Stone's Throw 49, best furnished and equiped unit in Stone's Throw Complex. All this with a great mountain view! There are a few simple rules that we'd like you to adhere to during your visit, so please review them beforehand. These policies are strictly enforced, and failure to meet them prior to arrival or during your stay will result in cancellation or eviction. Please note our home is restricted to sleeping a maximum of 7, and we require notification, immediately if your situation does not conform to this restriction. Without notification, you will be evicted, and prevented from visiting again.

Cancellations Made by Guests A reservation cancellation within 14 days of booking - a $25.00 CDN fee will be charged. A cancellation after 14 days of booking and before 45 days of arrival - one night's fee will be charged. Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products

Guest Account Termination The Owner or their Contact reserve the right to request permanent Guest account inactivation from this web sites technical administrators in the event of one or more of the following Guest actions: intentional property policy violation causing material damage or fines, Guest misrepresentation and/or fraud, intentionally defacing or damaging public or private property, breaking laws and bylaws, theft, public indecency, harassment, causing bodily or emotional harm & disturbing the peace after repetitive warnings. Guests will be notified by email of account termination. Guests may choose to appeal their account termination. Guests may be given the chance to reconcile with the Owner as a condition of preserving or reversing their account status. Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
Excessive Cleaning Costs Assessed at checkout. Rental includes normal unit cleaning. Excessive cleaning costs will be evaluated and passed on to the registered guest.
Excessive Noise Excessive noise from the hot tub area is not permitted after 10 pm. Occupants may be evicted subsequent to noise complaints and will be charged for damages resulting from the noise complaints. Strictly enforced by the strata council. The outdoor hot tub area can be used after 10 pm, but please engage only in quiet conversation after 10 pm out of respect for our neighboring families

This condo surpassed my expectations. It was clean, well stocked, having personal hot tub is a luxury. One thing could be addressed is the size of the water heater. For a family of 3 the tank is too small. Especially after laundry or dishwasher cycle we had to wait for hot water to be re-heated. Still this is a minor thing. We had a great stay.

This accommodation was excellent in every way and made for such a wonderful holiday. The owners have thought of absolutely everything to make the stay so enjoyable. A private hot tub was such a treat after a day on the slopes. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we had an abundant supply of towels, toiletries, information, games, candles and much more.... We received two mini cleans during our stay and nothing was too much trouble, our return transport to the airport was changed just prior to our departure and the owner arranged for a late afternoon check out without hesitation. Ski in ski out and a walk into the village for dinner was very convenient and a shuttle bus into the village right outside. It was truly a "home away from home" and would highly recommend this property, you would not be disappointed.

My son and I and two of his friends spent a week at this beautiful, well appointed condo with easy access to slopes. We enjoyed the welcoming basket which we used for our first meal, the wonderful hot tub and the nicely stocked kitchen in which we cooked multiple meals. The owners were extremely easy to work with and had a lot of patience as we asked for our confirmation info multiple times. They had added many personal touches to the property which mad it feel like home. There's no doubt we'll be back!

As a family of 4 with two teenagers we've stayed in many condos at Sun Peaks, Big White, and Whistler. We've stayed in the development just up the hill from Stone's Throw as well so we were familiar with the location and ski-in/out of this condo. Stone's Throw 49 was very well decorated and excellently stocked kitchen with high quality pots/pans/utensils. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The hot tub was great and BBQ worked well for us with an extra propane tank just in case. The garage parking was also wonderful and fit our full size Ford F250 pickup as it is 7' 6", although the parking spots are tight, this unit has two spaces so parking is even our big truck was no problem. we were able to literally ski right up to the door as we had fresh snow on the sidewalks which were clear with just enough left to ski back on. The ski-in to the unit can be achieved from many trails off of the Morrisey Connector depending on conditions and what's been groomed or your personal desire. The ski-out is to the Morrisey chair so there is a bit of a flat spot to skate across after the skier-underpass but isn't too bad and we knew this from staying in an nearby condo before. It will be even nicer when the new chair is eventually added to head directly to the Mt. Tod side of the resort. Denise was a great owner to work with and very focused on making sure our stay was excellent!

Beautiful condo at Sun Peaks! This condo has everything one could need for a wonderful stay at Sun Peaks. This was our first time in Sun Peaks and it didn't disappoint. This condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and is very well stocked with everything! Ski in and out is very convenient! Brent and Denise were always quick to respond to emails, they made our stay wonderful. I would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends! I can't wait to return to Sun Peaks and stay at Davis' beautiful home next season!

We always enjoy renting a condo when we travel so we have been to quite a few. This one was one of the best. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with spices, coffee, tea, etc. The location is good and the view from the hot tub beautiful. You can tell the property is well maintained. We picked up our groceries in Kamloops before heading up to Sun Peaks which is highly recommended. There is a small grocery store in the village but quite high in price. This spot will be our first choice the next time we go to Sun Peaks for sure.

