefit from a barbeque and a hot tub but you can't have everything. Faces south-ish so pretty bright inside for a ground floor unit. Dealing with allura was straightforward and it was a no hassle check-in. Would stay here again.

I stayed 7 days in your condo by myself...perfect for a single person, couple, or couple with 2 children. Eight of my friends stayed in different condos in the East Village. I rode up with friends so did not have a vehicle. Your condo is in a good location and close to town and where by friends were staying. I did lots of walking, went dogsledding, snowshoeing, and skiing, and of course enjoyed lots of happy hours, dinners, and cocktails with my friends. I have been visiting Sun Peaks for over 10 years, always a winter trip and a couple of summer trips as well. It was good having a place all by myself for a change and your place was perfect. It is really quiet at night, very comfortable, good bed, loved the fireplace, and even has a washer/dryer. And, best of all the price was excellent (very affordable). I told my fiance about it and sent him photos...he wants us to stay in your condo on our next group vacation...we have always "grouped up" with our other friends in the past and this condo will be perfect for us...we will be able to have fun with our friends and some private time for our morning coffee time and at night time. I really enjoyed myself on this trip and your condo was perfect!

Check in was seamless. Found the unit easily. Unit was very clean and well laid out. This development is very close to all amenities, easily walkable. However while you can ski in, the ski out is difficult, but walkable even in ski boots.

Family of 2 adults and 2 young teen's durring this 3 night stay. Skied very hard durring the day & relaxing at room in the evening. Cozy 1 bedroom with hideabed was just right for our stay, might be a little to cozy if 4 adults who need their space stayed here. Very clean,well stocked with kitchen cookware,fairly close to lifts & quiet easy to find location. Unit was on ground level & lugging ski equipment was minimal. Parking provided in basement garage was great, close access from parking to unit was nice. Very easy check in & out access for this unit. This was our first stay at SunPeaks and it was a great family experience. Chuck

We really liked this unit. It's not large but was perfect for the two of us. It has a nice large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, wifi was included and was clean and well equipped. The queen size bed was very comfortable. The check-in instructions were fine and we had no problems. It was a bit of a hike to the ski hill but not a deal breaker for us. The unit was reasonably priced and we thought it was a great value. We would rent again. Thank you.

Loved the condo, but it wasnt ski in/out. We had to walk to lifts (not a long walk but still...) It had everything we needed and was nice and cozy, would stay here again.

pros: The condo location is not the best, but still OK. You can't get to the SunDance and SunBurst lifts from there, but easily can get to Morrisay express. enough room for a small family. underground parking spot. Quiet. Cable Tv. Wireless internet. cons: when we came there and checked linens on our beds we were just shocked: dirty, with lots of somebody's hairs (black, blond, shirt, long) it was awful! We called to maintenance company but were told they couldn't do anything for us. so, we washed linens ourselves. you should see the water colour in a washer! it was black! and it looked as nobody and never cleaned up the washer-dryer before us.

We got an awesome deal at the end of January - $80 pp/night for room and lift ticket - less than the cost of a lift ticket alone at Whistler. Parking underground is an extra $15. The room was large, clean and comfortable and ski to the lifts. Skiing back to the room is also quite easy, though you have to navigate a little. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next season.

Service was terrific, we were able to check in early which allowed for a full day of cross-country skiing. Thank you, Don! Pros: The condo was conveniently located, easy ski in-ski out. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils. It is great to have the ensuite washing machine and dryer. The heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen were very appreciated! Quick walk to the Village for shopping and exploring. Cons: The living room furniture is in need of replacement, hard, worn and uncomfortable. It was difficult to watch TV as it is up so high above the fireplace. The internet never worked and the cable company never returned our calls. Also, if the oven is going, only one burner can be operating on the stove or the circuit blows.

It was a wonderful accommodation for our stay.

The amenities for skiiers storage and space for two people was great. The open plan allowed for good entertaining. Location was ideal, close to trail head and to village shops, restaurants, etc. The unit was well-maintained, could benefit with a bit more attention to dusting and some newer pots and pans. We found the bed was too hard for our taste and we awoke with sore backs each morning. We appreciated the prompt response from the on-site property rep to assist us upon arriving, giving us the updated code to enter the parking garage. Overall, ideal for our needs for a short-term stay. Will definitely consider this for our next winter skiing vacation.