This Townhouse had all the conveniences and then some of home! The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and knick knacks and condiments that I would love to have in my own home! When you first walk in you are not disappointed - the pictures do not lie! It feels warm & friendly like you're walking into a home not someone's rental property. There were 6 of us in the townhouse and it never felt over crowded. At the end of the day we all enjoyed a dip in the hot tub that was the perfect temp. My son's all commented on how comfortable the beds were -even the sofa bed was comfortable. The location was terrific - we especially like the heated garage as it was -21. We have stayed at various rentals in Sun Peaks and #49 Stone's Throw is defiantly one of the nicest, comfortable and best bang for your buck! Our family had a wonderful stay at Stone' Throw 49. The location was perfect for a ski in - ski out experience. At the end of the day we relaxed in the fabulous hot tub. The kitchen was perfectly set up to prepare great meals.

It was very easy and convenient to book this Condo.The owners were easy to contact and interested in providing any information that we required. We were very pleased with the location and that we could purchase our ski tickets near the chair lift by the condo. There is a shuttle bus that stops in front of the condo and travels around Sun Peaks village. This makes the village so accessible for picking up a few groceries, etc.Condo was well equipped,comfortable and in great condition.

We stayed in this wonderful condo last spring and can't wait to go back! It is a perfect spot for ski in/out accommodation. Great view of Morrisey mountain from the condo and hot tub. Modern, comfortable and cool ski decor make it great to relax in after a day on the mountain. We loved the open kitchen and BBQ for apres ski and cooking dinners and the kitchen has everything you need. Thank you Brent and Denise, beautiful condo at an awesome location!

Our family of four spent 8 days and 7 nights at Denise and Brent's Condo 49 in the Stone's Throw complex at Sun Peaks. This was without a doubt the best experience we have had staying on a ski hill. This unit is very well appointed, from the cozy beds and the washer and dryer down to the very modern kitchen appliances, dishes,cutlery and the superb spice rack. The location is excellent, truly ski-in ski out and there are great snow-shoe and Nordic trails close to the condo. Having a Hot Tub every evening in a tub that is obviously well-maintained is a blessing as well and if you need to stay wirelessly connected, no problem either. If you had any questions, the phone numbers were provided and requests dealt with in a timely manner.All in all, thanks, Denise and Brent! It looked great on the Internet and it lived up to every expectation.

We have stayed up at Sun Peaks twice previously but Denise / Brent's condo at Stone's Throw was by far the best experience we have had up in Sun Peaks. Their unit is fully decked out with every amenity you could every dream of. They have also spared no expense in terms of bedding, hardwood floors, granite etc. Amd then there is the hut tub ... increasingly a necessity for us middle aged skiers!

Beautiful condo @ Stones Throw 49. The owners have thought of everything, even down to the finer details! Excellent accommodation, well situated at Sun Peaks. The ski out/in is a great bonus. During our stay we had over 40cms of fresh powder to enjoy, and the hot tub was a welcome bonus for those tired quads at the end of a fullfilling day skiing.

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years 2011 and it was a great accomodation option for us. The condo is really well equipped and very comfortable. Everything was in great shape and clean. We all had a really good time there, helped by the fact that the snow was awesome on the mountain. Would definitely stay here again next time we go to Sun Peaks. I particularly liked that the kitchen was so well equipped we could easily have most of our meals at the condo and keep the costs down.

Stone's Throw 49 was a great stay! The condo has a well equipped kitchen, cozy living room, comfortable beds, and a cozy hot tub to relax in after a busy day on the slopes. We loved the ski out and in access and the sunset from the condo was beautiful! Stone's Throw 49 at Sun Peaks is definitely worth coming back to.

Wow, what a spot! My wife and I stayed here for the long weekend and wanted to stay longer. Beautifully decorated with all the impressive high-end furnishings made Stone's Throw the perfect retreat for a memorable ski weekend at an amazing ski resort. Fun and tasteful mountain decor with all the modern amenities, they really thought of everything including all the extra touches that you rarely find nowadays but make such a difference (cozy bathrobes for the hot tub!). Sun Peaks offered all that we could ask for in a ski resort, and the ski-in/ski-out convenience of the condo made the mountain so easy to access. Amazing place, thanks Stone's Throw... we'll be back!!

We visited from New Zealand in February, to ski the light snow of Sun Peaks. The Mountains have the range of skiing alternatives to suit our level of ability and experience. (40 yrs plus). Stones Throw 49 is beautifully appointed, convenient for access, efficiently serviced and met with our every expectation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no criticisms.

We stayed in the summer months and loved this space. The unit itself is beautifully decorated, a short walk from the village itself and has everything you could ever wish for. Sun Peaks was a lovely, quiet and relaxing break in the summer months. We hope to return!
